德国格宁保险公司积极拓展中国业务

全球五大工业保险商之一的格宁保险公司于前一段时间在北京参与了为期一日的"太阳能薄膜电池商业化"研讨会。此次活动是由格宁保险的姊妹公司"英国太阳能世纪公司"、"联合太阳能系统公司"和"国家发展计划委员会能源研究所可再生能源发展中心"联合赞助主办。在此之前,格宁保险公司在北京设立了办事处并开展了多项工作,包括:加强与中国人民银行和中国的保险公司官员之间的业务内容与运作方式;为中国的保险业雇员提供培训;支持中国保险公司参与高风险项目,如亚太二号卫星发射和苏丹的炼油厂项目;支持中国的可持续发展项目;为中国对外经济贸易大学举办了两个船舶风险管理讲座等。格宁保险公司于1918年成立,是目前德国规模最大的从事各种风险管理的综合性保险公司,格宁不仅是德国两大工业保险公司之一,而且在欧洲及全球信用险公司中也位居前三位。在1996年和1997年,格宁保险公司保险超过70亿美元。

中国非寿险公司承保能力的实证分析

拥有足够的承保能力是保险公司长期稳健经营的基础,是保险公司可持续发展的手段,是保险公司综合竞争能力的体现,是实现保险公司发展战略的前提．承保能力在保险公司的发展中和战略规划中至关重要．采用定量方法对中国非寿险公司的承保能力进行分析,即应用多元统计分析技术中的因子分析方法,对中国非寿险保险公司的承保能力进行实证分析,以期深入地了解各家保险公司承保能力的优势与劣势．为各家保险公司的战略规划制定提供决策参考．     

基于联合概率分布的最优再保险策略

在保险公司和再保险公司的风险管理中,基于优化准则确定最优保险和再保险策略始终是保险学术界广泛关注的话题.许多已有研究大多都是从保险公司角度出发,考虑保险公司的最优再保险策略,然而保险公司的最优策略可能并不是再保险公司的最优选择,甚至不被再保险公司所接受.鉴于此,基于联合概率分布同时考虑保险公司和再保险公司双方的利益,探讨了基于期望值原则的最优比例再保险策略和最优停止损失再保险策略,在此基础上,进一步考虑了一般保费原则和更广泛的再保险合同类下的最优再保险策略,这些研究将对保险公司和再保险公司的风险管理及战略决策起到重要作用.

根据B.Sundt提出的在利息效力影响下的风险过程,结合保险公司的现实情况,引入了一个新的概念——标准索赔额,使得所有小于标准索赔额的理赔事件为“小索赔”事件,所有大于标准索赔额的理赔事件为“大索赔”事件.对于不同的保险公司以及同一个保险公司的不同时期,标准索赔额的取值不同,它由保险公司以往的历史数据结合保险公司的规模和资产来决定,反映了保险公司承受索赔的能力.利用标准索赔额,建立了一种新的在利息效力影响下的风险模型,对B.Sundt提出的在利息效力影响下的风险过程进行了推广.对保险公司的风险过程进行研究,并得到了其破产概率的上界、显式表达式以及相关的性质.

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
