Zusammenfassung Bei 33 Patienten mit Asthma bronchiale von verschiedenem Erkrankungsgrade wurde der Kiningehalt im zirkulierenden Blut bestimmt. Erhöhte Blutkininwerte wurden in den Patienten gefunden, und zwar im allgemeinen mit der Schwere der Krankheit korrelierbar. Daraus folgt, dass das «Kinin» aetiologisch mit Asthma bronchiale verknüpft ist.  相似文献

Summary A peculiar neurosecretory system is reported in 6 teleost species;Clarias batrachus, Heteropneustes fossilis, Mystus seenghala, Ompak pabda, Glassogobius giuris andNotopterus notopterus. It is located in the gill region close to the pseudobranch or to the carotid labyrinth. The neurosecretory cells have been identified using stains specific for neurosecretion. The results are discussed in the light of the association of the neurosecretory system with the pseudobranch or the carotid labyrinth, and the airbreathing habit of these fishes.We are grateful to Prof. U.S. Srivastava for providing laboratory facilities and for encouragement. Résumé Trois groupes de protéines structurelles (celles de la lentille, celle des muscles, et celles du poil) furent comparés aux protéines de plasma, en utilisant l'électrophorèse en gel polyacrylamide. Les variations apparaissant chez 4 espèces de rongeurs furent examinées et on trouva que les protéines de plasma varient plus que les autres. L'importance de ces résultats dans la recherche d'une évolution possible de ces protéines est considérée.

Summary After i.v. injection of14C-histamine to chicken, we identified one of the histamine metabolites as N-acetylmethylhistamine in the urine. This new metabolite accounted for about 20% of the urinary or 14% of the administered radioactivity.This work was supported by the Agricultural Research Council of Norway (grant No. 14.202.01).Acknowledgment.
