利用热带假丝酵母提高酶解马铃薯汁的蛋白质含量

马铃薯汁用糖化酶水解，接种热带假丝酵母，在摇床中３０℃，１２０ｒ／ｍｉｎ培养３ｄ．分别用（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４或柠檬酸铵为氮源，用Ｎａ２ＨＰＯ４－ＫＨ２ＰＯ４缓冲液和ＣａＣＯ３为ｐＨ值稳定物质时，测定发酵基质中蛋白质的增加量．结果表明，以（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４为氮源，用Ｎａ２ＨＰＯ４－ＫＨ２ＰＯ４缓冲液（０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ｐＨ６．８）和ＣａＣＯ３（０．３％）为ｐＨ稳定物质时，发酵基质中蛋白质含量的增加值最大，以干重计，蛋白质含量从１０．４％增加到３９．６％．     

花生蛋白脂肪乳状液中蛋白质的聚沉作用

花生蛋白脂肪乳状液中花生蛋白质的聚沉作用,是发生在一个ｐＨ值区间。当提取剂ｐＨ值在６４时,聚沉ｐＨ值为３１７～６０９;ｐＨ值＝８～１０时为４１～６３７,静置时间愈长聚沉愈完全,但聚沉ｐＨ值不变。在花生蛋白脂肪乳状液中通入ＣＯ２时,可使花生蛋白质聚沉。     

大豆蛋白质提取新工艺

该文针对普通工艺中大量使用碱液直接处理大豆而造成的原料中营养成分损害大，蛋白质产品产量低，纯度低等缺点，提出用离子强度为０．６的ＮａＣｌ溶液萃取大豆蛋白质和用ＨＣｌ溶液调聚大豆蛋白质的新工艺。     

溶液中三价铁离子与6－氨基青霉烷酸的配合物形成研究

本文用ｐＨ电位法研究了在温度为４０±０．１℃，离子强度为０．１ｍｏｌ／ｄｍ￣３（ＮａＣｌＯ＿４）的水溶液中，铁（Ⅲ）离子与６－氨基青霉烷酸（６－ＡＰＡ）的络合平衡，并测定了配体的质子酸解离常数及配合物的稳定常数．结果表明，溶液中三价铁离子与６－氨基育霉烷酸主要以１：１型式的配合物存在（［（ＡＰＡ）］￣（２＋），［Ｆｅ（ＡＰＡ）ＯＨ］￣＋）．     

固氮鱼腥藻_Anabaena_azotica_Ley_HB686_氢酶的催化性质

固氮鱼腥藻氢酶具有催化分子氢双向可逆反应的能力，其吸氢反应的最佳电子受体为ＭＢ、放氢反应的最佳电子供体为ＭＶ，吸氢活性与放氢活性的比率为１８．６，此氢酶催化吸氢反应的最适ｐＨ值为７．４，放氢为ｐＨ６．０．在２３～５０℃氢酶的催化活性基本稳定．高离子强度、ＮａＣｌ使氢酶活性降低，ＣＯ和Ｃ２Ｈ２对氢酶活力有抑制作用．     

镨（Ⅲ）溶液光谱研究：高氯酸镨─谷氨酸／苦杏仁酸／青霉胺配合物

本文研究了ｐＨ＝４．５、摩尔比在１：１～１：４时，高氯酸镨与谷氨酸／苦杏仁酸／青霉胺水溶液的吸收光谱，并由此计算了Ｐｒ３＋的电子排斥和Ｌａｎｄ参数（Ｆｋ（２，４，６）和ζ４ｆ），键合参数（β，ｂ１／２，δ）和Ｊｕｄｄ－Ｏｆｅｌｔ参数（Ｔλ（２．４．６）），并由这些参数的变化和数值指出在溶液中Ｐｒ３＋和配体主要以外圈配位。Ｊｕｄｄ－Ｏｆｅｌｔ参数Ｔ６和３Ｈ４→３Ｐ２跃迁强度相关，Ｔ４与３Ｈ４→３Ｐ０跃迁强度相关。     

酸化理论在玉米笋罐头加工中的应用

“石多１号”玉米笋ｐＨ值为５．８～６．０、ａｗ＞０．８５，属低酸性蔬菜食品，加工罐头时须用高温杀菌，产品营养损失大。本研究以酸化理论为基础，通过对玉米笋加酸预煮及调酸装灌，使之成为酸化低酸性食品即ｐＨ≤４．６、ａｗ＞０．８５，杀菌方式采用巴氏杀菌，降低了杀菌强度Ｆ值，较好地保持了产品的色、香、味、形及脆性     

沙田柚花柱S-糖蛋白的分离及鉴定

采用层析和电泳相结合的技术,分离和鉴定沙田机花柱中与自交不亲和相关的蛋白质,结果表明：自交沙田柚花柱蛋白质提取液的３５％（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４盐析级分,经Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ Ｇ－５０层析,可得２个峰,其中峰Ⅰ具有抑制自交花粉管生物的活性,峰Ⅰ含２种蛋白质,且均为糖蛋白,蛋白质Ａ相对分子质量为３２．１０ｋｕ,等电点为ｐＨ７．２;蛋白质Ｂ相对分子质量为２５．１２ｋｕ,等电点为ｐＨ６．４．峰Ⅰ还具有核酸酶活性     

反胶束萃取蛋白质的研究

研究了ＡＯＴ－异辛烷反胶束溶液萃取蛋白质时，水相ｐＨ值，离子强度和蛋白质浓度，有机相表面活性浓度以及溶剂比对萃取效果的影响。     

氢型SiO_2-TiO_2复合水合氧化物胶体对铀的吸附和吸附过程的热力学函数

合成了６种ＳｉＯ２－ＴｉＯ２复合水合氧化物胶体,研究了它们对铀的吸附．结果表明,离子强度对该二元复合胶体吸附铀的影响与溶液中铀的浓度有关;吸附铀的最佳ｐＨ范围为４～７;复合氧化物胶体中Ｓｉ与Ｔｉ的最佳摩尔比为１３．用不完全交换热力学理论估算了该交换过程的热力学函数．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
