钻孔灌注桩是铁路桥梁应用较为普遍的基础结构,随着铁路桥梁建设的发展需要,对桥梁桩基础承载能力和抗变形的要求越来越高,传统钻孔灌注桩难以满足更大的竖向荷载和水平荷载,影响着桩的承载力。钻孔灌注桩"后压浆技术"能更好地提高单桩承载力,因而在设计上可以减少布桩,缩小桩径或减短桩长,来达到节约投资,并确保了桥梁灌注桩施工质量。  相似文献

为研究管桩水泥土复合基桩在竖向上拔荷载作用下桩身荷载传递规律,结合现场荷载试验及桩身光纤光栅应力测试,研究各级荷载下桩身轴力、侧摩阻力及变形量的变化特征。经分析得出:管桩水泥土复合桩荷载-上拔量(P-S)曲线变化较缓;管桩主要承担竖向抗拔荷载,在端部上拔荷载作用下,桩身轴力在桩端最大,沿桩身向上逐渐减小,管桩主要依靠桩身下部和中部承担上拔荷载。  相似文献

为进一步探讨挤扩支盘桩的承载性能及桩土相互作用机理,依托输电线路实际工程,开展了挤扩支盘桩上拔现场静载试验及有限元数值模拟,得到了支盘桩单桩抗拔承载性能,分析了支盘桩荷载传递规律、桩周土体变形规律、桩土相对位移变化情况等,探讨了支盘数量、支盘间距及水平荷载对支盘桩抗拔承载力的影响规律。结果表明:同等条件下单盘支盘桩抗拔承载力比等径灌注桩提高15.3%;轴力分布曲线及桩土相对位移在支盘位置发生突变;塑性应变主要发生在支盘上部的土体中;水平荷载的存在能提高支盘桩的抗拔承载力;一定范围内支盘桩的抗拔承载力随支盘数量及支盘间距的增加而增大,支盘间距不宜小于2.5倍支盘直径,在实际工程应用时,应予以考虑,合理确定支盘的数量或支盘间距。  相似文献

利用数字图像技术,结合支盘桩室内模型试验,对支盘桩在上拔荷载作用下的工作机制进行研究,得到等直径桩和单支盘桩在上拔荷载作用下的荷载变形特性、桩周土体位移场的分布规律.研究表明:单支盘桩抗拔承载能力高于等直径桩;等直径桩桩周土体位移沿深度减小,桩周土体影响区域呈V形,极限状态时桩顶处土体的影响范围约为4倍桩径;单支盘桩桩周土体位移受支盘影响,桩周土体的影响范围较大,影响区域近似呈U形,极限状态时桩顶处土体的影响范围达到6倍桩径左右.  相似文献

文章利用室内半模试验和颗粒流理论对比分析多层土地基扩底单桩与群桩的抗压、抗拔承载特性及变形特征,并对比分析了扩底桩的荷载-位移曲线。结果表明,群桩的抗压、抗拔承载能力均大于单桩。抗压群桩桩间距从1.125D(D为扩大头直径)增加到2.250D时,荷载增长率为4.39%;超过2.250D后荷载增长率趋缓,在1/2极限荷载作用下,群桩桩顶位移比单桩大0.37 mm,而承载力比单桩增加了46.59%;极限荷载作用下,桩顶位移基本一致,群桩的极限承载力比单桩极限承载力大266 N。抗拔群桩间距分别为1.125D、1.250D、1.750D、2.250D时,与相同持力层厚度单桩相比,其抗拔极限承载力分别增加40.94%、59.38%、87.11%、88.57%。抗压单桩和群桩桩身轴力沿着桩身深度的增加方向均呈现凸曲线减小趋势。桩身深度相同的情况下,从细观角度分析揭示了群桩综合承载能力大于单桩。  相似文献

旋挖挤扩灌注桩即在桩身上通过旋挖挤扩技术形成多个承力盘,承力盘的存在扩大了承载面积,能有效提高桩的抗拔承载力.由于承力盘位于桩身,在桩身位移较小的条件下,承力盘就能发挥较高的承载力.在室内模型箱的中密砂土中进行了2×2的两盘DX群桩抗拔模型实验,对比了2D、2.5D和3D(D为盘径)3种不同桩间距的模型群桩的抗拔承载力与位移的关系,探讨了不同桩间距对承力盘抗拔承载力的影响,分析了群桩抗拔机理.根据实验结果,可以发现承载力发展很快,初始阶段承载力上升速度很快,在小位移时承载力就能达到较大值.总体上桩间距越大,各基桩在承受拉拔荷载作用时的相互影响越小,群桩承载力越大.但2.5D桩间距的群桩承载力与3D桩间距群桩承载力接近,在兼顾抗拔效果和承台面积时,2.5D的桩间距比较合理.  相似文献

在地下水位以下较深的地下工程中,常采用扩径桩来承担结构今后受到的浮力.为了研究承担竖向受压荷载对抗拔桩今后承担上拔荷载的承载力的影响需要开展研究.采用二维颗粒流分析程序PFC2D对载荷试验中同一扩径桩先受压后抗拔进行了数值模拟分析.通过研究扩径桩在单纯承担上拔荷载和先受压、后受拔的过程中不同受荷阶段桩时步.位移曲线、桩土颗粒排列变化、颗粒位移的变化及荷载~沉降(上拔量)的对比分析,得出桩在下压和上拔到达极限荷载时的破坏性状,并与现场试验结果进行了对比.对先承担竖向受压然后抗拔的桩,与直接承担上拔的桩相比较,得知桩下压过程中桩周土体结构的破坏对桩随后的抗拔承载力有较大的影响.  相似文献

1.钻孔灌注桩常见的质量通病 钻孔灌注桩主要是承受垂直荷载压力。能否承受荷载压力主要取决于:桩身砼强度及桩周摩阻力。钻孔桩的施工工艺比较复杂。若不严格控制.容易出现缩颈、孔壁塌落、沉渣超厚、混凝土离析、桩身夹泥、桩身空洞、蜂窝、断桩、混凝土强度达不到设计要求、钢筋错位变形严重等质量缺陷,造成桩基承载力的下降,影响到工程结构的安全。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
