企业核心能力评判与竞争力评价辨析

企业核心能力与企业综合竞争能力是两个不同的概念，对二者进行评判、识别和诊断的方法也不尽相同，但现有关于企业核心能力评判的研究，普遍借用了企业综合竞争力评价的方法和体系，从而使研究的结论过于宽泛，可操作性不强。本文从企业核心能力与企业竞争力的内涵差别出发，辨析了二者研究的差弄，指出了企业核心能力评判研究的特点、方法及其现实意义。

Specific pharmacological tests allowed us to locate, at the level of the central nervous system, an impact of an extract of Tephrosia vogelii, an endemic Madagascar plant empirically used for its ichtyotoxic properties.

区域创新服务体系是地区经济发展的重要支柱,同样也是西安实现统筹科技资源的关键要素。本文首先对西安高新区现有的创新服务体系中的三个重点平台进行了描述;其次以灰色关联度为分析方法,结合西安高新区创新服务体系现状,对其科技创新能力进行分析,并与其他几个城市进行了比较分析;再次,根据上述分析发现其存在问题;最后提出了西安高新区创新服务体系的优化建议。

In fact 5-hidroxytryptophan provokes an increase both in serotonin brain synthesis and in the latency of EAEP. On the other hand, PCPA provokes an opposite effect.

Zusammenfassung Der direkte, indirekte und gemischte Wirkungsmodus von fünfzehn sympathomimetischen Aminen an der Mäuseiris wurde an cocainisierten und reserpinisierten Tieren bestimmt, wobei sich gewisse Unterschiede gegenüber dem Wirkungsmodus an der Katzennickhaut zeigten.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Extraktion von Zellkernen mit Hilfe verdünnter Salzsäure ändert sich die Zusammensetzung einzelner Extrakte in Abhängigkeit von der Konzentration der benutzten Säure. Die Fraktion des Kalbsthymushistons, die an Arginin und Tyrosin reich ist, scheint an die Desoxyribonukleinsäure des Zellkernes fester gebunden zu sein als die zweite, an Tyrosin arme und an Lysin reiche Fraktion.

Zusammenfassung Der Vorgang der Strahlenschädigung wurde an der Epithelzellschicht des Darmes des SüsswasserfischesHeteropneustes fossilis untersucht. Schon 2 h nach der Strahleneinwirkung ist eine Veränderung der Zellform und des Zellkerns zu erkennen. Die Zellen an den Spitzen der Fasern werden als erste in das Lumen ausgepresst. Becherzellen sind besonders strahlenanfällig und verschwinden schon nach kurzer Zeit. Die Neubildung beginnt vom 2. Tag an, und Becherzellen sind vom 4. Tag an wieder zu beobachten.

Zusammenfassung Die Enzymaktivität der Cholinacetyltransferase und Acetylcholinesterase wurde an Nervenzellen des Rückenmarks von Hühnerembryonen in Gewebekultur mit histochemischer Methode untersucht, wobei die Enzymaktivität sowohl an der Zelloberfläche wie auch an den Dentriten nachzuweisen ist.

Verapamil and other organic calcium-antagonists inhibit the A23187-mediated translocation of calcium from an aqueous into an organic phase.     

Serological study of Ia antigens determined at the I-A and I-E sub-regions of the H-E complex in the H-2 complex of mice

Immune serum B10.S (7R) anti-B10.S (9R)(anti I-JEkCd) contained as expected an anti-Ia7 antibody. A series of weaker but reproducible extra-reactions might recognize Ia3 specificity coded at the I-A subregion of the H-2 complex. Results with recombinant haplotypes confirmed this mapping. Such a reactivity could be interpreted as an interlocus cross-reaction (I-E/I-A) since the immunization was induced against an I-E subregion product. Another interpretation was possible: the immune serum would thus contain an antibody recognizing Ia7 (on the E alpha k Ia chain) and another antibody recognizing an antigenic determinant carried by the E beta k Ia chain. The latter antibody might recognize by cross-reaction as specificity carried by the A beta chain of various haplotypes (H-2b,k,q).     

Intracellular protein degradation in mammalian cells: recent developments

In higher organisms, dietary proteins are broken down into amino acids within the digestive tract but outside the cells, which incorporate the resulting amino acids into their metabolism. However, under certain conditions, an organism loses more nitrogen than is assimilated in the diet. This additional loss was found in the past century to come from intracellular proteins and started an intensive research that produced an enormous expansion of the field and a dispersed literature. Therefore, our purpose is to provide an updated summary of the current knowledge on the proteolytic machinery involved in intracellular protein degradation and its physiological and pathological relevance, especially addressed to newcomers in the field who may find further details in more specialized reviews. However, even providing a general overview, this is an extremely wide field and, therefore, we mainly focus on mammalian cells, while other cells will be mentioned only for comparison purposes.     

A predicting system based on combining an adaptive predictor and a knowledge base as applied to a blast furnace

In this paper a system is proposed and applied to predicting silicon content in pig iron for a blast furnace. It combines an adaptive predictor with a knowledge base. On-line experiments show that the prediction accuracy of the system is much better than that of an experienced operator or of an adaptive predictor alone. Such a system will be helpful to operators in selecting desirable control methods.     

Heat shock proteins in immune response to cancer: The Fourth Paradigm

The involvement of heat shock proteins in immune response is categorized into four distinct paradigms. In the First Paradigm, HSP derived from foreign organisms act as classical foreign antigens, and they elicit immune response to the non-conserved HSP epitopes. The Second Paradigm refers to instances where the host responds to self HSP to which there is no central or peripheral tolerance. The Third Paradigm involves molecular mimicry, where cross-reactivity between an HSP and another protein leads to an immune response to the latter under conditions which elicit an immune response to the former, such as infection with a bacterium whose immunodominant antigen is an HSP. The Fourth Paradigm refers to situations where an HSP-antigen complex elicits an effective response to the antigen andnot to the HSP. Thus the HSP acts as a carrier for the antigenic peptide. The role of HSP in recognition by γδ T cells may also fall into this paradigm. In this article, the Fourth Paradigm is considered as a crucial element in the development of vaccines against cancers and infectious diseases, and is analyzed through the prism of the observed association of hsp70 species with antigenic peptides.     

Electric charge in hyperbolic motion: the early history

The study of an electric charge in hyperbolic motion is an important aspect of Minkowski’s geometrical formulation of electrodynamics. In “Space and Time”, his last publication before his premature death, Minkowski gives a brief geometrical recipe for calculating the four-force with which an electric charge acts on another electric charge. The subsequent work of Born, Sommerfeld, Laue, and Pauli filled in the missing derivation details. Here, we bring together these early contributions, in an effort to provide a more modern, accessible, and unified exposition of the early history of the electric charge in hyperbolic motion.

Zusammenfassung Die zelluläre Reaktion an traumatischen, mechanisch gesetzten Läsionen in der Gehirnrinde wurde an neugeborenen und erwachsenen Hunden sowie an Mäusen untersucht. Die Heilung der Läsionen in Neugeborenen war so, dass das Gehirngewebe makroskopisch normal aussah; histologisch waren die durchtrennten Elemente durch die Heilungsprozesse unter minimaler glialer Reaktion wieder gut reorganisiert.

The identification and an efficient synthesis of 6-methoxy-2-benzoxazolinone (MBOA), an insect antifeedant inZea mays is reported.     

SV40 transformed fibroblasts recognize the same 140 kD fibronectin chemotactic fragment as non-transformed cells

Summary SV40 virus-transformed human embryonal fibroblasts show an enhanced chemotactic response to the glycoprotein fibronectin. However, they recognize the same chemotactic active region as non-transformed fibroblasts. The result suggests that an enhancement of chemotaxis by fibroblasts which have been transformed with Simian Virus 40 is due not to the utilization of further chemotactic domains in the molecule, but to an increased sensitivity of the cells to the chemoattractant.

Zusammenfassung Untersuchungen an Laboratoriums-FledermäusenMyotis lucifugus während aller Phasen der Winterschlaflethargie zeigen, dass Unbeweglichkeit der Tiere entscheidend auf den Verlust an Knochenmineralien wirkt. Die Vermehrung an Osteoklasten sowie die Hyperkalzemie und die Hypophosphatemie bei winterschlafenden Fledermäusen weisen ebenfalls in Richtung der Resorptionsvorgänge im Knochen.
