一种新型高温煤气脱氯剂的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以价廉易得的天然矿物及碱为化学活性组分,制得一种新型高温煤气脱氯剂GH1,该脱氯剂在650℃高温,空速2500h^-1和进口HCl气体体积浓度1500mg/m^3-2000mg/m^3条件下的穿透氯容量达到37.2%,同时机械强度合格,实验还考虑了主要成分配比,空速和温度对脱氯性能的影响,并讨论了有关机理。  相似文献

采用混合法制备了CaCO3/SrCO3双组分高温脱氯剂;探讨了焙烧温度、使用气氛对脱氯剂性能的影响,结果表明在焙烧温度为550℃、使用气氛为煤气时氯容较高;用X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、综合热分析仪(TG-DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对反应前后的脱氯剂进行了分析表征,结果表明该高温脱氯剂脱除HCl主要是化学吸附,反应后生成了CaCl2和SrCl2。  相似文献

氯代烃结构特性对其还原脱氯反应速率的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以铁为主要反应介质,以Cu,Ag,Pd为催化剂研究了包括氯代甲烷系列、氯代乙烷系列、氯代乙烯系列、氯代苯系列等多种氯代有机物在这些反应体系中的还原脱氯反应,重点考察了氯代烃的结构特性对其还原脱氯反应速率的影响.结果表明,氯代有机物中氯取代基数目、位置、碳链甲基(-CH3)、不饱和碳键等,都能对氯代物脱氯速率产生重要影响.氯代烃在零价金属体系中的还原脱氯反应符合准一级动力学方程.通过In(c/co)对时间t的线性回归关系,可以计算出各种氯代烃的还原脱氯速率常数.研究了氯代烃结构性质和反应速率常数的关系,得出了氯代烃还原脱氯的规律性.  相似文献

低温等离子体对水体中4-氯酚的脱氯   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用平板双介质阻挡放电研究了富氧条件下水相中的4 氯酚的脱氯机理.结果表明,4 氯酚在等离子体的作用下能有效脱氯,而其CODCr下降相对缓慢;4 氯酚的脱氯过程在不同初始浓度和溶液初始pH值下均较好地符合一级反应;4 氯酚的脱氯速率常数与其初始浓度C0和初始pH值的关系分别近似为:k(C0)=0.326+0.678EXP( C0/48)和k(pH)=0.231+0.0452EXP(pH/3.53);pH值降低不利于4 氯酚的脱氯;等离子体降解4 氯酚主要是电子轰击水产生的水相活性粒子的作用,其中起主要作用的是OH·自由基和水合电子eaq ;气相中的活性物种对脱氯率的影响不大,但对CODCr的下降影响较大.  相似文献

研究了浓硫酸用量、固化反应时间、物料粒度对浓硫酸法脱氯的影响。结果表明,随着浓硫酸用量增加脱氯率增大,当烟尘酸量达到0.52ml/g时,再继续增加酸量,脱氯率反而下降;固化反应时间与脱氯率呈线性关系,随着固化反应时间的延长,脱氯率增大;氯化锌烟尘粒度在60 ̄175μm范围内,对脱氯率影响不大。  相似文献

研究了在Raney Ni催化剂催化下4-氯酚(4-CP)的液相加氢脱氯,重点考察了溶剂、碱、温度和催化剂用量对Raney Ni催化活性的影响以及催化剂的重复利用.研究结果表明:水的加入解决了NaCl在催化剂表面聚集以致催化剂失活的问题;强碱以及三乙胺的加入则使催化剂活性保持在较高水平;在30℃下催化剂催化4-CP加氢脱氯的活性比较好;随着催化剂用量的增加,4-CP的加氢脱氯反应速率明显加快;催化剂使用3次后活性下降.  相似文献

以负载型金属钯为催化剂对氯乙酸母液混酯进行选择性加氢脱氯,从而制备高纯度的氯乙酸甲酯,并就该反应的工艺条件进行了初步探索。结果表明,当金属钯的载量(质量分数)达到1.0%,催化反应温度为145℃,氢气气速达到100-120mL/min时,反应效果达到最佳,不仅二氯乙酸甲酯得到了完全转化,而且选择性达到95%。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
