在 80 keV能量下.将不同剂量的氮离子注入到 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢表面;用电 化学及物理表面分析等方法研究了注氮不锈钢在混酸介质中表面耐蚀改性机理。结果 表明:不锈钢经氮离子表面改性注入后,其耐蚀改性能力随注入剂量的不同而差异较 大。适当的氮离子注入使材料的极化电阻提高;维钝电流密度下降;表面有非晶层产 生,使材料耐蚀性大大提高。当注入剂量较大时,表面层形成弥散的氮化物相,导致 耐蚀性下降。  相似文献

研究了Ti-Code12合金(Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni)焊后退火对组织和性能的影响.结果表明焊后退火将引起残存β相的共析分解,共析分解产物Ti2Ni相具有面心立方结构.合金的耐蚀性来源于α基体上Ti2Ni相的存在,Ti2Ni相既可在晶间沉淀,也能在晶内沉淀.本研究对Ti-Code12合金耐蚀性机理提出了直接证据.  相似文献

作者对离子注入对退火后的纯铁表层结构及抗蚀性能的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,注入硼离子或钼离子,可获得表面非晶薄层;铬、钼多元素离子注入,在非晶层下得到第二相,并有较明显的过渡层;经氮离子来混合镀硅,可获得较厚的表面非晶型的陶瓷层;采用上述离子注入工艺,可使纯铁的抗腐蚀性能显著提高,其中氮离子束混合处理有最佳的表面改性效果.  相似文献

纯铁表面沉积Ti和Al膜的同时,用N^+离子束注入增强沉积,成功地形成了性能优越的表面改性层。与ZrO2陶瓷球对磨结果表明,经Al+N^+AK I+n^+离子束增强沉积后,纯铁的表面显微硬度及磨损性能得到了较大的提高,磨痕形貌和元素分布观察结果表明:离子束增强沉积处理前后,磨损的机理发生了变化。  相似文献

用离子注入的新方法制备了贮氢合金材料,将Ni和La离子依次注入Ti基体中,形成Ti/Ni/La离子注入电极。研究了Ti/Ni/La电极的贮氢性能以及La的注量对这些性能的影响。用俄歇电子能谱(AES)测定了各种元素在电极表面的摩尔分数随深度的分布。Ti/Ni/La电极表现出良好的贮氢性能并且容易活化,其贮氢性能与注入La的注量有关。  相似文献

应用XRD,TEM,Mossbauer谱等实验手段研究了TiFeNi元素混合粉在机械合金化过程中的固态合金化机理.测试了不同合金化时间的Mossbauer谱.结果表明,由于Ni元素的加入,TiFeNi的合金化过程与TiFe二元系中只有Fe扩散到Ti点阵中的合金化机理不同,出现了多种Fe原子过渡状态,这些过渡状态主要是Ni及Ti原子扩散到Fe点阵中形成的固溶体结构.在合金化过程完成后,最终形成B2结构的纳米晶相.  相似文献

利用复合电镀技术,制备了非晶态Ni-P合金基TiC复合镀层.测定了非晶态Ni-P合金镀层和(Ni-P)-TiC复合镀层的表面形貌、结构、硬度以及耐磨性.研究了TiC微粒对镀层的弥散强化作用.结果表明,与非晶态Ni-P合金镀层相比,(Ni-P)-TiC复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性均超过了非晶态Ni-P合金镀层.  相似文献

以无压烧结方式制备了Al2O3/20%Ni(Ti)(体积分数)复合材料.通过分析Ti元素的分布状态,研究了Ti添加剂对Al2O3/20%Ni复合材料相界面润湿及力学性能的影响规律.结果表明,Ti元素集中分布在Al2O3/Ni相界面附近,并通过促进相界面润湿,强化相界面结合而显著改善复合材料的力学性能.实验成分范围内,随Ti含量增加,三点弯曲强度提高,而断裂韧性在3%Ti(质量百分数)时具有最大值,为6.2MPam12.断口形貌分析表明,复合材料的增韧机理为桥接机理  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
