可逆式动压推力轴承新型结构最优参数的研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
探讨将应用于抽水蓄能电站发电机组中的新型可逆式动态推力轴承结构,即采用改变摆动瓦两侧波纹管压力差和支承摆动瓦的球面油垫的压力分布以实现压力中心可调的侧推轴承结构。应用有限元法对二维Reynolds方程进行求解计算,从而求出这种新型推力轴承的油膜压力和油膜厚度分布,找出了在hmin=C时的最佳油楔角及与之对应的最大承载能力,并对这种轴承的参数进行实验证验。  相似文献

在考虑三维热效应的情况下,研究线支撑可倾瓦推力轴承的动力特性.建立广义雷诺方程、完整的三维能量方程、瓦体的热传导方程和温粘关系,联立求解非线性偏微分方程组,计算油膜的刚度和阻尼系数.研究表明:温度变化对可倾瓦推力轴承的动力特性有较大影响;与不计入热效应的线支撑可倾瓦推力轴承相比,计入三维热流体的可倾瓦推力轴承的油膜刚度和阻尼系数会增大,其理论计算结果更接近实际工况;随着载荷、入口温度的增加以及转速的减小,油膜的刚度和阻尼也会随之增大.  相似文献

介绍了推力轴承油膜刚度的近似计算公式:采用有限元法进行了推力轴承的二维 热弹流动力润滑计算.考虑了粘度-温度关系,并利用有限单元法计算了轴瓦的热变 形和机械变形;在轴承瓦块瓦厚方向近似采用线性分布温度场,并且考虑了水冷管网 的冷却作用.在求得了油膜的压力场之后,利用偏导数法计算了油膜的动力刚度系数。 最后以葛洲坝机组为实例进行了计算,计算结果与实测值吻合得较好。  相似文献

对推力轴承的周向负荷分配规律及推力瓦的静态工作点进行了研究.建立起系统的平衡方程式,计入了推力盘倾斜及推力瓦支承弹性横梁的影响.定义了可倾瓦的刚度系数,找到了可倾瓦与固定瓦油膜厚度之间的对应关系,从而利用固定瓦的计算结果来求得可倾瓦的静态特性及刚度系数.在Newton迭代法的基础,利用可倾瓦的刚度系数,在Newton迭代法的基础上,利用可倾瓦的刚度系数,求解非线性方程组.结果表明,推力盘的静态倾斜将引起各推力瓦负荷及静态工作点的很大变化.文中的工作可作为推力轴承广义热弹流分析及推力轴承-转子系统动力学研究的参考.  相似文献

针对船舶可倾瓦推力轴承在实际运行过程中存在的轴系倾斜问题,建立倾斜状态下可倾瓦推力轴承热弹流体动压润滑计算模型,研究倾斜状态对可倾瓦推力轴承静动特性的影响。提出了以倾斜角和轴线投影角两个参数来表征倾斜状态的数学模型;联合热弹流体动压润滑模型和轴向油膜刚度、阻尼系数求解模型,全过程求解可倾瓦推力轴承静动特性。静态性能参数包括载荷、最小油膜厚度、最大油膜压力、最高油膜温度;动态性能参数包括轴向油膜刚度和阻尼系数。结果表明:轴线倾斜使每块瓦承受载荷严重不均,造成各块瓦巨大的性能差异;倾斜角增大使瓦所承受载荷、油膜压力和油膜温度增加,油膜厚度减小,且外载荷越大变化越显著;轴线投影角所在轴瓦承受载荷最大,当轴线投影角在支点附近时,静态性能参数皆有极值存在;轴线投影角在距瓦进油边31°的位置时推力轴承轴向油膜刚度和阻尼系数有最大值。研究结果可为倾斜状态下可倾瓦推力轴承可靠性的提高提供参考。  相似文献

针对油膜和瓦体界面上边界条件不确定的对流-导热耦合问题,对推力轴承的油膜和瓦体系统,构造了相应的三维传热计算数学模型,提出了在界面上分区实施温度连续和热流密度连续的逐步迭代求解方法,并对推力轴承的油膜温度分布和瓦面温度分布进行了分析研究。研究表明:三维计算不仅能揭示油膜层与层之间的温度变化关系,同时还能准确地反映瓦面实际温度分布。  相似文献

针对毛细管节流的径向和推力静压油膜轴承,在对流经轴承各油腔流量模型进行线性化处理的基础上,建立了毛细管节流的静压轴承流量连续性方程及轴承一主轴系统动力学方程,推导出毛细管节流的径向和推力静压油膜轴承的传递函数.采用MATLAB软件对毛细管节流的推力静压支承进行了仿真计算,仿真计算结果与广州机床研究所做实验的实测结果进行了详细的对比,有较好的一致性,说明所建模型和所采用方法的有效性.在实验验证的基础上,开展了主轴旋转速度对毛细管节流的推力静压轴承动态特性影响的仿真分析,同时探讨了供油压力、油膜厚度对毛细管节流的径向静压轴承动态特性的影响规律.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
