光度分析法测定微量铜的方法较多。早在1952年就有人报导:由于2.9—二甲基—1.10—邻二氮杂菲结构的位阻效应,与铜(Ⅰ)具有特效性反应,成为测定微量铜的高选择性方法。但由于灵敏度不高(ε_(460)=7.9×10~3),使其应用受到限制。近些年来,在保持此法高选择性基础上进一步提高其灵敏度的工作有很大进展。我们采用铜-2.9—二甲基—1.10—邻二氮杂菲-荧光桃红缔合型三元络合物测定合金中的微量铜,灵敏度有很大提高(7.4×10~4),而且方法简便、快速、准确,使此法在实际应用中兼有高灵敏、高选择性的特点。  相似文献

本文研究了光度法规定微量铜的新方法,试剂5-Cl-PADAB能与铜发生灵敏的显色反应,生成二元络合物Cu(Ⅱ)-5-Cl-PADAB,选择性较高。在pH=4.6~6.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾的缓冲体系中,试剂与铜形成橙红色络合物,最大吸收波长为535nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.5×10~4,络合比Cu(Ⅱ):5-Cl-PADAB=1:2,在0~18μg/25mL区间内符合比尔定律。在磺基水杨酸的掩蔽下,一般常见的30多种离子不干扰测定,该方法用于合金和矿样中微量铜的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文研究了显色剂5-(4-磺基-1-萘偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与铜显色反应的条件,结果表明:在PH=12.5的介质中,显色剂铜生成了3:1黄色稳定配合物,利用褪色江度法,λmax=529nm,ε=3.7×10^4Lmol^-1cm^-1,铜量在0-35μg/50ml范围内遵循比耳定律,方法选择性好,可用于铜合金中铜含量的测定。  相似文献

本文以氨—氟化铵缓冲溶液介质中过氧化氢氧化蕃红花红0褪色为指示反应,利用固定反应时间法,通过各种条件的选择,建立了催化光度法测定超痕量铜的新方法.测定范围为0.002~0.05μg/25ml 铜(Ⅱ).方法操作简单,选择性好,直接用于微量镁合金及人体发样中铜的测定,获得了满意的结果.  相似文献

合成了新化合物席夫碱N-2-羟在苄叉对氯苯胺及对甲基苯氧基二硫代甲酸铜。用红外光谱对所合成样品进行了表征。将席夫碱分别与丙二酸铜,邻苯二甲酸铜,对甲基苯氧基二硫代甲酸铜及与二乙基二硫代氨甲酸铜4种铜盐配位后溶于乙醇中生长晶体。通过对所得晶体进行元素分析后发现,该席夫碱与4种铜 盐的配位方式不完全相同,由于邻苯二甲酸铜的螯合性能较强,只有一个席夫碱分子与其配位,而其他3种铜盐与席夫碱反应时,有2个席夫碱与铜离子配位,且席夫碱上的羟基取代了原理铜盐上的阴离子。  相似文献

采用失重法、电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱考察了0.5mol/L HCl溶液中2-巯基苯并咪唑(MBI)和1-苯基-5-疏基-四氮唑(PMTA)对铜的缓蚀作用。MBI和PMTA的加入使铜的自腐蚀电位正移,对铜电极的阳极腐蚀过程存在抑制作用,两者复配使用增强了对铜电极的阳极和阴极电化学过程的抑制作用,提高了铜电极膜电阻,从而具有较好的缓蚀协同效果。  相似文献

本文系统研究了在表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,3,5—diBr—PADAP与Cu(Ⅱ)的显也反应性能,提出了测定微量铜的新方法.在pH3.5HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,Cu(Ⅱ)与3,5-diBr-PADAP形成1:2配合物,其最大吸收波长为573nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.5×104,Cu(Ⅱ)含量在0~4μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律.在确定条件下,大量金属离子不干扰,反应有较好的选择性.方法直接用于铝合金中微量铜测定,结果满意.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
