starken Abfall des Noradrenalingehaltes des Rattenherzens, wenn sie intraperitoneal in einer Dosis von 5 mg/kg gegeben werden.
Der Adrenalingehalt wird nicht deutlich oder einheitlich ver?ndert. α-Yohimbin, das chemisch zu einer andern Gruppe geh?rt,
hat keine Wirkung auf den Noradrenalingehalt des Herzens.

Summary Uptake of3H-noradrenaline by the heart was studied with sections of isolated atria obtained from high or lowlanders. In native highlanders, affinity for3H-noradrenaline by human atria is more significant than in lowlanders. Furthermore, the Michaelis Menten constant is lower in high altitude native's heart. 相似文献

In light-dark-synchronized male rats the levels of noradrenaline in heart atria were about 3 times that found in heart ventricles. Noradrenaline turnover rate which were about 8-9 fold greater for the atria than for the ventricles displayed a circadian-phase-dependency with increased rates in the dark period in both parts of the rat heart. 相似文献

Summary The effect of long-term alcohol ingestion on the norepinephrine concentration of the heart was investigated in rats. The alcoholic animals showed a highly significant increase in cardiac norepinephrine concentration as compared with the corresponding controls. It is further suggested that continued exposure to high levels of norepinephrine may play a role in the development of cardiomyopathy in chronic alcoholism. 相似文献

When administered intravenously to Rats, 14C Gentamicin decreased very fast in all tissues, except in kidney and cartilage. Some flexures of the small intestine contained radioactive carbon, and that was evidence for the biliary elimination of a part of the aminoglycoside. Résumé Après injection i.v. de 5-hydroxatryptamine-C14 et de noradrénaline-H3 à des rats, on a préparé et centrifugé des homogénates de leurs poumons dans un gradient linéaire de sucrose. Après sacrifice immédiat ces deux amines sont retrouvées dans une grande fraction de particules pulmonaires sédimentant dans 1M de sucrose. Après 30 min les poumons des rat offrent un pic additionel de noradrénaline-H3 correspondant à une densité de sucrose de 0.4 à 0.5.
