改进的基于后缀树的Web搜索结果聚类算法

为提高Web 搜索精度和检准率, 在后缀树聚类算法基本模型的基础上, 提出了一种改进的基于后缀树的搜索结果聚类算法。将向量空间模型与后缀树聚类相结合, 改善了基类合并的效果, 综合基类节点对应文本数、短语包含词语长度、短语权重及是否包含查询词作为聚类标签的筛选条件, 改进了聚类标签的合理性和可读性。以搜狗语料库中的文本分类语料库为数据源进行的实验结果表明, 该方法在一定程度上提高了聚类结果的准确率。     

基于关联规则发现的Web访问模式挖掘

提出了一种挖掘网站用户访问模式知识的新聚类方法。利用关联规则挖掘方法,首先构造出反映网站用户频繁访问行为的访问集（基类）,然后对相似的基类进行归并,从而获得最终描绘网站用户访问行为的模式知识（聚类集合）。     

面向少数类用户兴趣演化的推荐算法

基于特征分布校准的小样本分类改进算法

针对基于特征分布校准的小样本分类算法无法准确揭示新类特征分布的问题,提出一种融合隐空间变换和密度聚类的改进算法,以解决N way-K shot任务模式下的小样本图像分类问题.首先,通过广度残差神经网络提取基类和新类图像的深度特征;其次,采用隐空间变换方法约束新类特征分布,使其更接近正态分布;再次,利用密度聚类方法为新类选取合适基类,将基类统计信息迁移到新类,并通过多元正态分布矩阵实现样本扩充;最后,构建基于集成学习的分类器,完成小样本图像分类任务.实验结果表明,相比于传统特征分布校准方法,该算法的分类准确率更高.     

基于用户兴趣域的混合数据聚类标签算法

数据聚类标签技术是在小规模样本上进行聚类,然后利用聚类结果对其余样本标注类别的方法是提高大规模数据聚类效率的一种有效途径.混合数据是现实应用中最广泛的数据类型,文章将用户兴趣数据作为小规模数据,利用K-prototypes算法对其聚类,在此基础上构建用户兴趣域.利用拟标签数据的各属性值与用户兴趣域分量的关系定义了数据关于用户兴趣域隶属度.基于用户兴趣域和"数据-用户兴趣域"隶属度的概念,提出了一种基于用户兴趣混合数据聚类标签算法UIMCL(User’s Interest Mixed Data Clustering Label).该算法克服了以往数据标签算法只能为拟标记数据指派一个类标签的局限性,可以应用于电子商务的推荐服务和用户行为分析.实验结果表明,该算法对混合数据聚类标签处理有较好的效果.     

基于访问兴趣度的用户事务聚类方法

针对现有事务聚类算法复杂度高、精确性不够的问题,提出了基于用户访问兴趣度的事务聚类算法。首先,在Web日志预处理阶段,通过用户兴趣度生成算法得到用户兴趣度事务,减少了聚类操作的数量,提高了聚类结果的准确性;其次,给出了事务相似度的度量方法,并得到事务相似度矩阵以实现事务聚类。该算法减轻了数据挖掘的任务,提高聚类结果的准确性,能广泛地应用于电子商务领域。     

一种有效的Web用户访问模式聚类算法

用户在一个网站的访问行为反映了用户特定的兴趣,本文提出了一种用户访问模式的聚类算法.利用传统的Leader算法只扫描数据集一遍的优点,以及粗糙理论在处理含有不确定信息问题上的优势,给出了结合粗糙理论的改进Leader算法对用户存取模式进行聚类方法.通过一系列的实验分析,结果表明,该算法在可承受的计算时间内可对web日志中的用户存取模式进行有效聚类.聚类结果可应用于山西师范大学网站,对相应用户进行分析,给出个性化的服务等.     

基于人工蚁群的Web会话聚类

将改进的蚁群聚类算法应用于Web使用挖掘中,可对Web事务进行聚类,以便了解Web用户的兴趣以及它们之间的联系,从而为用户提供个性化的服务。同时定义一个Web会话为一个带权值的多维向量,也定义了两个会话间的相似度度量。实验表明在广西大学网站抽取的会话数据集上执行蚁群聚类算法得到的聚类是稳定的。结果显示该算法执行得很好,能找到没有噪音的聚类。     

结合物品类型和密度峰值聚类的协同过滤推荐算法

现有的推荐算法主要依靠评分记录,对用户的个性需求关注较少,推荐结果不完全符合实际需求。针对该问题,本文在传统的基于用户的协同过滤算法(UCF)基础上,结合密度峰值聚类研究物品属性,分析用户对物品类型、聚类的兴趣取向,深入挖掘用户的个性需求,提出了一种结合物品类型和密度峰值聚类的协同过滤推荐算法。采用密度峰值聚类,无需指定聚类中心和聚类数,利用逆向文档频率对算法进行优化,提高了对物品特征和用户兴趣的识别度。实验结果表明,本文算法能较好地获取用户偏向,提供更加准确、高效的Top-N推荐。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
