宽频带低漂移光电耦合隔离电路的研制

提出一种实现低成本、宽频带、低漂移线性光电耦合隔离电路的方案。这种电路是由高速光电耦合器件组成的交流通道与普通光电耦合器件按脉冲调宽(PWM)原理制成的直流通道组合而成的。用计算机辅助分析软件PSPICE设计了均衡网络并对电路进行了分析。分析和实验结果表明,这种隔离电路的3dB带宽超过300kHZ,幅频响应曲线的波动低于5％,并保持了原直流通道的低漂移、高线性的特点。     

影响超快光电导开关关断特性的主次因素

超快光电半导体开关的最大重复工作频率由关断特性决定，而影响关断特性的因素很多。基于超快光电半导体开关的大量实验，分析了影响关断特性的主要因素和次要因素，认为关断特性主要取决于载流子的寿命、载流子的漂移速度、深能级陷阱作用，其中，载流子寿命是最重要的因素。触发光参数及光电耦合关系、电极工艺、电路参数对关断特性有一定影响。     

晶闸管关断时间测量的新方案

本文简要介绍了晶闸管的关断特性和关断方式,并通过对晶闸管关断时间传统测量方法进行分析,提出了晶闸管关断时间测量的新方案。     

模拟信号光电耦合隔离电路的计算机辅助分析

本文讨论运用PSPICE对模拟信号光电耦合隔离电路进行直流、非线性以及零点漂移分析时的建模,并给出了分析结果。     

±20Mvar STATCOM装置的GTO关断吸收电路

分析了大功率门极可关断晶闸管 ( GTO)关断过程中过电压 V1,V2 和 V3的形成原因及抑制过电压的措施。通过对几种低损耗吸收电路的分析 ,设计了± 2 0 Mvar静止同步补偿器 ( STATCOM)装置中 4.5k V/ 4 k A GTO吸收电路。设计的吸收电路为低损耗的带钳位的三角形吸收电路。给出的关断试验结果证明了抑制过电压措施的必要性及正确性 ,并证明了所设计的吸收电路完全满足大功率两电平GTO逆变器装置的使用要求。     

GTO电压型逆变器短路故障快速关断保护法的研究

采用关断ＧＴＯ的方法进行短路保护，具有电路简单、成本低的特点，可将保护电路直接加入ＧＴＯ的门极驱动电路，但对短路检测的速度要求较高，本文提出了适合于关断保护法的检测方案，设计出一套关断保护电路，并在斩波电路上对保护电路的可靠性进行了验证     

光电耦合器的小信号交流模型及其应用

本文从器件的外特性出发,提出光电耦合器的小信号交流模型,并指出模型参数的获取方法。将模型用于模拟信号光电耦合隔离电路的分析中,由PSPICE电路模拟程序作交流分析,所得结果与实验数据完全一致。从而证实该模型是简单、实用和精确的。     

晶闸管的关断过程及关断时间公式的修正

本文进一步闸明了晶闸管关断的物理过程,根据莫尔理论和电荷控制模型推导出一个包含晶闸管两个共基极直流电流放大系数的新的关断时间表达式。该公式充分体现了器件的导通过程与关断过程之间的联系,并用实验对公式进行了验证。     

差动式光隔离放大器的研制及其应用

基于差动放大器的原理并利用光耦合器件，设计了一种差动式隔离放大器，这种放大器具有低漂移、高共模抑制比等差动放大器的优点，同时输入端与输出端之间也是电隔离的，文中给出了这种放大器的工作原理以及各主要参数的计算公式，并给出了这种隔离放大器的一种具体应用。     

声光可调滤波器中的射频电路设计

声光可调滤波器（AOTF）是未来全光网络中实现波长路由选择的首选器件,为制作该器件必须首先完成驱动模块一射频电路的设计。介绍了一种用于中心波长为1500nm的波分复用光网络的声光可调谐滤波器的驱动系统的设计方案。该方案基于锁相环和单片机控制的原理,以大规模集成芯片MC145170为中心,配以低通滤波、压控振荡器和单片机频率控制系统。以这种方式设计的射频电路覆盖了1500nm～1600nm的光谱范围,能实现1nm的波长调谐,具有结构简单、操作方便、稳定性高等特点。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
