纳米氧化锌是一种面向21世纪的半导体材料,在陶瓷、化工医药、生物等领域得到了广泛的使用。近年来,纳米氧化锌不断得到重视,对于纳米氧化锌的研究也逐渐增多,并且在试验中制备了不同结构的氧化锌材料,并研究了纳米氧化锌的性能。纳米氧化锌的重要作用使得对于纳米氧化锌的研究具有了非常重要的现实意义。本文将主要分析纳米氧化锌的特性、性质、应用和制备办法,以及它的光催化性能。  相似文献

目的研究制备高质量的纳米ZnO薄膜的最佳方案。方法通过反应条件和工艺参数的控制,用PLD法制备纳米氧化锌薄膜,对所制备的纳米氧化锌薄膜进行XRD谱研究,采用原子显微镜观察其形貌并研究氧化锌薄膜的各种光学性质。结果在激光脉冲能量为150 mJ、氧气压为20Pa条件下制备出了高质量的c轴择优取向的纳米氧化锌薄膜。结论制备工艺参数的控制对其性质有着极其重要的影响。  相似文献

ZnO纳米棒/PVC复合材料的光催化性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用水热法制备了氧化锌纳米棒,在此基础上通过溶液共混制备了氧化锌纳米棒/PVC复合材料前驱体,适当温度下煅烧得到了氧化锌纳米棒/PVC复合材料.借助XRD,TEM,SEM,IR,UV-Vis和ESR等测试手段对氧化锌纳米棒及其复合材料进行了表征.以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了氧化锌纳米棒和复合材料在可见光下的光催化性能和复合材料制备条件对光催化的影响.实验结果表明,复合材料的最佳制备条件为:氧化锌和PVC的质量比1∶1,煅烧温度250 ℃,煅烧时间1 h.在光催化剂用量为0.5 g/L,甲基橙浓度为10 mg/L,采用15 W家用照明荧光灯做光源的光催化体系下,复合材料对甲基橙的降解率达到88%,表明了制备的氧化锌纳米棒/PVC复合材料具有良好的可见光光催化性能.  相似文献

采用两步化学法制备了氧化锌纳米棒膜,再通过溶胶-凝胶法对氧化锌纳米棒膜进行二氧化钛表面修饰改性.通过XRD、SEM和模拟太阳光下的光催化降解实验等手段研究和分析了氧化锌纳米棒的生长行为及光催化活性.结果表明:两步化学法所制备氧化锌纳米棒主要为C-轴取向生长;二氧化钛表面修饰后可以明显改善氧化锌纳米棒膜的光催化活性和光催化稳定性.  相似文献

以硝酸锌、水合肼、氢氧化钠、氯化钾为原料,通过简单的水热法,在100℃下反应2 h制备出形貌均一、分散性好的氧化锌纳米棒、纳米棒束和纳米花。利用XRD、SEM、UV-vis对所制备样品的组成和形貌进行表征。以紫外灯为光源,环丙沙星为降解对象,考察不同形貌的氧化锌对降解抗生素废水的活性。实验结果表明:适量NaOH的加入有利于纳米花的形成,KCl的加入则促使纳米棒束结构的形成;纳米棒、纳米棒束及纳米花ZnO的固体紫外-可见光谱显示其吸收边缘依次出现一定的红移;在汞灯光照下反应120 min后,ZnO纳米棒、纳米棒束及纳米花对环丙沙星的降解率分别为45.5%、60.3%和90.2%。  相似文献

【目的】基于纳米氧化锌的制备工艺简单、良好的生物相容性和抗菌活性等优点,全面阐述纳米氧化锌作为一种新型抗真菌添加剂应用于食品工业领域中的现有成果与潜在挑战。【方法】通过总结、归纳和比较现有研究报道,对纳米氧化锌的抗真菌活性研究进展进行全面综述。【结果】介绍了纳米氧化锌的制备方法及抗真菌性能,深入分析了氧化锌纳米颗粒对真菌生长、繁殖与代谢的影响机制,并总结了目前纳米氧化锌在食品领域中的主要应用,并对纳米粒子的生物安全性进行了评价。【结论】发展适合工业化生产的纳米氧化锌制备技术,加强纳米粒子对真菌生长代谢作用机制的深入研究,建立纳米材料生物安全性评价的方法与标准,将有助于规范和扩大纳米氧化锌等纳米材料在食品生产与食品安全领域中的进一步应用。  相似文献

氨-铵共沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了以氨水和碳酸铵的混合液为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇400(PEG400)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBSA)为表面处理剂,用直接沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌的工艺条件,并用精工SPA400扫描探针显微镜分析了产品的显微结构。实验结果表明该方法制备的纳米氧化锌纯度高,平均粒径小,达到纳米氧化锌国家标准(GB/T 19589)的三级要求。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
