目的研究以3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷作为Fe3O4磁性粒子表面修饰剂,合成微米级磁响应性好且巯基含量较高的功能化磁性微粒,并对磁性微粒粒径以及表面巯基含量进行表征。方法激光粒度散射仪对功能化磁性微粒进行粒径分析,傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对巯基修饰前、后磁性微粒表面的功能基团进行表征,E llman方法对功能化磁性微粒表面巯基含量进行定量测定。结果氮气保护,乙醇与水体积比1∶1作为溶剂,500μL浓氨水为催化剂,加入300μL硅烷化试剂与170 mg磁性Fe3O4粒子充分反应,合成了平均粒径约为5μm的巯基化磁性微粒,所建立E llman方法对功能化磁性微粒表面巯基含量的测定结果为357μmol/g。结论功能化磁性微粒表面巯基的修饰及定量测定,为其在生物及医学领域的应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了Fe3O4纳米微粒,并用聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂进行表面修饰,制备稳定的水基Fe3O4磁流体,考察加料方式、铁盐浓度、表面活性剂用量等条件对Fe3O4纳米微粒粒径的影响,并用红外光谱及X射线衍射表征磁性颗粒的化学成分和晶体结构.结果表明:加料方式是影响产物粒径和磁性的重要因素,反滴法制备的磁流体粒径更小,磁性更强;铁盐浓度越高,磁流体粒径越大;随PEG质量浓度增大,磁流体粒径先减小后增大;n(Fe3+)=n(Fe2+)=0.3 mol/L,c(PEG)=50 g/L为最适宜的反应条件;未经包覆的Fe3O4纳米粒子平均粒径为15 nm,PEG包覆后粒径约为20 nm,呈现出核-壳结构.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了约25±5 nm磁性四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)纳米粒子,并采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)将Fe3O4纳米粒子表面修饰上氨基(-NH2)官能团,获得了表面氨基化的磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子.利用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),带有能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM),光电子能谱仪(XPS),以及磁学测量系统(MPMS)对粒子的结构和性能进行了表征和分析.结果表明:表面氨基化后的磁性粒子粒径略有增加,室温下磁化强度由原来的64 emu/g变为62.5 emu/g,较好的保留了原始磁性特征.本研究结果对揭示纳米材料结构与性能关系、以及表面功能化磁性纳米材料制备与应用具有重要意义.  相似文献

导向药物用纳米Fe3O4磁性粒子的制备及表征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用化学共沉淀法先生成Fe3O4微粒,再将其分散于含有表面活性剂的水中的方法制备了纳米级Fe3O4磁性粒子.通过双层表面活性剂包覆可使Fe3O4磁性粒子稳定分散于水中而不聚集.在反应溶液pH值为11~12,温度为60℃及油酸钠为第1层表面活性剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为第2层表面活性剂的条件下制备了粒径为36nm的Fe3O4磁性粒子.实验结果表明:反应溶液pH值和表面活性剂是影响Fe3O4磁性粒子稳定性、粒径和饱和磁化强度的主要因素;利用XRD和IR证实了Fe3O4磁性粒子中存在Fe3O4和表面活性剂结构.所制备的纳米级Fe3O4磁性粒子可用作导向药物的磁载体.  相似文献

Fe3O4磁纳米粒子的炔基修饰包括:纳米磁性Fe3O4粒子的制备,硅胶包覆Fe3O4磁粒子,氨基修饰硅胶包覆的磁粒子,炔基修饰氨基修饰后的磁粒子.并采用苄基叠氮与所制备的炔基修饰磁Fe3O4纳米粒子进行click环加成反应.通过SEM、BET、XRD和VSM分别对Fe3O4和硅胶包覆Fe3O4的表面形貌、比表面积、晶型结构和磁性能进行表征;利用UV-Vis对磁性Fe3O4粒子表面的炔基进行半定量分析;采用FTIR对产物表面基团做定性分析.结果表明,Fe3O4磁纳米粒子平均粒径为180±20 nm,粒子呈球  相似文献

采用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯,通过共沉淀作用在氧化石墨烯表面生成磁性Fe3O4纳米微粒,经硅烷化修饰巯基,将金纳米颗粒自组装到复合材料中,得到磁性氧化石墨烯复合金纳米颗粒,将其滴涂在金电极表面,以氯霉素为模板分子,通过溶胶-凝胶法将分子印迹膜修饰到金电极上,制得氯霉素分子印迹电化学传感器,并对制备电化学传感器进行条件优化和电化学性能研究。结果显示,基于石墨烯分子印迹电化学传感器测定氯霉素的线性范围为2.5×10-9~5.0×10-6mol/L,检出限为8.0×10-10mol/L。  相似文献

以FeCl3·6H2O、FeSO4·7H2O和NH3· H2O为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)对其进行表面修饰,制得有机硅改性的Fe3O4磁性颗粒.通过FTIR、TEM、TGA、VSM等分析手段对其结构和性能进行了研究,分析了反应的最佳条件.结果表明,反应最佳条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间3h,硅烷加入量为0.5 mL,pH值为5-6,反应溶剂乙醇与水的体积比为3∶1.并且KH-560修饰后的磁性颗粒在无水乙醇中表现出了良好的分散性,室温下表现出超顺磁性,比饱和磁化强度为42.2 emu·g-1.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4,将正硅酸四乙酯水解在Fe3O4粒子表面制得Fe3O4/SiO2核壳磁微球,制备好的微球经红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射和磁强计考察其结构和磁性。在微球表面用3-氨丙基三胺乙基硅烷修饰上氨基,经戊二醛活化以偶联的方式将过氧化物酶固定在磁微球上。固定后的酶催化过氧化氢的同时使氨基二乙基苯胺硫酸盐显色,产生的有色物质在551 nm处有最大吸收,以此建立检测过氧化氢的方法。结果表明,包裹SiO2层的磁微球不改变其核的结构,磁性降低但是不改变超顺磁状态。在最佳条件下,过氧化氢的线性范围是1.29~64.5μmol/L,检出限为8.5×10-7mol/L。固定后的酶可反复使用5次,放置于4℃至少两个月不影响催化效果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
