P16基因及其表达在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展

目的：使我们对P^16基因及其表达在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC)的早期诊断及治疗从分子水平上有进一步的认识。方法：就P^16基因在NSCLC人中的近期研究进展作一综述。结果：P^16（也称多肿瘤的抑制基因，MTS1和CDKN2)，它是一种抑癌基因。原发性NSCLC组织均可出现P^16／P^15基因纯合性丢失。肺鳞癌组织P^16基因的甲基化明显高于其它组织类型。在NSC比中病期愈晚P^16蛋白缺失越明显。被检病人痰及血中的P^16基因异常，有助于NSCLC的早期诊断。P^16和P^53基因联合共转染能显增强对NSCLC细胞增殖的抑制。结论：P^16基因及其表达蛋白与NSCLC的发生、发展、转移密切相关，应用于NSCLC的早期诊断及治疗。     

顶点覆盖问题的贪心算法的设计与分析

设计了解顶点覆盖问题的贪心算法 ,并证明其相对比率 η≤H(d) ,d为图中最大的顶点度数 ,H(d) =∑1/ j(j =1,2 ,…… ,d) .当d ≤ 3时 ,解的精确度有明显改善 .     

具有两个度数的树（英文）

如果一个图只有两个不同的度数,这个图就称为二度图.阶数至少为3的二度树具有度数1和d,这里d是至少为2的整数,这样的树称为(1, d)这些结果提供了一个新的例子,表明有时候图的行为是由数论性质决定的.

六亚甲基二乙酰胺对粘液表皮样癌细胞P21和P53基因的转录激活作用

为了研究分化诱导剂六亚甲基二乙酰胺（hexamethylene bisacetamide,HMBA)在体外诱导人粘液表皮样癌细胞（MEC－1）时P^21（cip1/waf1),P^53基因调控的机理，从而为临床治疗提供理论依据。选用0．002mol/L HMBA和0．001g/L5-FU对培养的MEC－1细胞外诱导72h，分别采用光镜，TUNEL染色，免疫组化，图像分析等方法进行凋亡细胞的检测及P^21(cip1/waf1),P^53表达的定量分析，结果表明HMBA诱导的MEC－1细胞P^21(cip1/waf1)表达强度显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），P^53的表达强度显著低于对照组（P＜0．01），提示HMBA通过激活转录因子P^21(cip1/waf1)，P^53的表达而发挥对粘液表皮样品部细胞诱导分化，促进凋亡的作用。

掩埋隧道结的研制及其在1.3μm VCSEL结构中的应用

采用气态源分子束外延（GSMBE）技术在（100）InP衬底上分别了生长了δ掺杂的P^＋ -AllnAs—n^＋ -InP和P^＋ -InP—n^＋ -InP两种隧道结结构,用电化学C—V和I—V特性曲线表征了载流子浓度和电学特性,发现P^＋ -AllnAs-n^＋ -InP隧道结性能好于P^＋ -InP-n^＋ -InP隧道结。接着在（100）InP衬底上生长了包含P^＋ -AllnAs-n^＋ -InP掩埋隧道结和多量子阱有源层的1．3μm垂直腔面发射激光器（VCSEL）结构,测试得出其开启电压比普通的PIN结VCSEL小,室温下其电致荧光谱波长在1．29μm。     

线图泛圈性的一个充分条件

设 e=uv 是 G 中住一条边,e 的次数 d(e)=d(u)+d(v),其中 d(u)和d(u)分别为顶点 u 和 v 在 G 中的度数。本文的主要结果是:设 G 是几乎无桥的,n≥11阶简单连通图,若对任意相距为1的两边 e_0和 e_1,d(e_0)+d(e_1)≥2n-5,则 G 的线图 L(G)是泛圈的。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
