乳腺增生病的中医证候规范化研究

调查乳腺增生病中医辨证分型现状发展,探讨乳腺增生病的证候规范化研究,为临床采用中医药治疗乳腺增生病提供相对客观、规范的诊断及疗效评价标准并有效指导临床辨证用药寻找理论依据,为临床建立客观性、适用性和可操作性强的证候诊断标准奠定基础。     

中药散核消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症28例疗效初步观察

乳腺增生症原名“慢性囊性乳房病”,中医乃称“乳癖”,多发生于育龄和老年妇女,乳腺增生是指乳房小叶和乳腺导管纤维组织增生以及乳管扩张或形成囊肿而言,多生长乳房深部。由于此症病程较长,常达数年,有癌变可能,有人将其视为乳癌前期病变,一直被医务人员所重视。当前,西医西药尚缺乏有效疗法。近年来,笔者自拟经验方中药散核消癖汤治疗乳腺增生病28例,疗效满意,特报告于下:     

针刺加火针疗法治疗乳腺增生病54例临床观察

目的观察乳腺增生病的治疗效果。方法对54例乳腺增生病患者施行针刺加火针疗法治疗,并做分析总结。结果所有患者均施行针刺加火针疗法治疗,经1~6个疗程的针刺治疗和火针疗法治疗,有效率92.6%。结论针刺加火针疗法治疗乳腺增生病是一种有效的方法。     

蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸治疗乳腺增生病的临床观察

目的:探讨蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸治疗女性乳腺增生病的疗效.方法:治疗组用蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸每次3g,每日2次,饭后30分钟口服;对照组用中药夏枯草胶囊,每次0.7g,每日2次,饭后30分钟口服.总疗程为6周,3周为一个疗程.结果:试验组痊愈率64.69%,对照组痊愈率16.36%;实验组总有效率99.44%,对照组总有效率87.76%.结论:蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸对乳腺增生病的疗效明确,值得临床推广使用.     

中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病的优越性

乳腺增生病是妇女的常见病、多发病。随着社会妇女病普查工作的广泛发展,乳腺增生病的发病率有明显上升的趋势;由于当代女性双重责任—既是事业中的半边天,又是家庭中的一把好手,所以治疗上采用简、便、廉、效的中西医结合疗法是发展趋势。     

乳房囊性增生病的诊断与治疗进展综述

<正> 乳腺囊性增生病是妇女常见病之一,多发生于25～45岁之间,在临床表现上有时与乳腺癌有所混淆;因此;正确认识本病十分重要。因目前对本病命名尚未统一,在临床上也称慢性囊性乳腺病,亦称乳房小叶增生症或乳腺纤维囊性病等,目前多数学者认为此病称为乳房囊性增生病较为合适,简称乳腺增生病。这是因为病变本质是乳腺的管泡及间质增生之故。其增生可发生于腺管周围并拌有大小不等的囊肿形成;也可发生在腺管内而表现为上皮的乳头样增生,拌有乳管囊性扩张。另一类型是小叶实质增生。故应对其进行临床病理对照分型,有助于做出确切的诊断和治疗。关于乳     

疏乳消块丸对大鼠乳腺增生病模型血浆前列环素的影响

目的 :为探讨疏乳消块丸的作用机制及乳腺增生病的发病机制 ,采用放射免疫法测定服用疏乳消块丸后的乳腺增生病大鼠动物模型血浆前列环素 ( PGI2 )的代谢产物 6-酮 -前列环素 F1a( 6- keto-PG F1a)的含量。结果 :疏乳消块丸组较空白对照组明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5 )较阳性对照组 (乳癖消片治疗组 )也增高 ,但没有显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。提示 :疏乳消块丸有提高 PGI2 的作用 ,推论乳腺增生病有 PGI2 的下降。     

用乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病400例疗效观察

目的：观察蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效．方法：将400例乳腺囊性增生病病人分为两组，治疗组300例用蒙药治疗，对照组100例用中药乳癖消治疗．结果：蒙药有效率为98％，中药有效率为70％，两组间具有显著性差异．结论：蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效显著．     

非哺乳期单纯乳头溢液的诊断和治疗

目的 探讨非哺乳期单纯乳头溢液的诊断与治疗方法.方法 对49例非哺乳期单纯乳头溢液进行回顾性分析.结果 49例患者导管内乳头状瘤26例,乳腺癌5例,乳腺囊性增生病10例,导管扩张症5例,乳腺囊性增生病伴导管扩张3例,均采用手术治疗.结论 对单纯乳头溢液患者应采取联合检查方法,以提高诊断率.最后诊断必须依赖手术病理检查,根据病理结果合理地选择治疗方法.     

乳腺普通性增生、不典型增生和原位癌相互关系及其鉴别诊断

目的探讨各种类型的乳腺增生症的发病特点、形态学分类、不典型增生与乳腺癌的关系以及不典型增生与乳腺原位癌的鉴别诊断标准。方法1)观察本院300例乳腺良性增生性病变的临床发病特点及其病理形态改变。2)观察86例乳腺癌旁不典型增生病灶与癌灶的关系。结果乳腺增生症中,纤维腺瘤为主型好发于21-30岁年龄组,而不典型增生病变则多见于40-60岁组。其中囊肿病仅占6.0%,而纤维腺瘤达25.4%;癌旁组织中不典型增生发病率为65.1%,其中以导管原位癌发生率最高,达74.9%。结论研究证实了1997年"乳腺增生症的组织学分类"(推荐方案)的可行性。乳腺不典型增生与乳腺癌的发生密切相关。乳腺增生症可归纳为普通性增生和不典型增生。不典型增生的特殊增生细胞具有特别的诊断价值。重度不典型增生与原位癌的鉴别有一定困难,但大部分可分。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
