一种基于加权核Fisher准则的朴素贝叶斯分类器

利用加权核Fisher准则,给出一种朴素贝叶斯分类器的改进算法。该算法通过寻找使类与类最大分离的最优投影矩阵,将样本数据进行投影变换,再利用朴素贝叶斯分类器对新样本进行分类。将该方法应用于双酚A生产过程在线监测数据集的分类中,仿真结果表明,相比于单纯朴素贝叶斯分类器,该分类算法具有更好的分类性能。     

基于属性值加权的隐朴素贝叶斯算法

隐朴素贝叶斯(Hidden Naive Bayes,HNB)算法是一种结构扩展后的朴素贝叶斯分类改进算法,其分类精确率较原算法有了很大的提高,但是在分类过程中,HNB算法没有考虑测试实例的各个特征属性的不同取值对分类的贡献程度。针对这个问题,构建相应的加权函数计算各个特征属性取不同值时对分类的贡献程度,并利用得到的结果对HNB算法中用到的条件概率计算公式加权,得到了一个改进的HNB算法,然后利用加利福尼亚大学的埃文斯标准数据集(University of California Irvine,UCI)在Eclipse上对其进行数值实验,结果表明,改进的HNB算法较原始HNB算法的分类精确率有了较大提高。     

基于属性相关的朴素贝叶斯分类算法

朴素贝叶斯分类器是一种简单、高效的分类算法,它以贝叶斯定理和最大后验假设为理论基础,然而朴素贝叶斯分类器属性之间相互独立的假设,影响了朴素贝叶斯分类器的性能.提出先使用基于相关的属性选择算法进行属性选择,然后在选择的属性集上,用朴素贝叶斯分类器对数据集进行分类.实验证明,与未使用属性选择的实验结果相比,使用基于相关的属性选择算法进行属性选择后,朴素贝叶斯分类器平均分类正确率提高,分类效率显著提升.     

基于贝叶斯网络的分类器研究

研究了贝叶斯分类器家族中具有代表性的分类器，即朴素(naIve)贝叶斯分类器、贝叶斯网络分类器和TAN(tree augmented Bayesian)分类器；发现属性变量之间的依赖相对于属性变量与类变量之间的依赖是可以忽略的，因此在所有树形分类器中TAN分类器是最优的．     

一种改进的朴素贝叶斯分类器在文本分类中的应用研究

文本分类是数据挖掘领域中重要的研究分支.通过对自适应遗传算法和朴素贝叶斯分类器的研究,提出一种基于自适应遗传算法的朴素贝叶斯分类算法.将该算法应用于中文文本分类中,可以生成最优贝叶斯分类器及最优属性集合,提高分类精度.     

基于云模型理论改进的贝叶斯分类算法

基于云模型理论对朴素贝叶斯分类器进行了改进,使得分类器能够处理语言中的一些模糊值,扩展了朴素贝叶斯分类器的应用范围.使用UCI鸢尾花数据集对算法进行了实验仿真和结果分析.结果表明,改进后的分类算法在一定程度上提高了分类精度.     

基于贪婪选择的半朴素贝叶斯分类器研究

针对朴素贝叶斯分类器忽略属性间依赖关系造成分类准确性降低的问题,提出了基于贪婪选择算法的半朴素贝叶斯分类器分组改进算法.改进过程中依据不同参数的调整和属性选择技术衍生出3种分组方法,获得不同的改进方式,建立了贪婪选择半朴素贝叶斯分类器,实验采用UCI数据库中选取的数据进行分类.结果表明,改进的分类器具有良好的分类准确率.     

基于多项式朴素贝叶斯算法的垃圾邮件过滤器的设计与实现

基于概率的朴素贝叶斯分类器因其算法复杂度低、分类精度高而被广泛应用于垃圾邮件过滤领域。该文在对传统朴素贝叶斯分类器进行分析的同时,结合垃圾邮件过滤的特性,设计并实现了基于多项式朴素贝叶斯算法的垃圾邮件过滤器。该过滤器引入拉普拉斯平滑因子降低合法邮件被误判为垃圾邮件的概率,得到了较好的分类效果。实验结果验证了方法的有效性。     

一种选择性的加权朴素贝叶斯分类器

朴素贝叶斯分类器是一种简单而高效的分类器,但它的条件独立性假设影响了它分类的正确率.加权朴素贝叶斯是对它的一种扩展.通过分析属性相关性的度量和属性约简,选择一组最近似独立的属性约简子集,并结合加权朴素贝叶斯和选择性贝叶斯分类器的优点,提出一种选择性的加权贝叶斯分类器SWNBC.实验结果表明,与朴素贝叶斯分类器相比,WSANBC分类器具有较高的分类正确率.     

一种基于强属性限定的加权贝叶斯分类器

朴素贝叶斯分类器是一种简单而高效的分类器,但它的条件独立性假设使其无法将属性间的依赖关系表达出来,影响了它分类的正确率,加权朴素贝叶斯是对它的一种扩展.基于强属性限定的贝叶斯分类器SANBC,通过在强弱属性之间添加增强弧以弱化朴素贝叶斯的独立性假设,扩展了朴素贝叶斯分类器的结构;结合加权朴素贝叶斯和基于强属性限定的贝叶斯分类器SANBC的优点,提出一种基于强属性限定的加权贝叶斯分类器WSANBC;实验结果表明,WSANBC分类器具有较高的分类正确率.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
