The three composites Y2O3 :Er3+ , Y2O3 :Er3+ /Yb 3+ andY2O3 :Er3+ /TiO2 were prepared using coprecipitation and sol-gel techniques. Their morphology, specific surface area, porosity, UV-vis. absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured using SEM, TEM, surface analysis, UV-vis. absorption and photoluminescence spectrophotometry. A coordination complex was synthesized from NiCl2 and dipeptide glycylglycine(GG). It was characterized by element analysis, NMR and TG methods, and then was determined to be Ni(C4HsN2O3)2Cl2. Using an isoperibolic reaction calorimeter, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of Ni(GG)2Cl2(solid) has been determined to be -(1 674.66±2.02) kJ · mol^-1 at 298.15 K. 相似文献

Porous ceramics were prepared from kaolinite gangue and Al(OH)3 with double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 by the pore-forming in-situ technique. The characterizations of porous ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy,
and mercury porosimetry measurements, etc. It is found that although the decomposition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 has little contribution to the porosity, the double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 strongly affects the formation of liquid phase, and then changes the phase compositions, pore characterization, and strength.
The appropriate mode is the sample containing 1.17wt% MgCO3 and 1.17wt% CaCO3, which has high apparent porosity (41.0%), high crushing strength (53.5 MPa), high mullite content (76wt%), and small average

Na~ /H~ antiporters (NHX) are ubiquitous transmembrane proteins that play a key role in salt tolerance of plants. In this study, the sequence of 3 Arabidopsis NHX gene (AtNHX2―4) were compared with other AtNHX members. Putative cis-elements analysis identified elements that have been associated with stress responses. The activities of the promoters AtNHX2―4 were studied in transgenic plants carrying corresponding promoter-β-glucuronidase (GUS) fusions. The AtNHX2 promoter-GUS analysis indicated that AtNHX2 was expressed in constitutive pattern with high GUS activity in roots and leaves. AtNHX2 promoter activity was not up-regulated by NaCl or abscisic acid (ABA), in contrast to the AtNHX1 promoter which was previously studied. The AtNHX3 and AtNHX4 promoters showed tissue-specific activities. Strong GUS activity was detected in roots and vascular bundles of the stele in plants carry-ing an AtNHX4 promoter-GUS fusion, and GUS activity increased under salt stress suggesting a func-tion related to salt tolerance. Transgenic plants carrying the AtNHX3 promoter-GUS fusion showed strong GUS activity in petals, stamens and tops of siliques, suggesting a possible role of AtNHX3 in flower and seed development. Results of histochemical analysis suggested that AtNHX2―4 are involved in divergent functions and are differentially regulated under abiotic stress. The structure of AtNHX4 was predicted to include 12 transmembrane regions and a NHX domain. Overexpression of AtNHX4 in Arabidopsis transgenic lines confers greater salt tolerance than in wild type plants. These results suggest that AtNHX4 may encode a putative vacuolar NHX that plays an important role in salt tolerance. 相似文献

The optimizations geometries and interaction energy corrected by BSSE of the complexes between C4H4Y (Y=O, S) and CHiLi have been calculated at the B3LYP/6-311++G^** and MP2/6-311++G^** levels. Three complexes were obtained. Abnormally, the calculations showed that all the C10--Li14 bond lengths increased obviously but the blue-shift of C10-Li14 stretching frequency occurred after formed complexes. The calculated binding energy with basis set super-position error (BSSE) and zero-point vibrational energy corrections of complexes I-III is -45.757, -35.700 and -39.107 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. The analyses on the combining interaction with the atom-in-molecules theory (AIM) also showed that a relatively strong lithium bond interaction presented in furan homologues C4H4Y-LiCH3 systems. Natural bond orbital theory (NBO) analysis has been performed, and the results revealed that the complex I is formed with n-σ type lithium bond interaction between C4H40 and LiCH3, complex II is formed with TT-s type lithium bond interaction between C4H4O and LiCH3, and complex III is formed with TT-s and n-s type lithium bond interactions between C4H4S and LiCH3, respectively. 相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with nickel(II)-5, 11, 17, 23-tetra-tert-butyl-25, 27-bis(diethylcarbamoylmethoxy)
calix[4]arene (Ni (II)-L) complex and its electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide were investigated
by cyclic voltammetric technique in a 5.0×10−2 mol/L NaClO4+1.0×10−3 mol/L NaOH solution. It was found that Ni(II)-L acts as an effective catalyst for the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. The
modified electrode exhibited a linear response over a hydrogen peroxide concentrations in the range of 2.0×10−5−1.0×10−4 mol/L with a detection limit as low as 1.0×10−6 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 3.5% for 5 successive determinations of H2O2 at 1.0×10−5 mol/L. The modified electrode was used successfully in rainwater analysis.
