随着信息化科学技术的发展,为适应数字化产品对高频特性的技术要求,对CCL基础材料行业提出更高的技术要求.如何科学合理地选用、配伍改性PCB基板材料具有低ε、低tanδ性,并且使ε和tanδ在空气中受温度、湿度影响又小,层压覆铜板又具有良好的电气性能和机械性能,是本课题着重讨论和研究的主要问题.  相似文献

首先利用恒温恒湿和高压锅两种处理条件对覆铜板基材进行湿热处理,然后用介质谐振腔(Split Post Dielectric Resonator,SPDR)法分别测出处理前后的介电常数Dk和介质损耗角正切Df值,研究两种湿热处理条件对Dk和Df值的影响。使用此方法,对低介电常数覆铜板(Low Dk FR-4)进行了测试,并得出相应的结论。  相似文献

 高介电常数介电材料在储能方面的特殊作用使其在电工、电子技术领域有着重要的应用。随着电子工业的发展,高储能密度介电材料受到越来越多的关注,出现了一些新型的高储能密度介电材料。高储能密度介电材料具有高的介电常数和击穿强度,其发展的关键是提高储能密度。本文对近年来高储能密度介电材料的研究发展进行了概述,主要讨论了通过对钛酸钡的改性(即掺杂改性、表面包覆改性和复合材料制备)来提高介电材料的储能密度。分析了钛酸钡/聚合物复合材料的制备方法及其介电性能的影响因素,其中,陶瓷填料和聚合物基体2相界面的相容性是复合材料介电性能的重要影响因素。同时,指出了解决BaTiO3粒子在聚合物基体中的分散问题、填料和聚合物基体的选择以及制备过程中工艺条件的控制都是研究兼具高介电强度和高介电常数复合材料的发展方向。  相似文献

 介绍了近年来国内外低介电常数聚酰亚胺(PI)及其复合材料的制备方法,重点讨论了介孔氧化硅、二氧化硅管和多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)在降低PI 介电常数方面的应用,并对低介电常数聚酰亚胺材料的发展前景进行了展望,指出将多孔材料添加到PI 中,形成具有骨架结构的孔洞,所制备出的复合材料,具有较低介电常数的同时也有较好的力学性能,为低介电PI 材料的制备提供了一条新思路。  相似文献

在 1 0 2 ~ 1 0 7Hz频率范围内测定了酚醛树脂 -高铝水泥基无宏观缺陷 (MDF)材料的介电常数和介电损耗随材料组成及环境湿度的变化曲线 .结果表明 ,MDF材料的介电常数和损耗皆与测试频率有关 ,介电损耗由载流子屏蔽跳跃引起 .当材料内酚醛树脂的数量增加时 ,介电常数下降而损耗略有上升 ,添加硅灰能显著改善材料介电性能 ;在低相对湿度下 ,湿度对介电性能影响不大 ,在高相对湿度下 ,介电常数和损耗都有较大的增加  相似文献

为改善盆式绝缘子沿面电场分布,以径向介电常数分布为对象,提出了一种通过识别沿面最大场强位置反馈更新介电常数分布的全局优化算法,实现了介电功能梯度材料盆式绝缘子参数优化设计.通过APDL语言,实现MATLAB与ANSYS联合仿真,研究了步长大小、分层数量等参数对优化结果的影响.结果表明:随着步长减小,沿面场强分布随迭代次数的变化更加平滑,介电常数区间范围增大.分层数目越多,径向介电常数分布越平滑,高压端介电常数值越大,沿面电场分布波动越小,最大场强降低幅度越大,可达70.5%.盆式绝缘子场强集中区域从高、低电极和三结合点处往中间转移,上、下表面电场利用率均达到0.75以上.研究结果为盆式绝缘子优化设计提供了参考.  相似文献

实验研究了以(Mn1/3Sb2/3)^4+B位取代Ti^4+为特征的大各向异性改性PbTiO3压电陶瓷制备工艺,通过详细研究工艺条件对改性PbTiO3陶瓷性能的影响。确定了其较佳工艺参数,在优化的工艺条件下,该陶瓷具有高压电活性,大压电各向异性,小介电常数,低机械品质因素,在多种压电超声换能器的研制方面显出良好应用前景。  相似文献

利用聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)共混改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),制备了高性能聚四氟乙烯覆铜板.采用DSC和SEM分析了上述两种树脂的相容性,研究了偶联剂种类、树脂含量和玻璃纤维布含量等对覆铜板主要性能的影响,并用SEM观察了改性前后覆铜板冲击断面的微观结构.结果表明,聚四氟乙烯与聚全氟乙丙烯相容性能好,共混改性后覆铜板剥离强度从1.8 kN/m提高到2.26 kN/m,抗弯强度从100MPa提高到134MPa,而介质损耗因数从8×10-4降到7×10-4.  相似文献

声表面波技术可无损测量纳米多孔介电薄膜材料的机械特性参数.采用横观各向同性模型表征二维周期性多孔薄膜的结构特性,推导了表面波在周期性纳米多孔薄膜/硅基底结构中的传播模型.通过编程计算数值算例,得到了薄膜各向异性结构特性及弹性模量对表面波色散曲线的影响.结果表明,纳米通孔方向与传播方向间的角度差会对色散曲线产生明显影响,在垂直于通孔的传播方向不能测出弹性模量E′.最后给出了有助于改善测量精度的措施.此模型可用于纳米多孔低介电常数材料各向异性特性测试实验.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
