距离判别法在城镇土地定级中的应用

分析了城镇土地定级规程中土地级别初步确定的三种方法,据此引入一种数理统计方法─-距离判别法,通过计算确定定级单元所属土地级别,使级别确定由定性转为定性与定量相结合。     

城镇土地定级的理论方法初探

城镇土地是人类高度利用改造自然的产物，通过城镇土地定级，能够揭示土地质量差异，对城镇土地有偿使用及合理利用具有重要意义。本文探讨了城镇土地定级的理论基础；改进了城镇土地级别确定的一般方法，主要体央这取定级因素方面；在采用多综合评价时，选择了区域城镇外部作为定级因素。这种方法被应用到重庆合川市的土地评价中，经过有关部门的实际检验，证明定级成果较为理想。     

基于方差分析的城镇土地级别确定方法

在城镇土地分等定级一般原理和方法的基础上，以城镇土地单元为样本，将所有对城镇土地发生作用的因素、因子的作用分值统一到评价单元，采用方差分析方法检验各土地单元分值子集合是否存在重要差别，确定城镇土地级别，并通过统计量K值的迭代计算，寻找城镇土地定级最佳方案，并给出迭代筛选模型和实际算例，可使城镇土地定级成果更加准确合理。     

天津市中心城区土地级别更新与土地利用研究

我国推行城镇土地分等定级制度已有十多年的历史。《城镇土地分等定级规程》为土地定级提出框架要求。文中阐述了天津市中心城区土地定级采用的技术方法和准则,对首次完成的土地分用途定级结果与1998年的综合定级结果进行对比分析,探究土地级别更新的主要原因。在此基础上,提出合理利用土地、提高土地资源配置效益的建议。     

基于Mapinfo的空间插值技术在土地定级中的应用

土地定级是我国基准地价体系建立的基础，是土地估价的基础，同时也为土地评估提供了依据。目前利用GIS技术完成城镇土地定级工作已经非常普遍，但是在-土地定级的诸多方法仍在探索和完善过程中。本文将通过利用Mapinfo软件中的空间插值技术提高网格方法进行土地级别划分的计算精度，并在朝阳市土地定级中应用。     

基于GIS的层次分析法在城镇土地定级中的应用

论述了基于GIS的层次分析法对城镇土地定级的评价方法和过程．基于层次分析法，分析确定城镇土地定级的评价因子体系和权重，在单因子影响度评价结果的基础上，利用地理信息系统(GIS)对各评价因子的影响度进行叠加分析，进行城镇土地级别划分．     

合川县城镇土地定级方法论特征浅析

结合重庆市合川县域镇土地定级工作试点实践,针对县域城镇土地定级工作的特殊性.提出统一评定县域城镇土地级别的技术路线是:开展城镇体系层次分析,建立两类定级标志.通过合成计分,实现聚类定级.     

城镇土地以价定级方法研究:以四川省南部县为例

在分析城镇土地定级方法的基础上,以四川省南部县为例,通过地价区段的划分和样点地价的测算修正,采用地价区段聚类分析划分南部县城镇土地级别.并根据以价定级结果与多因素综合分析法定级结果进行对比分析,比较两种定级结果的差异情况,分析产生差异的原因,探讨成果的可靠性.通过研究为小城镇开展以价定级研究提供技术路线和技术方法方面的参考.     

耕地质量定级方法改进研究:以农安县为例

耕地质量定级是全面掌握耕地质量状况,实现数量、质量和生态协调管理的重要手段.该文以农安县为例,梳理修正法的技术路线,针对修正法的不足提出2种改进办法.通过确定定级指标体系、计算定级指数、划分级别,从级别面积分布、空间重叠度、定级指数与土地纯收益相关性3个角度,比较修正法和改进法的评价结果.结果显示:修正法的定级指数跨度明显高于改进法的定级指数;修正法与改进法空间分布差异较大,2个改进法之间的空间分布差异较小;改进法各级别变异系数均低于修正法;改进法定级指数与土地纯收益相关性系数高于修正法.该研究提出了2种新的定级方法,并验证了方法的可行性,可以为耕地质量定级及相关研究提供新的思路.     

基于遗传算法和支持向量机的城镇土地定级方法研究

基于支持向量机理论,采用遗传算法进行全局最优参数选择,构建城镇土地定级模型.以某市中心城区建成区及规划区为研究区,通过GIS空间分析技术构建定级因子属性数据训练样本和实验样本,实现基于遗传算法优化支持向量机的商服用地定级.在此基础上,将基于遗传算法优化支持向量机的城镇土地定级方法和传统的多因素综合评定定级方法结果进行对比分析.结果表明,基于遗传算法优化支持向量机的城镇土地定级方法效率较高,推广性较强,能够客观反映城镇内部土地使用价值差异.定级结果符合研究区实际情况,是实现城镇土地定级的有效手段.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
