The synergistic interaction between the cationic guar gum (the ammonium hydroxy-propyl-trimethyl chloride of guar gum) and sodium algirmte has been studied. The effects of the mass ratio of them, mixed temperature, balk salt ion concentration, incubation time and pH value on gelation were investigated. It has been observed that there was a gel strength maximum when the mass ratio was 0. 6, the mixed temperature was 70 ~C, the balk salt ion concentration was 1.0 mol ~ L-1 , the incubation time was 30 rain and the pH value was 8. Interaction between molecules of these two polysaccharides was investigated by FT-IR spectrometry.  相似文献

Mixed gels of chitosan-pectin were prepared by varying the ratio of constituents in the presence of NaCl. Mixed gel at 3% of total polysaccharide concentration with addtion of 12% NaCl showed a synergistic maximum when the ratio of chitosan to pectin was 60: 40. The effect of the polysaccharide concentration, the preparation temperature (T p), the time of incubation, balk salt concentration, the molecular weight and the degree of deacetylation of chitosan on gelation have been studied. Interaction mechanism between molecules of both polysaccharides was investigated by FT-IR spectrometry. Fosfomycin, a sodium salt ofcis-(3-methyloxiranyl) phosphonic acid, was used as electrolyte in binary methanol-water media for capillary electrophoresis. The variety of electroosmotic flow with pH*, methanol concentration and ionic strength was investigated. The migration behavior of nine bases was examined under various conditions, and the separation of thymine, cytosine, 5-flurouracil, 4, 6-diamino-pyrimidine, purine was accomplished.  以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂、N,N′-二甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)为催化剂,在室温下通过水溶液自由基聚合,制备了聚丙烯酰胺/甲基纤维素半互穿网络(PAM/MC semi-IPN)。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对凝胶结构进行了表征,考察了MC含量和温度对凝胶外观、平衡溶胀和溶胀动力学的影响。从FT-IR图谱可看出,随MC含量增加,PAM酰胺Ⅰ带的吸收峰从1632cm-1移到1650cm-1,表明PAM与MC发生了明显的氢键相互作用。随MC含量增加,凝胶颜色从透明到乳白色逐渐加深。随温度升高,各组分凝胶的平衡溶胀比都增大。随MC含量的增加,相同温度下,凝胶的平衡溶胀比下降。另外,半互穿网络凝胶的尺寸随温度升高没有明显变化,说明MC在高温下的相转变并未造成半互穿网络的体积相变。凝胶的溶胀动力学显示,凝胶在100min前均快速溶胀,在200min以后溶胀速度变缓,最终趋于平衡。扩散指数(n)和溶胀速率(k)的数据表明,温度对扩散机理有很大影响,并且MC含量低于1.0%时凝胶组成对扩散机理影响不大。通过线性拟合的R2可知,各组分凝胶在各温度下均较好的符合二级动力学方程,并且MC含量低于1.0%时对凝胶的初始溶胀速率影响不大。  相似文献

合成了乙烯基吡咯烷酮/磺酸甜菜碱两性单体共聚物水凝胶,探讨了时间、温度和外加盐浓度对凝胶溶胀行为的影响。与单一聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮凝胶不同,引入磺酸甜菜碱单体后得到的新型水凝胶同时具有温度和盐双重敏感特性,且其吸水性有明显改善。  相似文献

Using poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) aqueous solution, NaOH aqueous solution, aniline (An) and ammonium persulfate (APS), PAn-PAA hydrogels with a semi-interpenetrating structure connected by physical interlocks, chemical ion bonds and hydrogen bonds were prepared. The swelling properties of the hydrogels in solutions of different pH values (adjusted by adding NaOH or HCI) were studied. All the hydrogels prepared have similar swelling curves (the curves of equilibrium swelling ratio vs. pH value) and reach their maximum swelling at pH of 8 - 10. The maximum swelling ratio of the hydrogels is dependent on composition, including molecular weight of PAA, polymer content of the hydrogel, and molar ratios of AA to An, APS to An, and NaOH to AA, And the compositional dependence of the swelling capacity of PAn-PAA hydrogels was also studied.  相似文献

Ni(II)-dien complex was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P-1, with crystallographic parametersa=0.888 13(18) nm,b=0.890 10(18) nm,c=1. 591 8(3) nm, α=77.71(3)°, β=89.12(3)°, γ=61.24(3)°,Z=2. The two dien molecules coordinate to the central Ni atom, the six nitrogen atoms form a distorted octahedron. Preliminary pharmacological tests showed this complex had antitumor activity against HepG2 and HL-60 cell linesin vitro. 以N—异丙基丙烯酰胺为单体与少量丙烯酸(3—磺酸)丙酯钾盐共聚,以N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,得到一种具有较大溶胀比的阴离子型温敏水凝胶。对其热敏性能、溶胀性能,以及阴离子单体用量对上述性能的影响进行了探讨,并对收缩动力学和再溶胀动力学进行了表征。结果表明,在一定阴离子含量范围内,随着凝胶中阴离子含量的增加,凝胶的相转变温度升高,水凝胶的溶胀率和水保留率也增加。考察了该水凝胶对甘草酸的分离吸收性能及对蛋白质溶液的浓缩性能,并尝试用水凝胶中水的状态理论对结果进行了解释,初步证明可将该水凝胶用于中草药有效成分的分离。  相似文献

以羟丙基壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇为原料,制备羟丙基壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇互穿网络水凝胶并研究其药物释放性能.考察羟丙基壳聚糖质量浓度、聚乙烯醇与羟丙基壳聚糖质量比、交联剂用量等因素对羟丙基壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇互穿网络水凝胶溶胀性能的影响;测定凝胶对温度和pH的敏感性;以利巴韦林为模型研究凝胶对药物的释放性能.结果表明:该水凝胶具有良好的溶胀性、温度及pH敏感性,对利巴韦林有一定的缓释作用,可望用于新型的药物载体.  相似文献

Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous polystyrene (3DOM PS) with pore size of 350 nm was fab- ricated using Cp2Co/Ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate (EBiB) catalytic system by ATRP. The resulting polymers were detected by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, SEM, and GPC. The microstructure of 3DOM PS was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. SEM micrographs show that both silica spheres within the templates and pores in the 3DOM polystyrene are arranged in highly ordered fashion, and the shrinkage of the pores in the 3DOM PS is 24%. GPC curves show that the 3DOM PS possesses slightly lower Mn and narrow MWD compared with bulk one. This result indicats that living polymerization is different from non-living polymerizationin in the confined space.  相似文献

The positron lifetime spectra and ionic conductivity have been measured for polymeric electrolyte PEU-LiClO4 as a function of temperature in the range of 120≈360 K and as a function of Li-salt concentration at room temperature. From the temperature dependence of positron annihilation parameters, the glass transition and subtransition are observed, and the glass transition temperatureT g of pure PEU is determined to be 240 K. AboveT g, the free volume hole size dramatically increases with temperature. The variations of positron annihilation parameters and ionic conductivities with respect to Li-salt concentration at room temperature indicate that the Li salt mainly diffuses into the amorphous region in PEU-LiClO4. The increase of Li salt concentration brings about an increase in the number of carried ions, and a reduction of the fractional free volume. Piperidine absorbs CO2 and H2O in air to form a molecular complex: piperidium-l-piperidinecarboxylate-H2O. The structure of the complex was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal structure was determined to be triclinic, space group P1^-with a=0.648 6(8) nm, b=0.809 200) nm, c= 1.357 1(16) nm, a=96.96706)°, β =102.506(15)°,γ=104.202 05)°, Z=2. The complex is stabilized via five hydrogen bonds between the three components, N-O electrostatic interaction and O-O interaction (electron transfer) betweenl-piperidinecarboxylate and H2O. Due to electron transference of carbamate ion, the oxygen atom in water molecule is strongly negatively charged and the O-H bond is considerably shorter than that of the free molecule of water. The formation of the molecular complex is a reversible process and will decompose upon heating. The mechanism of formation and stabilization is further investigated herein.  相似文献

The characteristics of electronic transport properties: behaviors of magnetization curve and magnetic relaxation of a typical normal superconductor 2H-NbSe2 are investigated. The results show that Tc and △Tc of the samples are 7. 2,0. 18 K, indicating that superconducting energy gap at zero temperature is 1. 1 meV. No fish tail shape is found in the magnetization curves at several temperatures. The relationship between remnant magnetic moment and time reveals that the magnetic flux creep of the sample agrees with the Kim-Anderson thermal activation model with the relaxation rate S=0.000 36 at T=6 K.  相似文献

The hydrogel sponges have prepared successfully from gelatin/chitosan (GEL/CTS) matrix with different polyols basing on scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis. The results indicate that the compressibility and thermal properties (thermal gravimetric analysis, TGA) were improved significantly with adding the different polyols [poly(vinyl alcohol) – PVA, and poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(propylene glycol)- poly(ethylene glycol) – PEPEG] into GEL/CTS matrix. Specially, the as-prepared hydrogel sponges with superabsorbent behavior were also investigated with the attained water absorption capacity to 605 ?g ?g?1 and 585 ?g ?g?1 for GCV_1/1/0.3 and GCE_1/1/0.3 sponges, respectively, as well as the excellent water absorption capacity in a wide range of pH and salt concentration. Hence, these studies demonstrated that the hydrogel sponges are concerned as potential and promising candidates to apply especially in the fields of biomedicine and hygiene.  相似文献

The novel chitosan microspheres grafted with β-cyclodextrins (CMGC) were prepared by means of the reaction of chitosan microspheres and mono-(6-p-tosyl)-β-cyclodextrins (β-CD-OTs-6). β-CD-OTs-6 were gained by the reaction ofp-toluenesulfonyl chloride (TsCl) and β-cyclodextrins (β-CDs). Their structures were proved by Fourier transform infrared spectral analysis (FT-IR), X ray powder diffraction analysis, and13C NMR; the configuration of CMGC was characterized by scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and transmittance electron micrograph (TEM). The inclusion complex of CMGC with iodine was prepared and its inclusion ability was studied. The experimental results showed that some iodine was included with CMGC and formed a stable inclusion. The stable complex of CMGC and iodine (CMGC-I) shows good antibacterial effect.
