昆明种小鼠抗疲劳试验中若干参考值测定   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
本文就抗疲劳功能试验中的四项指标进行研究分析,旨在了解各项指标的动态变化,确定其参考值.结果显示小鼠负重(5%体重)游泳时间参考值为196~1420 s(密度为48 cm2/只,25℃水温);小鼠基础血乳酸参考值为1.77~6.56 mmol/L;短时剧烈运动血乳酸参考值为3.55~9.29 mmol/L;小鼠基础血清尿素氮参考值为7.86~13.14mmol/L;长时运动后血清尿素氮参考值为6.97~24.90mmol/L;小鼠基础肝糖原参考值为1452.8~5279.4 mg/100g肝组织,长时大强度运动后肝糖原参考值为39.9~3163.3 mg/100g肝组织.  相似文献

原发性高血压患者血尿酸、血胱抑素C和肌酐值的观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:观察原发性高血压(EH)患者血尿酸(UA)、血胱抑素C(Cys C)和肌酐(Cr)值,探讨其临床意义。方法:血尿酸和肌酐用酶法在全自动生化分析仪上测定,血胱抑素用比浊法在特定蛋白仪上测定。结果:200例EH患者伴发高尿酸血症(HUA)88例,其Cys C值(1.12±0.14)mg/L和Cr值(141.5±93.5)μmol/L明显高于非HUA者(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长和高血压分期的增加而明显升高,但Cr升高率明显后于Cys C的升高率和HUA的发生率(P<0.05)。结论:EH患者Cys C、Cr与HUA关系密切;UA、Cys C升高在Cr之前;UA是EH患者肾损害的早期表现。  相似文献

研究了长期口服混合稀土常乐对肾脏功能的影响.将120只雌、雄各半的Wistar大鼠平均分为对照组和2、5、20 mg/kg 3个剂量的给药组,连续以灌胃方式给药90 d,第91 d取血清,测试肌酐(碱性苦味酸法测试)、尿素氮(尿素酶电导法测试)、尿酸(终点法测试)和钙(离子选择电极法测试),用SPSS10.0软件对肌酐、尿素氮、尿素、钙的含量和尿素氮/肌酐比值进行one-way ANOVA方差分析.研究结果显示:①尿素含量:雌、雄两性大鼠差异均不显著(P>0.05).②尿素氮含量:雄性大鼠,2 mg/kg组的含量比对照组极显著增多,而20 mg/kg组比对照组极显著降低(P<0.01);雌性大鼠,5 mg/kg和20 mg/kg组均比对照组极显著降低(P<0.01),同时,2 mg/kg组雌性大鼠比雄性大鼠的含量显著降低(P<0.05).③肌酐含量:雌性大鼠和雄性大鼠与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05).④钙含量:雄性大鼠各剂量组均比对照组极显著增多(P<0.01),雌性大鼠2 mg/kg组比对照组含量显著性增多(P<0.05).⑤BUN/CRE比值:雌、雄性大鼠在5 mg/kg和20 mg/kg组均比对照组极显著降低(P<0.01),2 mg/kg组的雌性大鼠比同剂量组的雄性大鼠极显著性降低(P<0.01).  相似文献

目的探讨血浆总同型半胱氨酸(tHCY)含量在肝硬化疾病的临床价值。方法测定并分析47例肝硬化患者及55例健康者血浆tHCY含量,以及肝硬化患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PALB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量、血浆中20种氨基酸水平。结果肝硬化患者血浆tHCY水平(12.98±3.73μmol/L)与正常对照组(10.29±1.96)μmol/L相比有所升高,差异有统计学意义,肝硬化Child-pugh C级患者中HCY水平明显升高(14.96±4.74μmol/L),与对照组、肝硬化Child-pugh A级患者、肝硬化Child-pugh B级患者相比差异具有统计学意义。tHCY变化与血清ALT、AST、ALB、TBIL、PALB、BUN、Cr、BCAA/AAA无相关性,而与氨基酸分析中蛋氨酸(MET)成正相关,且具有统计学意义。结论 HCY可作为评价肝硬化病情严重程度的一项新的生化指标。  相似文献

采用异硫氰酸苯酯柱前衍生HPLC法对滚山珠中甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸的含量进行测定。结果表明:甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸的线性范围分别为0.028~0.126 mg/m L(R2=0.999 6)、0.012~0.054 mg/m L(R2=0.9999)、0.014~0.063 mg/m L(R2=0.999 8),3种氨基酸的平均回收率在100.01%~100.54%之间,RSD值在1.12%~1.85%之间(n=9)。说明该方法稳定可靠,适用于滚山珠中甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸的含量测定。以此方法测定贵州省内11个不同地点的滚山珠药材中甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸的含量,结果表明上述3种氨基酸含量在贵州省不同地区比较稳定,为滚山珠药材质量标准的建立提供了理论依据。  相似文献

通过厌氧氨氧化批式实验,研究了在有机碳源环境下COD/NH4 -N比、pH值以及NO2--N浓度对厌氧氨氧化反应的影响.结果表明:在有机碳源环境下,厌氧氨氧化作用和反硝化作用可以同时存在;适宜的COD/NH4 -N比值范围在0~1.57之间;适宜的pH值范围应该在6.02~8.50之间,最适pH值为8.00;为了得到较好的脱碳和脱氮效果,在初始COD值为300mg/L时,初始NO2--N浓度不宜超过500mg/L,否则会抑制厌氧氨氧化反应和反硝化反应的进行.  相似文献

为建立马兜铃酸(Aristolochic acid,AA)肾病大鼠模型以及研究丹酚酸B(Salvianolic acid B,SalB)对于马兜铃酸的干预作用,本实验分别采用了体内灌胃SD大鼠的方法并测定尿肾功能生化指标以及体外小鼠淋巴瘤细胞试验(Mouse Lymphoma Assay,MLA)微孔法.结果表明用5 mg/kg.d剂量的马兜铃酸灌胃大鼠及用10mg/kg.d的丹酚酸B治疗所得到的β2-微球蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶、血清肌酐和血清尿素氮生化指标都有相应变化,与理论结果一致;而MLA实验结果表明丹酚酸B在100μg/mL和200μg/mL对于马兜铃酸100μg/mL均具有干预作用,可减小细胞毒性,降低突变频率,且200μg/mL丹酚酸B效果更好.  相似文献

运用传统的形态测量方法结合分类特征研究了采自浙江省新昌县的光唇鱼样本。结果显示:背鳍为3,8;胸鳍为1,14-16;腹鳍为1,8;臀鳍为3,5;体长/体高、体长/头长、体长/吻长、体长/眼径、头长/吻长、眼径/头长数值分别为3.18±0.47、4.22±0.42、13.02±4.55、20.56±3.00、3.08±1.03、0.21±0.03。其体侧有纵条;唇后沟的间隔距离较宽,大于口宽的1/3;并对其血液生理生化等指标进行了测定,结果表明光唇鱼血液中红细胞、白细胞和中性粒细胞的平均数目分别为1.20×107个/mm3、1.74×104个/mm3、4.50×102个/mm3;检测的13项血清生化指标中除尿素氮、磷、肌酐和谷草转氨酶等几项指标外其余指标均不存在显著差异;总蛋白为44.00 g/L,葡萄糖为15.87 mmol/L,总胆固醇为7.32 mmol/L,甘油三酯为6.61mmol/L,钙为2.37mmol/L,镁为1.12mmol/L,铁为6.00mmol/L,尿酸为15.00μmol/L,谷丙转氨酶为180.00 U/L;其中血清铁的含量要明显高于钙、磷、镁,谷草转氨酶的活性要高于谷丙转氨酶;与一些不同食性淡水鱼类相比,光唇鱼血液中甘油三酯、总蛋白、血糖和钙、镁离子含量较高;结果可作为光唇鱼的正常生理常数参考值。  相似文献

为探讨中国健康成年人左心室射血时间参考值的地理分布规律,给制定左心室射血时间参考值的统一标准和临床诊断提供参考依据.收集了中国64个单位测定的9185例健康成年人左心室射血时间参考值,运用相关分析法分析左心室射血时间参考值与海拔高度(X1)、年日照时数(X2)、年平均气温(X3)、年平均相对湿度(X4)、年降水量(X5)、气温年较差(X6)、年平均风速(X7)7个地理环境指标之间的相关性;然后选取海拔高度(X1)、年平均气温(X3)、年平均相对湿度(X4)3个与左心室射血时间参考值相关性显著的地理环境指标作为解释变量,运用回归分析的方法建立模型,分析成年人左心室射血时间参考值与所选取地理指标之间的关系.结果表明,健康成年人左心室射血时间参考值与地理指标之间存在相关关系,利用回归分析法推导出一个线性回归方程:∧Y=309.3017+0.0055X1+0.0820X3-0.1940X4±9.0071.通过克里格(Kriging)插值法精确内插出中国成年人左心室射血时间参考值的地理分布图.利用某地区地理环境数据,可用此模型估算该地区健康成年人左心室射血时间参考值.  相似文献

以由实际生活污水配制的低C/N比生活污水为研究对象,在集成式反应器主反应区实现了同步硝化反硝化(SND)脱氮.考察了集成式反应器对低C/N比污水的脱氮效能.结果表明:DO=1.4~1.7mg/L,总HRT=18h(主反应区HRT=7.2h),C/N=5时,NH+4-N可从15±2mg/L平均降至2.5mg/L,总氮可以从20±2mg/L平均降至3.4mg/L,TN处理负荷可达0.13kg TN/(m3·d),较同类低C/N比污水脱氮系统高;相同条件下连续运行时,出水NH+4-N和TN浓度稳定在0.8~3.0mg/L和1.4~4.7mg/L,去除率在80.2%~94.9%和76.5%~93.2%.以Monod方程为基础通过物料衡算求解出SND动力学方程并求得硝化过程氨氮饱和常数KNH4-N+=1.34mg/L,氨氮降解反应级数n=0.622 4,反硝化过程硝酸盐氮饱和常数KNO3-N-=0.71mg/L.分析表明:该SND系统内生物量充足、活性高,生物降解效率受底物浓度限制小,集成式反应器结构合理,可实现小水量低C/N比生活污水深度脱氮,为我国中小城镇生活污水深度处理提供技术支持和理论依据.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
