数字频率合成器的设计与实现

本设计利用FPGA芯片实现直接频率合成器（简称DDS）系统电路的核心部分,采用VHDL硬件描述语言完成对DDS核心电路中各个模块的设计,并设计了与DDS系统相对应的外围硬件电路。这样设计的合成器能够利用8MHz的参考时钟信号合成出频率在O～500KHz的正弦波和余弦波。由于FPGA芯片具有现场可编程的特性,所设计的DDS能够根据不同的要求进行灵活改进,同时具有高集成度、运算速度快、低功耗的特点。     

面积优化与低功耗设计的JavaCard处理器

AOJCP（area-optimized JavaCard processor）是一种自主设计的基于微码、面积优化、低功耗的JavaCard硬件处理器．首先,描述了AOJCP中的微码处理器总体框架、单周期与控制-应答机制结合的微码设计、JavaCard指令执行过程;然后在FPGA（field programmable gate array）中实现．结果表明,AOJCP占用1410 LogicCells（约合16k门）,最高频率36．2MHz,典型时钟频率3．7MHz时,功耗为48mW．     

运动估计算法设计及FPGA实现

为进一步提高编码效率,在研究菱形算法的基础上,采用了“十字”形运动估计算法,设计了硬件电路,并用FPGA（Field-Programmable Gate Array）实现了算法．结合算法的特点,设计了整体框架结构,提出了一种高度并行、紧凑流水线的FPGA实现方案．用Verilog HDL硬件描述语言设计了编码,在QUARTUS Ⅱ集成开发环境下,进行了仿真验证,并写入FPGA芯片,实现了“十字”形运动估计算法．经测试表明：该设计方案搜索高效、逻辑简洁,对比全搜索法占用硬件资源较小．可广泛应用到移动视频通信、远程无线监控等领域．     

基于FPGA的RS译码器的设计与实现

采用改进型Berlekamp_Massey（RiBM）算法设计并实现了基于FPGA的符合DRM_DCP接口协议的RS（255,207）译码器,可实现对每个码字（255个码元）中不多于24个码元的错误进行纠正。此外,介绍了设计中所采用的一种层次化数字信号处理IP的设计流程,可有效的提高设计和验证的效率。     

基于FPGA的模糊PID控制在智能化温室中的仿真研究

采用VHDL语言编程,以FPGA为硬件载体、Quartus II软件为开发工具,采用自上而下的模块化设计思想,将模糊PID控制根据功能进行模块划分、模块设计,并利用软件自带的仿真功能对设计进行功能仿真和时序仿真。该控制算法的FPGA实现提高了控制的可靠性,加强了模块的通用性,减少了系统硬件开发周期,降低了设计开发成本。在智能化温室中采用基于FPGA的模糊PID控制可以提高控制系统的稳定性和可靠性。     

适用于H.264标准的变长分组VLD结构

在新一代视频压缩编码标准H.264中,亮度和色度的残差数据采用了自适应变长编码的方法.根据CAVLC熵编码的特点,提出了一种根据码表的前导零个数进行变长分组的优化VLD结构,并在此基础上设计了CAVLC硬件解码器.基于上述方法实现的CAVLC硬件结构通过了RTL级仿真和综合,并在Spartan3 XC3S2000的FPGA平台上进行了验证,在133 MHz工作频率下可以满足H.264标准Baseline档次30帧/s分辨率为352×288标准视频序列的实时解码.     

MPEG—4系统分析

由于MPEG－4标准设定的应用目标的特点，MPEG－4系统与以往的MPEG－1／2系统有了许多不同（或说是有了许多新的内容）。MPEG－4应用实现的特殊性也使得MPEG－4系统有着比MPEG－1／2系统更加重要的作用。本从MPEG－4系统构成入手，分析了其内容和特点。     

MPEG-2传送流分析仪的研制

重点介绍了MPEG－2传送流分析仪的功能原理，采用微软公司的VisualC 6.0版本的程序设计语言进行码流分析和结果显示的软件实现方法。及硬件设计方案，所研制的分析经实践检验证实其对MPEG－2码流的分析结果正确且用户界面简洁友好。     

基于FPGA的VGA图像控制器的设计与实现

VGA（视频图形阵列）是一种标准的显示接口，伴随着嵌入式系统的迅速发展，尤其是高速图像处理的发展．埘可以将实时图像处理进行显示有了更多的需求．这里依据VGA接口原理采用了Verilog HDL语言对Altera的Cyclone系列FPGA（现场可编程门阵列）进行了设计，并验证了结果。通过采用FPGA设计VGA接口可以将要显示的数据直接送到显示器，节省了计算机的处理过程，加快了数据的处理速度，节约了硬件成本。     

面向磁记录信道的原模图LDPC码译码器的FPGA设计

针对传统原模图低密度奇偶校验（low density parity check,LDPC）码在译码硬件实现中,由于采用随机扩展方式,导致数据拥塞和布线困难,继而产生译码延时和资源消耗的提高及吞吐量的下降问题,通过2步准循环扩展得到了适于硬件实现的码字结构,设计了一种面向磁记录信道的原模图LDPC码译码器。该译码器信息更新采用基于TDMP（turbo decoding message passing）分层译码的归一化Min-Sum算法使得译码器具有部分并行架构;同时为了降低译码时间及功耗,给出一种低资源消耗的提前终止迭代策略。硬件实现结果表明,该译码器的译码性能十分接近相应的浮点算法,在低资源消耗的前提下,工作频率可达183.9 MHz,吞吐量为63.3 Mbit/s,并可同时适用于多种原模图LDPC码。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
