对甘氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸在中和渗析法中的传质行为进行了研究,渗析结果表明,它们在等电点处的传质速率最大,对这种现象,可通过定量比较不同的pH条件下甘氨酸在离子交换膜上的浓度来予以解释,取决于溶液pH值的甘氨酸传质速度与所计算出的在不同pH条件下与阴、阳离子交换膜交换的甘氨酸浓度相一致。  相似文献

研究了黄河水中甘氨酸对铅(Ⅱ)与表层沉积物相互作用的离子交换率E%—pH的影响.实验结果表明:①在2×7.73×10-3mmol·L-1甘氨酸存在下,离子交换率降低;②随着甘氨酸浓度的增加,S型曲线与未加甘氨酸相比,先左后右移动;③甘氨酸存在下,转型表层沉积物比自干表层沉积物离子交换率高.  相似文献

该文研究了Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的乙酸盐与甘氨酸在微波辐射及室温条件下的固--固相配位化学反应,通过固相反应一步合成了Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)与甘氨酸的配合物,经电导率、IR、UV及元素分析表征了产物,并用微波产物进行了植物助长试验.  相似文献

研究了Cu(Ⅱ)与部分二肽:甘氨酸甘氨酸(GlyGly).甘氨酸苏氨酸(Gly-Thr),甘氨酸苯丙氨酸(GlrPhe),甘氨酸酪氨酸(GlyTyr)的络合物在不同pH下的77 K和室温(298K)的EPR谱。发现Cu(Ⅱ)与含芳香氨基酸残基和不含芳香氨基酸残基的二肽络合物的EPR 谱有明显的差别.不同pH下的EPR谱亦有变化.在Cu( Ⅱ)-GlyGly和 Cu( Ⅱ)-GlrTyr中,其室温 EPR谱出现了五条氮核的超超精细裂分线,但在 Cu(Ⅱ)-GlyGly和 Cu(Ⅱ)-GlyThr的 EPR谱中没有出现。分可见苯环侧链对络合物EPR谱中氮的超越精细结构的出现起重要作用。  相似文献

研究了甘氨酸预处理对降低中华羊茅幼苗热胁迫的保护性作用.甘氨酸预处理降低了活性氧水平,保护了热胁迫下幼苗细胞膜的完整性,因而降低了植株根系细胞的死亡率.研究表明:甘氨酸预处理可以提高幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性.半定量RT-PCR分析表明甘氨酸预处理幼苗中CAT基因的表达比对照高.讨论了抗氧化酶活性在甘氨酸调节热胁迫中的作用.  相似文献

报导了2-氯苯甲醛甘氨酸席夫碱及其Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)配合物的合成方法,并通过元素分析、热重-差热分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、核磁共振谱、摩尔电导等方法对配体及配合物进行了表征。抗菌活性试验表明,4种配合物对浅部真菌均有较强的抗菌作用。  相似文献

本文以甘氨酸-金属络合物作为研究复杂分子蛋白质-金属相互作用的模拟物质,在4000-250cm-1的范围内测定了水-反二甘氨酸 Zn(Ⅱ)络合物的红外光谱,并用 GF矩阵法,采用UBF力场近似模型,计算了甘氨酸 Zn(Ⅱ)络合物的振动力常数。计算的结果为: Zn—N, Zn—O伸缩力常数具有相同的数值,都等于 0.75mdyn/A,我们还进行了红外谱带的归属工作,把该络合物的Zn—N与Zn—O伸缩振动分别归属为450cm-1和285cm-1 根据计算的结果,我们探讨了第一过渡金属与甘氨酸的络合物中M-N和M-O伸缩力常数跟它们的稳定性常数之间的关系,结果表明,它们伸缩力常数的大小顺序跟稳定性的Irving—Williams顺序一致的。 为计算力常数,编制了计算机程序,并在DJS—130计算机上完成了本工作。  相似文献

为认识金属离子的生物功能,采用CCSD/6-31++G**∥M06/6-31++G**理论方法系统研究了三元配合物[Mg(Gly)(H2O)n]2+的结构和性质.气相模型下得到的结果为:1)O,O双啮型两性甘氨酸的配位能力最强,比N,O双啮型中性甘氨酸的配位能力强37.6kJ/mol,比2个水分子强约60kJ/mol;2)与Mg2+配位时,O,O双啮型两性甘氨酸优先,结合能达到-669.1kJ/mol;随后4个水分子依次配位,结合能变化值递减,平均为159.1kJ/mol,此时配位键达到饱和数6,体系的结合能达到-1 305.4kJ/mol;3)第5个水分子可通过强氢键(键能为85.5kJ/mol)作用于体系得到次稳定构型,结合能为-1 390.9kJ/mol;也能插入到甘氨酸的O原子与Mg2+之间,取代甘氨酸的1个O原子与Mg2+形成配位键,导致甘氨酸变为单啮配体,这样得到的构型最稳定,结合能达到-1 393.1kJ/mol.液相模型下的构型结构与气相模型相比变化微小,能量次序与气相结果相同.  相似文献

分别采用沉淀法、凝胶辅助的固相反应法和甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备了钐掺杂的氧化铈材料,结果表明,用后两种方法制备的粉体能够满足固体电解质的要求,其中,凝胶辅助的固相反应法制备的粉体粒度约为20~100nm,甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备的粉体粒度更小,表现为许多超细纳米颗粒的团聚体.二者烧结体的致密度分别可以达到95%和97%,800℃时的电导率分别为0.071S/cm和0.074S/cm.  相似文献

用N-(膦酸甲基)甘氨酸与醋酸铜在强酸性和煮沸条件下,合成了铜(Ⅱ)与N-(膦酸甲基)甘氨酸的配合物.经红外光谱、紫外光谱、热谱、磁化率等表征,并用凝固点降低法测定了分子量.结果表明,该配合物是由两个水分子和两个N-(膦酸甲基)甘氨酸中的两个氮原子与铜(Ⅱ)形成的配合物,其化学式为:[Cu(OOCCH2NHCH2PO3H2)2·(H2O)2]·H2O.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
