近年来重庆市农民消费水平提升较快,但还存在消费水平总体偏低、消费结构不合理等问题,其根本原因在于基础设施与管理水平落后、农村市场体制建设滞后;农民收入增长缓慢、收入不稳定及企业产品不符合农民需要;消费观念落后、消费欲望受消费环境制约等。为应对这些不利因素,重庆可以通过转变政府职能、提高农民收入水平、企业让渡价值、改变消费观念等措施促进重庆新农村市场的发展。  相似文献

近年来,湖北省城镇居民的消费水平在逐步提高,消费结构在不断升级。农村居民的人均消费支出年均增长速度快于城镇居民,但消费的绝对额仍远低于城镇居民,湖北省城乡居民消费结构的差异仍然较大。造成湖北省城乡居民消费结构差异的主要原因有城乡居民收入差距大,城乡居民文化素质、消费观念差异明显,农村居民购买力分流严重,农村居民消费环境较差,农村居民社会保障不健全等。为改善湖北省城镇居民消费结构,应制定城镇居民家电通讯产品消费优惠政策,促进城镇家庭家电通讯产品升级换代;调整相关税费政策,促进汽车等高档产品和住房消费;扩大高层次教育招生规模,促进城镇居民教育消费;引导个性化、时尚化、品牌化消费,满足消费者多样化消费需求;大力发展服务业,进一步拉动消费增长。为改善湖北省农村居民消费结构,应切实增加农民收入,提高农村居民购买能力;加强农村精神文明建设,改善农村居民消费观念;积极创造消费条件,挖掘农村市场消费潜力;加大对农村基础设施投入,改善农村消费环境;完善社会保障制度,强化消费信心。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
