草鱼对碳水化合物的消化和消化率测定方法的比较研究

试验设计四个组,每组三个重复,用含量均为４５％的马铃薯淀粉,糊精,葡萄糖和４５％马铃薯淀粉＋０．５％Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的饲料饲喂草鱼,两周后收集粪便。用ＡＩＡ４Ｎ法测草鱼对四种饲料中相应碳水化合物的表观消化率,分别为５９．２６％,９８．５２％,９８．５９％和５７．３７％。比较了ＡＩＡ４Ｎ法,ＡＩＡ２Ｎ法,浓硫酸－过氯酸消化－二苯基二氨基脲比色法和浓硝酸－过氯酸消化－直接比色法四种表观消化率测定方法的利弊。     

生淀粉糖化菌NL—3的发酵条件

以黑曲霉（Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｕｓｎｉｇｅｒ）５２３原生质体为对象,经激光、紫外线和亚硝基胍复合诱变,选育出高产生淀粉糖化酶突变株黑曲霉ＮＬ３,其生淀粉酶活力为１５６Ｕ／ｍｌ．产酶最适培养条件为：起始ｐＨ４５,３０℃,９６ｈ产酶量达最高．Ｋ＋,Ｍｇ２＋对ＮＬ３产生淀粉糖化酶有促进作用;Ｚｎ２＋对产酶有抑制作用．酶的最适作用条件为：以玉米淀粉为底物的最适温度５０℃,最适ｐＨ４５;以甘薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉为底物时最适温度６０℃,最适ｐＨ４０～４５．酶在６０℃保温１５ｍｉｎ,玉米淀粉为底物时酶剩余活力为８０％;甘薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉为底物时酶剩余活力为９８％．     

碱土金属氟化物／三氧化二钆催化剂的甲烷氧化偶联性能

考察碱土金属氟化物／三氧化二钆在甲烷氧化偶联反应中的催化性能．发现在Ｇｄ＿２Ｏ＿３中添加碱土金属氟化物，Ｃ＿２选择性和收率都有明显提高。当Ｇｄ＿２Ｏ＿３摩尔含量相同时，催化性能按Ｃａ－Ｓｒ－Ｂａ顺序递增，在８０％ＢａＦ＿２／Ｇｄ＿２Ｏ＿３催化剂上Ｃ＿２选择性和收率分别达５９．５％和１８．７％．ＸＲＤ分析结果表明，在含氟催化剂中出现了四方Ｇｄ＿４Ｏ＿３Ｆ＿６新相，其结构与立方ＣａＦ＿２，ＳｒＦ＿２和ＢａＦ＿２相似．可能有利于物相之间的匹配及载流子传递．ＸＰＳ测试发现，催化剂表面上存在着（或Ｏ￣－）物种．与Ｇｄ＿２Ｏ＿３相比，在含氟的催化剂中，Ｏ＿１ｓ结合能较高，表明该吸附氧物种所带电荷较少，对提高Ｃ＿２选择性有利。     

草鱼摄食后血糖和肝糖原质量分数的变化

以w均为 30 %的酪蛋白为蛋白源 ,w为 45 %的葡萄糖、糊精、马铃薯淀粉和w为 45 %马铃薯淀粉 w为 0 5 %Cr2 O3 为糖源的 4种试验饲料饲喂草鱼 ,5 0d后测定其血糖和肝糖原在摄食后不同时间的质量分数。结果表明 ,葡萄糖组、糊精组、淀粉组和淀粉 Cr2 O3 组草鱼血糖的质量分数最高值分别出现在摄食后 1,3,2和 8h ,且葡萄糖组的最高值最大 ;肝糖原的最高值分别出现在摄食后 5 ,3,3和 8h ,且葡萄糖组肝糖原的质量分数最高值最小 ;糊精组和淀粉组血糖和肝糖原的质量分数的变化差别较小 ,而作为同一糖源的淀粉组和淀粉 Cr2 O3 组差别较大 ,铬能促进葡萄糖向肝糖原的转化。     

稀土与吡啶甜菜碱和2,2‘—联吡啶配合物的研究

合成了稀土土离子（Ｌａ＾３＋，Ｎｄ＾３＋，Ｅｕ＾３＋，Ｇｄ＾３＋，Ｔｂ＾３＋，Ｅｒ＾３＋）与吡啶乙酸内盐（Ｃ５Ｈ５Ｎ＾＋ＣＨ２ＣＯ＾－２，ｐｙｂ）及，２，２‘－联吡啶的三元配合物。通过元素分析，红外光谱等测试手术，确定配合物的组成为ＲＥ２（ｂｐｙ）５（ｐｙｂ）４（ＣｌＯ４）６．５Ｈ２Ｏ。测定了Ｅｕ＾３＋配合物的晶体结构，属三斜晶系。     

The Effects of Different Culture Systems on the Quality of Bovine In Vitro Fertilized Embryos

研究探讨了不同体外培养条件下牛体外受精胚胎的发育速度及囊胚细胞数，从而了解不同体外培养系统对牛体外受精胚胎质量的影响．实验一中将体外受精卵分别在ＳＯＦ＋牛输卵管上皮细胞（ＢＯＥＣ）和ＴＣＭ１９９＋ＢＯＥＣ两种培养系统内培养，在这两种培养条件下囊胚发育率分别为２２．２％和２１．２％，囊胚细胞数分别为１１３．３±５．０和９７．９±８．３，受精后第６～９ｄ的囊胚出现率分别为４０．１％ａ、３７．０％、１９．２％ｂ、２．７％和１３．５％ｃ、３２．７％、３６．５％ｄ、１７．３％（ａ＞ｃ，Ｐ＜０．０１，ｄ＞ｂ，Ｐ＜０．０５），表明牛体外受精卵在ＳＯＦ＋ＢＯＥＣ中的发育速度快于在ＴＣＭ１９９＋ＢＯＥＣ中．实验二中将体外受精卵分别培养于ＳＯＦ＋ＢＯＥＣ、ＳＯＦ＋牛卵丘细胞、ＳＯＦ＋ＢＳＡ三种培养系统中，结果囊胚发育率分别为３５．５％ｅ、２９．４％和２２．４％ｆ（ｅ＞ｆ，Ｐ＜０．０１），囊胚细胞数分别为１１７．３±８．０ｇ、９４．２±９．３和９０．２±９．４ｈ（ｇ＞ｈ，Ｐ＜０．０５）．实验三观察了体外受精胚胎在ＳＯＦ＋ＢＯＥＣ培养条件下发育速度与囊胚细胞数的关系，结果第６～９ｄ的囊胚细胞数分别为１１０．８±１０．２ｉ、１２８．     

掺Sm、Pr的MnBl合金薄膜的磁性、结构和磁光性能研究

讨论了掺 Ｓｍ 、 Ｐｒ 的 Ｍｎ Ｂｉ 合金薄膜的结构、磁性和磁光性能实验表明,经过退火处理（３７５ ℃～４２５ ℃／２ ～４ｈ） ,样品形成 Ｍｎ Ｂｉ 晶体结构掺杂含量 ｘ ＝ ０ ．１ ～０ ．２５ ,样品具有较大的 Ｋｅｒｒ 角（θ Ｋｍａｘ ＝ ２ ．５７°） ,内禀矫顽力 Ｍ Ｈ Ｃ＝ １ ．５ ～５ ．６ ｋ Ｏｅ ,剩余磁化强度 Ｍｒ ＝ ３ ．０ ～５ ．６ ｋ Ｏｅ ,剩磁比ｒ ＝ ０ ．８８ ～０ ．９８磁光谱表明,随着掺杂含量的增大,样品 Ｋｅｒｒ 角的极大值向长波方向移动在变温过程中,样品的矫顽力随温度上升而增大,在薄膜（ ｄ ＜ ２５０ｎｍ ） 情况下矫顽力以形核机制为主

钢表面激光处理碳纳米管涂层组织与耐磨性研究

为研究碳纳米管的耐磨性能,将其涂覆于４５钢表面,在氩气保护下采用３ｋＷＣＯ２连续激光器进行处理,然后进行淬火和低温回火,测定处理前后试样的组织结构和硬度,并采用ＭＨＫ－５００环块磨损试验机进行磨损性能测试。试验结果表明：经激光处理后,部分碳纳米管得到保留,部分碳纳米管在４５钢表面与Ｆｅ生成Ｆｅ３Ｃ,并且产生一层含２．５％～３．５％Ｃ的亚共晶合金化层,经进一步淬火后表面硬度可达ＨＲＣ７０,耐磨性也大大改善,分别比４５钢合金化、４５Ｃｒ熔凝和４０Ｃｒ合金化提高４０％、１８％和３１％。     

Ⅱ,Ⅲ期乳腺癌综合疗法对比分析（附69例报告）

对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌６９例综合方法疗效对比分析。全组５年生存率５３６％，Ⅱ期７８％，Ⅲ期４７２％，Ⅱ期各组（Ｓ，Ｓ＋Ｃ，Ｓ＋Ｒ，Ｓ＋Ｒ＋Ｃ）无显著差别；Ⅲ期各组Ｓ１４２％，Ｓ＋Ｃ３３％，Ｓ＋Ｒ４７３％，Ｓ＋Ｒ＋Ｃ６０％（Ｐ＜００５）说明综合治疗方法对生存率有影响，增加放疗对Ⅲ期尤为显著；加放组淋巴区胸壁３年复发率与未加放组比为１∶２（９／５０：７／１９），其复发平均时间为３１８∶１３５（月），说明加放对局部控制效果的肯定。增加化疗（ＣＭＦ／ＣＡＦ／ＣＥＦ）与未加化疗比生存率有改变，前者为５９５％（２２／３７），后者为３３３％（３／９），而除Ｓ组外，增加化疗使Ｓ＋Ｒ＋Ｃ达６０％，Ｓ＋Ｒ４７３％组无显著性差别（０２５＞Ｐ＞０１０）。Ｓ＋（Ｓ＋Ｃ）与（Ｓ＋Ｒ）＋（Ｓ＋Ｒ＋Ｃ）组５年生存率，前者为３６８％（７／１９），后者为６０％（３０／５０）。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
