论股份制是我国企业改革的必然选择

股份制是我国市场经济发展的必然结果，也是我国国有企业改革的必由之路和唯一选择。股份制可解决资本分散占有和集中需要的矛盾；与其他企业制度相比，可分散投资风险，同时从筹集资金，拓宽融资渠道，转换经营机制，两权分离，建立法人治理结构，协调各方利益关系等方面阐述了股份制是我国确立了社会主义市场经济改革方向以后的必然选择。     

企业股份制改革的难点

江泽民同志在中共十五大所作的《高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,把建设有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向二十一世纪》报告中指出:"股份制是现代企业的一种资本组织形式,有利于所有权和经营权的分离,有利于提高企业和资本的运作效率……"股份制是社会化大生产的必然产物。现代市场经济从客观上要求国有企业进行股份制改革,股份制改革是国有企业改革的根本出路。但我国企业的股份制改革存在诸多难点,如果这些问题得不到妥善的解决,就会使企业股份制改革难以实现预期目的。因此很有必要对企业股份制改革的难点加以分析和研究。     

股份制——社会主义初级阶段公有制的重要实现形式

股份制是我国近几年来深化改革、建立社会主义市场经济过程的产物,党的十五大肯定了股份制是现代企业的一种资本组织形式,资本主义可以用,社会主义也可以用。 股份制产生于资本主义社会,它是资本主义社会内部,各种生产关系随着生产力的发展不断自我调整,自我扬弃的产物。通过股份制把个别资本转化为联合资本,使同社会化大生产不相适应的个别的、分散的小额资本联合成大型的、不归某一私人独占的社会化大资本。由于股份制企业的出资者只可转让股权而不可退股,这就使企业资产运营不随出资者退出而中断和变更、由于股份制创立了同一份资产的二权分离制度,即出资者凭借最终所有权享有股

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
