本文采用铁矾——苏木精染色法对大豆有缘分裂前中期的染色体进行了形态学研究,并根据染色体长短、着丝点位置和苏木精染色区等物点排列了染色体组型图。作者注意到大豆染色体的不同部位对苏木精染料的着色程度有明显区别,对此作了较为详细地描述和讨论。  相似文献

本文用铁矾-苏木精染色和Giemsa C-显带方法研究了甜菜染色体。结果表明,甜菜染色体(2n=18)均属中部或近中着丝点,有丝分裂中期染色体平均长度在1.5μ—2.4μ之间,第1号染色体短臂带有随体;根据染色体的长度、着丝点位置和有无随体等特点排列了染色体组型图。C带分析表明所有染色体都显清晰的着丝点带,第6号染色体短臂有末端带,第2、3号有一条明显的中间带。  相似文献

本文用铁矾——苏木精染色法分析了大葱染色体组型。结果表明,大葱(2n=16)染色体是中部或近端看丝点,第6号染色休带有随体。根据染色体大小、着丝点位置、有无随体等特点排列了染色体组型图。用修改的Vosa(1972)Giemsa C—带方法研究了大葱的C—带带型。观察到全部染色体都显清楚的瑞带,个别染色体显中间带和着丝点带。第6号染色体显付缢痕带,整个随体被浓染, 大葱(A. fistulosum L.)是石蒜科的一年生或二年生蔬菜作物,原产于东方。目前它作为我国北方的重要蔬菜而大面积栽培。近几年国内外一些作者曾研究过葱属作物的染色体,但他们的工作都没有提到葱。本工作的目的是对大葱的染色体形态和Giemsa C—带带型作一次比较深入系统的研究,为育种工作和探讨亲缘关系提供必要的依据。现将我们的工作报告如下:  相似文献

分别用孚尔根染色法、卡宝品红染色法、孔雀绿染色法和苏木精染色法,对果蝇唾腺染色体进行染色,并对四种染色方法通过显微摄影进行对比,结果表明这四种染色方法各有优缺点,并不是每一种方法都普遍适用.从整个实验来看,卡宝品红染色法和孔雀绿染色法在这四种染色方法当中是较好的.在实验教学和科学观察中,实验者可以根据不同的目的选择不同的染色方法.  相似文献

用不同促生菌(U4,CC9)、促生菌加不同浓度NaCl溶液处理大蒜根尖,并在处理的当天和第2、4、6、8和10天通过常规染色压片技术对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂进行观察。结果显示:经过促生菌处理的大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂指数随时间的延长呈现出明显的升高趋势;用NaCl溶液处理的大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂指数则有明显的下降趋势,并且诱发产生了染色体桥、染色体粘连、核出芽、不均等分裂、微核等畸变现象;用NaCl和促生菌共同处理大蒜根尖细胞时,随时间的延长有丝分裂指数缓慢升高。提示:促生菌在盐渍化土壤中仍对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂具有一定的促进作用,而且时间越长促进效果越明显。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
