苏铁蕨多糖的提取及其组分分析

采用低温-微波工艺提取苏铁蕨[Brainia insignis（Hook．）J．Sm．]的木质根状茎部分,以95％乙醇、水为溶剂分步提取,获苏铁蕨粗多糖,经纯化为精制多糖．以凝胶过滤色谱法（GFC）测定苏铁蕨多糖的数量及分子量．结果：苏铁蕨中含1种多糖,其数均分子量为31514g·mol^-1,重均分子量为35034g·mol^-1;多糖经酸解成单糖并衍生为乙酰化糖肟,对照乙酰化的标样采用气相色谱法（GC）测定其中含5种单糖组分,其相对含量：葡萄糖88．816％;半乳糖4．631％;阿拉伯糖3．314％;木糖2．085％;甘露糖1．154％．     

乌蕨多糖的分离及抗动植物病原菌活性

从乌蕨中提取的水溶性多糖,经DEAE-纤维素52柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶G-200柱层析可得到纯品.利用圆形纸片法对乌蕨多糖提取物进行抗动植物病原菌活性的实验,结果发现:乌蕨多糖提取物具有较强的抗动植物病原菌活性,对玉米大斑病病原菌和甘蔗黑穗病病原菌的最小抑菌浓度为5.0mg/mL..     

超微粉碎和普通粉碎对柳松菇多糖的提取及凝胶柱层析分离的研究

对超微粉体及三种不同大小粉体提取的柳松菇多糖及多糖的凝胶柱层析分离进行研究，结果表明，超微粉碎和普通粉碎对总糖、还原糖的提取基本没有影响，对多糖的提取影响较大．由300目超微粉提取的多糖含量和得率分别为50％和13％，未粉碎的块状、40目粗粉和100目细粉提取的多糖含量和得率分别为300目超微粉的42．8％、65．7％、72．1％和28．2％、45．7％、71．2％．采用SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析分离柳松菇多糖，得到纯化的多糖Ⅰ和Ⅱ两个多糖组分．在超微粉碎提取的柳松菇多糖中，主要是相对分子质量高的多糖Ⅰ，在未粉碎的块状提取的柳松菇多糖中，以相对分子质量低的多糖Ⅱ为主，超微粉碎有利于相对分子质量商的多糖Ⅰ的提取．多糖Ⅰ为胞内多糖，其含糖量为78％，相对分子质量约为424137，在260nm、280nm均无吸收；多糖Ⅱ的含糖量为42．9％，相对分子质量为12944，在280nm无吸收，但在260nm有一个吸收峰．     

蕨麻水溶性多糖的提取及其单糖组分的分析

本文采用热水提取、乙醇沉淀、a-淀粉酶法脱淀粉、链酶蛋白酶和Sevag法联合除蛋白,得到蕨麻多糖.对提取的蕨麻多糖进行了总糖含量及糖醛酸含量的测定.粗多糖(P1)总糖含量为41.8%,糖醛酸含量为11.1%.脱淀粉脱蛋白多糖(P2)总糖含量为39.4%,糖醛酸含量为35.9%.经纸层析和高效液相色谱分析,表明该多糖主要由阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸组成,说明蕨麻多糖为酸性杂多糖.     

不同方法炮制狼毒中多糖含量研究

以药材狼毒为试材，采用硫酸-苯酚法测定狼毒生药及分别用诃子汤、奶、酒炮制的狼毒炮制品中的水溶性多糖、水不溶性多糖和总糖含量．研究表明炮制方法与多糖含量的多少有直接的关系．其结论如下：奶炮制品中水溶性多糖含量最多，为1．62％，诃子汤炮制品中水溶性多糖含量最低，为0．42％，生药中水不溶性多糖含量最高，为3．46％，酒炮制品中水不溶性多糖含量最低，为2．18％，生药中总糖含量最高，为8．4％，酒炮制品中总糖含量最低，为6．13％．     

海洋药物羊栖菜中多糖的分离和结构分析

对浙江省洞头县所产的药用海藻—羊栖菜中的多糖进行了分离和结构分析，羊栖菜用0．1mol/l NaOH溶液提取，甲醇分级沉淀，得五种多糖，编号为SFP1，SFP2，SFP3，SFP4，SFP5，用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)、气相色谱(GC)等方法分析了它们的组成和结构，结果表明，这五种多糖为一种多糖，它由D-木糖，D-山梨糖，葡萄糖醛酸，L-艾杜糖醛酸组成，其摩尔比为3：4：1：5。     

复合酶法提取蕨麻多糖及其抗氧化活性研究

确定了复合酶(纤维素酶、果胶酶、中性蛋白酶)提取蕨麻多糖的最佳工艺,并对其体外抗氧化活性进行初步研究.在单因素试验的基础上,设计L9 (33)正交实验和L9(34)正交实验,分别得出复合酶的最佳配比和复合酶法提取蕨麻多糖的最佳提取工艺条件;采用清除·OH(羟基)自由基模型和O2-·(超氧阴离子)自由基模型评价了蕨麻多糖的抗氧化能力.结果表明:复合酶的最佳配比为:纤维素酶2.0％,木瓜蛋白酶1.0％,果胶酶2.0％;最佳工艺条件为∶料液比为1∶30、pH值为4.5,温度为45℃,酶解时间为60min,此时蕨麻多糖的提取率最大为8.12％,同时验证性实验也表明优化得到的提取工艺稳定可靠;蕨麻多糖对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子都具有较强的清除作用,并与浓度呈一定依赖关系,且对羟自由基的清除能力要比超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力强.     

圆盖阴石蕨黄酮类化合物的研究

样品经75％乙醇抽提，以芦丁为标准用A1(NO3)3显色法于510nm下测定了圆盖阴石蕨中总黄酮的含量．结果表明：A1(NO3)3显色法测定该物质黄酮含量的显色稳定性和重复性良好，且附生于10种不同树上的圆盖阴石蕨(地上和地下部分)中黄酮含量有差异，地下部分的变幅为0．23％-1．34％，地上部分为0．595％-3．508％，显示出含量与不同附主有一定的相关性．     

海南岛石灰岩地区蕨类植物区系特点

根据作者近年来实地调查研究表明，海南岛石灰岩地区共有蕨类植物181种，隶属于37科，70属。科属的地理成分以热带性质为主，主要的科是金星蕨科Thebpteridaceae、铁角蕨科Aspleniaceae、水龙骨科Polypodiaceae、凤尾蕨科Pteridaceae、卷柏科Selaginellaceae、三叉蕨科Aspidiaceae、蹄盖蕨科Athyriaceae，其种类占总数的57．9％；主要的属是凤尾蕨属Pteris、卷柏属SelagineUa、铁角蕨属Asplenium、毛蕨属Cyclosorus、铁线蕨属Adinnt“m等。种的地理成分以热带、亚热带分布种为主，共有131种，占总种数的72．4％，其中属于热带亚洲性质类型最多，共有79种，占总种数的43．6％，温带成分在海南岛石灰岩蕨类植物区系中占14．5％。可见海南岛石灰岩地区蕨类植物区系具有明显的热带性质，但同时也具有一定比例的温带成分。最后，对海南岛石灰岩地区蕨类植物区系性质及其生态特征进行了探讨。     

斯达油脂酵母U9018胞外多糖的理化性质

报道斯达油脂酵母Ｕ９０１８以蔗糖为基质产生的胞外多糖的一些理化性质．胞外多糖由Ｄ－甘露糖、Ｄ半乳糖和Ｄ－葡萄糖醛酸组成，三种单糖的含量比值为１：１：１，单糖为毗喃型糖．该多糖在低浓度时有较高的粘度，且粘度随浓度或加热温度的提高而增大，２０℃下，０．５％浓度的多糖溶液可形成凝胶，１．５％浓度的多糖溶液形成的凝胶强度可达２１．６５ｇ／ｃｍ￣２，凝胶无色透明，Ｕ９０１８多糖对黄原胶有显着的增粘作用．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
