研究了Fujita和Niizeki用高维投影法构造的一种一维三元Ⅱ型准晶的电子波函数的性质,波函数二阶矩的数值结果表明,绝大多数的电子态都是局域化的,对几个典型的波函数进行直接观察和进一步多分形分析后确认,在准晶极限,所有的电子态都是局域化的。  相似文献

通过施加直流电压于P型SiOxNy薄膜,使热电子注入到薄膜而引起薄膜电学参数的改变。测试了薄膜在电子注入前后电学参数的变化,以研究薄膜的电子注入特性,探求薄膜的抗电子注入能力与制备工艺之间的关系。结合俄歇电子能谱和红外光谱分析膜的微机结构,对薄膜的电子注入特性进行了理论分析与讨论。  相似文献

用蒙特卡罗法模拟了探测到的高能同轴凝散射电子的能谱,分析了入射电子能量、靶原子序数和探测角对归一化能谱的影响,结果表明:当入射电子能量增加和靶原子序数减小时,弹性散射峰值逐渐降低,背散射电子数峰位向低能端移动;探测角的改变对能谱形状基本没有影响,利用较低的入射能量、较大的探测能量窗口和角值有利于背散射率的提高;大的入射电子能量和小的探测能量窗口对应较大的背散射率的相对变化率,探测角值对背射率的相对变化率基本没有影响,可以利用大的探测角值提高背散射率以改善信噪比。  相似文献

本文着重介绍了在对固体表面态和表面组成的研究中,利用俄歇电子能谱(AES)和X光电子能谱(XPS)同扫描电子显微镜(SEM)相结合的方法,能够直接得到二次电子分布的图像表面各元素组分的相对含量以及各元素在不同环境表面所处的价态.通过对几种在不同条件下制备的催化剂及CaSeTe/Ti薄膜电极表面的实际考察,发现制备条件不同时,催化剂的内部结构组成有明显的变化,其表面元素分布也不相同;CaSeTe/Ti薄膜电极氧化层厚度随烧结环境而改变.实验结果表明,电子能谱法在研究固体表面态和组成分布中能给以清晰直观的图像,灵敏敏度高,其测试结果对固体表面态的研究提供十分有用的信息.  相似文献

在聚苯胺的Baranowski-Büttner-Voit模型基础上,引入了含有次近邻电子跳跃的哈密顿修正项,并推导出相关理论公式.数值计算了完全氧化态的Pernigraniline-base(PNB)和半氧化态的Emeraldine-base(EB)的基态电子能谱结构,结果表明(1)次近邻电子跳跃对能隙和总带宽的影响较小;(2)随着次近邻跳跃强度的增加,PNB聚合物价带宽度将增加,导带被压缩;而EB聚合物的导带与价带均被压缩.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
