The State Transition Equation (STE) based method to automatically generate the parallel CRC circuits for any generator polynomial or required amount of parallelism is presented. The parallel CRC circuit so generated is partially optimized before being fed to synthesis tools and works properly in our LAN transceiv-er. Compared with the cascading method, the proposed method gives better timing results and significantly re-duces the synthesis time, in particular.  相似文献

Three-particle W states are used as decoy photons, and the eavesdropping detection rate reaches 63 %. The positions of decoy photons in information sequence are encoded with identity string ID of the legitimate users. Authentication is implemented by using previously shared identity string. State 丨φ^- ) is used as the carrier. One photon of 丨φ^-) is sent to Bob; and Bob obtains a random key by measuring photons with bases dominated by ID. The bases information is secret to others except Alice and Bob. Both the eavesdropping detection based on three-particle W state and the secret ID ensure the security of the protocol. The seafloor observation system is becoming an important infrastructure for marine research because it is transforming oceanic research from temporal investigation to long term observation.The East China Sea coastal seafloor observatory,located between 30°31′44″N,122°15′12″E and 30°31′34″N,122°14′40″E,is constructed near the Xiaoqushan Island outside the Hangzhou Bay on the inner continental shelf of the East China Sea.The observatory is connected by a submarine optical fiber composite power cable that is more than one kilometer long and consists of a special junction box that transmits power and communication signals to different instruments.The special junction box has a variety of waterproof plugs and connects to three different instruments installed in a trawl preventer.The submarine optical fiber composite power cable is landed on the platform by The East China Sea Branch,State Oceanic Administration and the power is continuously supplied by the solar panels and solar battery on the top of the platform.The real time data are directly sent through the cable to the platform and are transmitted by CDMA wireless to the receiver at the State Key Laboratory of Marine Geology of Tongji University.Measurements at the observatory have been taken since April 20,2009 after installation and the results have been interpreted.The characteristics of the near bottom boundary are constrained by a sediment suspension model using portion of the observed data.In particular,discussion is provided on the sea surface height anomaly at Xiaoqushan Island influenced by the tsunami driven by the 2010 Earthquake in Chile.The successful establishment of the coastal seafloor observatory is the first step toward future development of seafloor observation systems in China.It not only accumulates experiences in technology and engineering,but also paves the way for performing important oceanic research using the long term continuous observation platform.  相似文献

Seventeen Tsinghua research achievements recently won 2007 State Science and Technology Awards. Tsinghua professors accepted the awards on January 8, 2008, in Beijing at the annual National Science-Technology Award Ceremony in the Great Hall of the People. Tsinghua's research achievements ranked first among Chinese universities. Of Tsinghua's seventeen awards, one was a State Natural Science Award second prize; eight were State Technological Invention Award second prizes; and eight were State Scientific and Technological Progress Award second prizes. Relationships on interannual and interdecadal timescales among global mean air temperature,CO2 concentrations and fossil-fuel carbon emissions in four major developed countries (the United States,the United Kingdom,France,and Germany) were analyzed.On an interannual timescale,the United States fossil-fuel carbon emissions tend to increase during cold winters and decrease during warm winters,which is opposite to the situation in summer.On an interdecadal timescale,cold (warm) periods both in the United States and globally agree with high (low) periods of fossil-fuel carbon emissions,with the temperature variability leading by 5–7 years.The leading correlation on the interdecadal timescale and the asymmetry in seasonal correlation on the interannual timescale indicate that temperature variability is a possible cause of changes in fossil-fuel carbon emissions.  相似文献

On July 20~21, 1998, a torrential rain with 24-hour rainfall of 286 mm occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province of China. In this study, a three-dimensional variational data assimilation system developed at the Fifth-Generation Pennsylvania State University/National Center for Atmospheric Research Mesoscale Model (MM5) along with conventional rawinsonde sounding and surface observation is used for modeling the heavy rain. It successfully incorporates observational data of temperature, humidity and wind, and provides an optimal analysis being in favor of the formation of heavy rain. The 24-hour rainfall predicted by the new scheme is 109 mm rather than 2.5 mm forecasted by control experiment. Furthermore, the forecasted accuracy of location and time-variation of hourly rainfall reproduced by this model is also improved. A new regional dust model suitable for simulation and forecasting of dust storms over northern China was described. The dust model was developed by coupling the mesoscale dynamics model MM5 (the Fifth-Generation NCAR/Penn State Mesoscale Model) with a set of mass conservation equations for the particles. The model includes all the atmospheric physical processes of dust storms including occurrence, lifting, transport, and dry and wet deposition. It considers the parameterization of dry and wet deposition, the dust size distribution and microphysical processes in detail. The dust flux from the surface is parameterized based on the friction velocity, which is provided by the mesoscale nonhydrostatic dynamics model, which takes account of the vegetation coverage, land use, soil category, and soil moisture. This new dust model is used to simulate the dust storm that occurred on 19--21 March, 2002 in North China. The results show that there is high dust concentration and its movement is consistent with the surface weather record and satellite monitoring images of the observed dust storm. The simulated dust concentration coincides with the observation data of the particulate concentration of PM10 (dust particles smallerthan 10 μm in diameter). The new numerical model also successfully simulates the formation and migration of the dust storm of 6-8 April, 2002 in North China.  相似文献
