[目的/意义]科研人员群体的性别平衡和多样性有利于提升创新能力,这已成为全球科研界的共识。了解中国男性和女性科研人员的学术表现,一方面可弥补中国大规模科研群体性别差异研究的空白,另一方面可为后续制定性别平衡政策提供定量数据支持。[方法/过程]以16万余名中国科研人员为样本,从学术影响、科研角色和基金资助等维度揭示中国科研领域的性别差异。[结果/结论]与全球多数国家相同,中国男性科研人员在科研产出、国际合作和基金资助等方面表现优于女性。值得注意的是,女性在生命科学和医学领域的表现优于其他领域,尤其是在神经科学和药理学领域,其学术影响力与男性大体相当。在承担科研角色方面,男性更倾向于担任主导角色,女性更多担任执行角色。此外,研究还揭示了在基金申请和职位晋升中存在显著的“泄漏的管道”现象,即女性申请基金的数量随着基金项目申请难度提高而下降,晋级难度随职称等级提高而加大。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
