利用Monte Carlo 模拟方法研究了样品的尺寸对外径为200 nm的铁纳米环磁特性的影响.分别从不同尺寸纳米环的磁化反转机制、纳米环的磁滞回线以及矫顽力的特点等方面来研究.结果表明:铁纳米环的尺寸对其"Vortex"态的形成及稳定性有较大的影响,表明了其明显的尺寸效应.  相似文献

利用Monte-Carlo方法模拟了不同长、短轴以及不同内径的椭圆钴纳米环的磁特性.模拟结果表明:对于偏心率较小的椭圆钴纳米环,当内径不大时,系统的磁滞回线与圆形钴纳米环的磁滞回线相当类似;当内径较大时,系统的磁滞回线与圆形钴纳米环的结果有很大的不同.当椭圆的偏心率增大时,由于存在较多的过渡状态,系统磁滞回线的台阶变得更为平滑,这可以通过系统的磁化过程进行解释.当椭圆的偏心率较大时,由于出现了大量的过渡状态,系统的磁滞回线呈现的台阶变得更加平滑.  相似文献

利用Monte-Carlo方法模拟了不同偏心率、不同厚度的椭圆钴纳米环的磁特性.模拟结果表明:当系统的偏心率较小时,厚度越大的椭圆钴纳米环的涡旋态(“vortex”态)越稳定,此系统的磁滞回线保持圆形纳米环的主要特征;系统的偏心率较大时,系统的磁特性与圆形纳米环有较大差别,涡旋态的稳定性与厚度并无明显关联;对椭圆钴纳米环的自旋组态分析发现,椭圆系统在极化态(“onion”态)与涡旋态之间出现了更多的亚稳态  相似文献

利用蒙特卡洛(MC)方法结合快速傅立叶变换微磁学(FFTM)方法,研究了缺损钴纳米环材料的磁特性,模拟结果表明:缺损钴纳米环的磁滞回线依然存在典型的双稳态特征.当缺损纳米环中的内半径变化时,在外磁场的作用下依然存在着洋葱态和涡旋态,但在外磁场变化过程中出现了多次局部涡旋的过渡状态,随着缺损程度的变化,其磁化行为也发生变化.  相似文献

采用电沉积方法在具有纳米孔洞的阳极氧化铝模板上制备了具有纳米尺度的Fe纳米线.利用X射线衍射分析仪及透射电子显微镜对Fe纳米线的微观结构和形貌进行了分析,在平行和垂直于纳米线的方向上用振动样品磁强计测量了Fe纳米线的饱和磁滞回线,表明了铁纳米线有很强的形状各向异性,并利用球链模型中的对称扇形磁化过程对纳米线的反磁化及其矫顽力作出了解释。  相似文献

基于三维有限元法,研究了不对称纳米环/椭球二聚体的表面等离激元共振和局域场增强光学特性。结果可得可调的高阶表面等离激元共振,这样的高阶共振源于纳米环和纳米椭球之间的等离激元耦合。同时,在两个纳米结构耦合下,在纳米椭球上可以观察到环形电流,其产生了增强的局域电磁场。数值模拟结果表明,纳米环/椭球二聚体的偏心方向和偏心率对表面等离激元共振有着重要的影响。此结果在表面增强光谱学和生物传感方面都有着潜在的应用。  相似文献

研究了一个有限大小的平方点阵结构的单畴磁性颗粒体系的磁滞现象.每个纳米磁性颗粒具有垂直各向异性并且颗粒与颗粒间具有偶极相互作用.当外加一个垂直于点阵平面的外场时,沿外场方向的磁化强度跟颗粒间的偶极相互作用强度十分有关.在偶极相互作用较弱时,磁滞回线显示了一个阶梯式的环状结构.随着偶极相互作用的增强,磁滞回线将显示一个大环和几个小环的形状.当偶极相互作用变得很强时,这些环将会消失.同时研究了不同偶极相互作用强度下的剩磁和使磁化强度平行于外场方向分量由正变为负的临界场.  相似文献

基于微磁学模拟方法研究了矩形纳米点的磁反转和动力学特性.获得了矩形纳米点的磁反转过程、自旋波本征动力学特性,以及两者间的内在联系.矩形纳米点的磁反转过程从边缘畴壁的失稳开始,伴随着边缘畴壁移出纳米点外微磁结构从"Flower"态转变为"C"态,随着"C"态边缘畴向磁体中央扩展形成大角畴壁,最后伴随着畴壁移出纳米点外实现反转.磁反转过程中微磁结构相变总是伴随着某种自旋波模式的软化;对称的边缘模式(S-EM)模式软化诱发微磁结构从"Flower"态向"C"态演化,在反转场附近,局域于Y形畴壁的Y-D畴壁模式自旋波的软化激发矩形纳米点不可逆磁反转.  相似文献

采用微磁学方法研究了磁层间反铁磁耦合强度对SyAF纳米体系磁特性的影响.当SyAF纳米体系上、下磁层间的反铁磁耦合强度不同时,SyAF纳米体系具有两种不同类型的磁滞回线.当磁层间反铁磁耦合强度较小时,体系的矫顽力随反铁磁耦合强度的增大而增大,反磁化机制为反磁化核的形成与传播的反转过程.而当磁层间反铁耦合强度较大时(0.2×10-3J.m-2),体系的矫顽力基本不随反铁磁耦合强度变化,并且在剩磁态为稳定的单畴结构,反磁化机制为类一致反转过程.这类SyAF纳米体系更适合于作为磁信息器件中自旋阀的自由层.  相似文献

研究了多片Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9纳米晶条带的磁滞回线、纵向巨磁阻抗(Longitudinal Driven Giant Magneto-Impedance,LDGMI)效应及阻抗相位角的变化规律.研究发现,样品各向异性场随纳米晶条带片数线性增加,LDGMI曲线的"平台"宽度也线性展宽,这是相邻纳米晶条带的磁偶极相互作用导致的.同时,发现驱动场大小、频率对样品LDGMI曲线的"平台"宽度有调制作用,其肩宽场随驱动场频率的增加而增大以及随驱动场增强而减小.因此,本工作对多磁芯LDGMI器件的研制具有重要参考价值.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
