Here we describe a new triconodont mammal from the Late Jurassic/Early Cretaceous period of Liaoning, China. This new mammal is represented by the best-preserved skeleton known so far for triconodonts which form one of the earliest Mesozoic mammalian groups with high diversity. The postcranial skeleton of this new triconodont shows a mosaic of characters, including a primitive pelvic girdle and hindlimb but a very derived pectoral girdle that is closely comparable to those of derived therians. Given the basal position of this taxon in mammalian phylogeny, its derived pectoral girdle indicates that homoplasies (similarities resulting from independent evolution among unrelated lineages) are as common in the postcranial skeleton as they are in the skull and dentition in the evolution of Mesozoic mammals. Limb structures of the new triconodont indicate that it was probably a ground-dwelling animal.  相似文献

A principal goal of biotechnology is the assembly of novel biomaterials for analytical, industrial and therapeutic purposes. The advent of stable immobile nucleic acid branched junctions makes DNA a good candidate for building frameworks to which proteins or other functional molecules can be attached and thereby juxtaposed. The addition of single-stranded 'sticky' ends to branched DNA molecules converts them into macromolecular valence clusters that can be ligated together. The edges of these frameworks are double-helical DNA, and the vertices correspond to the branch points of junctions. Here, we report the construction from DNA of a covalently closed cube-like molecular complex containing twelve equal-length double-helical edges arranged about eight vertices. Each of the six 'faces' of the object is a single-stranded cyclic molecule, doubly catenated to four neighbouring strands, and each vertex is connected by an edge to three others. Each edge contains a unique restriction site for analytical purposes. This is the first construction of a closed polyhedral object from DNA.  相似文献

建立了微球形氯嘧磺隆分子印迹聚合物的合成方法.优化了影响聚合物吸附性能的参数,对聚合物微球进行了性能表征.在氯嘧磺隆印迹微球的合成方法中,功能单体为甲基丙烯酸,交联剂为乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,溶剂为乙腈,引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈,当其用量分别为0.25,1.5,5 mmol(物质的量比1:6:20)、30 mL和0.30 mmol时合成的分子印迹聚合物对氯嘧磺隆有最好的特异性吸附能力.运用Scatchard 方程测定了该聚合物的结合能力.结果表明,聚合物中具有两类亲和性吸附位点,高亲和性吸附位点的最大表现吸附量Qmax1为63.46 μmol/g,平衡常数Kd1为0.655 7 mmol/L;低亲和力吸附位点的最大表观吸附量Qmax2为437.085 μmol/g,平衡常数Kd2为11.00 mmol/L.聚合物微球在重复使用9次后吸附性能基本无下降.本制备方法具有无需研磨筛分即可得到分子印迹微球的特点,便于作为固相萃取柱和色谱柱的填料使用.  相似文献

设计、合成了新型的以均三嗪为核的八极分子2,4,6-三(对烯丙氧基苯乙烯基)均三嗪;用IR、EA、1H NMR、13CMNR、UV-vis等对其结构进行了表征,测试了TG和UV-vis等性能,对其热稳定性和透明性进行了研究.采用粉末倍频法对其二阶非线性光学性能进行了测试.实验表明:在DMF中该八极分子的最大吸收波长为361 nm,热分解温度为406℃,倍频效应强度为KDP晶体的1.2倍,具有较好的热稳定性和透明性,可用于制备性能优异的非线性光学材料.  相似文献

A new type of chiral bisoxazoline ligands 1 based on spiro[4,4]-1,6-nonadiene backbone was easily prepared in six steps from racemic spiro[4,4]-nonane-1,6-dione, with the Pd-catalyzed coupling of the enol triflates with CO and amino alcohols as the key steps for the construction of the oxazoline moiety. The structure of the ligand (R,S,S)-1b was unambiguously established by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The chiral Cu(II) complex generated in situ from the combination of spiro bisoxazoline ligand (S,S,S)- 1c and Cu(OTf)2 was effective in the catalysis of asymmetric chlorination of the β-ketoester, methyl 1-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H- in-dene-2-carboxylate, affording the corresponding chlorinated derivative in 99% yield with 17% ee.  相似文献

利用老龄非传染病死亡后掩埋、自然腐败分解的母猪骨,通过常规清洁、碳酸钠浸泡脱脂、双氧水漂白处理后,采用以铁丝穿制骨块,并辅以石膏铸型、钢筋支撑和固定的方法,制作出一件完整的猪骨骼标本.整个制作时间周期漫长,制作工序复杂,其中以石膏铸型方法填充软骨和部分损坏骨骼,为骨骼标本制作中首次采用,它将为今后动物骨骼标本,特别是珍稀动物缺损骨骼标本的制作填补空白.  相似文献
