Summary A significant decrease in transglutaminase (TGase) activity was observed in the cytosol and nuclear fractions of carbon tetrachloride-damaged rat liver. The degree of decrease in TGase activity in the cytosol fraction was closely related to the serum transaminase level. Gel filtration studies revealed that TGase activity in 80 kDa fractions significantly decreased, but that in 160 kDa fractions slightly increased after carbon tetrachloride treatment. 相似文献

The ChE activities of muscle were decreased to a greater extent by strong crushing than by weak crushing. In particular, the ChE activity of the fraction containing sarcoplasmic reticulum was most greatly decreased. These results suggest that the change in the ChE activity of the microsomal fraction most finely reflects the strength of nerve crushing.Acknowledgments. Zusammenfassung Die Tryptophanpyrrolase (LTP) ausgewachsener weiblicher Ratten nimmt während 4-stündiger Hungerperiode von 1,06µM Kynurenin auf 2,26µM/g/h zu. Sie erreicht nach 24 h wieder Normalwerte, um dann während einer 8tägigen Hungerperiode auf 5,75µM/g/h anzusteigen. Riassunto Gli autori hanno studiato istochimicamente il comportamento dell'attività GOT nel fegato di topi infettati con virus MHV-3. Alla 48° ora dall'infezione si ha un notevole aumento dell'attività enzimatica, strettamente legato alla necrosi parenchimale. Tale aumento è maggiore nei fegati con necrosi focale che non in quelli con necrosi sub-massiva. Vengono discussi i reperti istochimici e le loro correlazioni con i valori dell'attività GOT nel siero degli animali infettati e con i dati biochimici riportati da altri Autori.

Zusammenfassung Die Aktivität der Sarcosinedehydrogenase in Lebermitochondrien 7tägiger Ratten ist um 50% kleiner als in adulten Tieren.
