进入21世纪，我国教师教育面临严峻的挑战。轰轰烈烈的教材改革．新大纲的推行以及考试制度的调整都在考验着教师的素质。而语文教师在此次大潮中的冲击尤为剧烈。如何让语文教师的素质与现代教育更好地接轨成为时下语文教学面临的重要问题。     

学习《教师法》,提高“两课”教师素质

《教师法》指出：“建设—支人员精干、素质优良待遇较高的师资队伍”是我国适应面向二十一世纪的需要．本文就提高马克思主义理论课和思想品德课（下称“两课”）教师素质的环境谈些看法．十一届三中全会以来，“两课”教师提高素质的环境，同全国知识分子成才环境得到逐步改善一样，也已有所好转．但由于多层面的因素，这种环境不适应新时期需要之处显明易见．第一，“两课”教师的四种断层现象严重：即年龄断层，青黄不接；结构性断层，人才偏聚东南或流失出国；知识性断层，在转型期原有知识的滞后率和陈旧率迅速提高；技术性断层，掌握…     

浅析语文教学听说能力的培养

单纯的“读、写”能力培养,已不能适应社会发展需求,这要求语文教师从宏观上探索教改的新领域,突破传统语文教学的封闭性,树立大语文教育观。从学生的语文基础素质、语文智能素质,语文技能素质和语文道德素质四方面进行培养,使其成长为“素质高,有特长”的21世纪栋梁之才。     

培养学生科技素质的语文教学策略

实施素质教育，教师素质是关键。教师素质高低，不仅仅在于能否当好“讲师”，还在于能否做好“导师”。要做好“导师”，语文教师尤其要做到以下四点：     

培养学生作文兴趣初探

在一份规范的语文试卷中，作文版块已日益突显出其举足轻重的地位。甚至可以说，一个学生语文综合素质的高低，或者说语文水平的优势，都能从作文中窥视出一二来，然而，长期以来，作文教学却成为困扰小学语文教学的“老大难”问题，不但上作文课的教师发怵，而且学生头痛，究其原因，一方面改变这种状况，教师就要想办法激发学生的兴趣、调动学生作文的积极性。为此，我在教学中进行了以下几种尝试。     

课堂应变的调控艺术

语文教学对生活的涵盖面广、渗透力强，较之其它学科容易发生意外。因此，更需要教师处变不惊，灵活决断。教师的教育机智，最鲜明地反映在课堂应变的调控上，它不仅与教师的素质（包括心理素质）有关，而且技巧性很强。本文紧密结合中小学语文教学实践．探讨了十几种课堂应变的方法。     

再议小学语文教师的必备素养与提高途径

小学语文是一门基础学科，语文水平的高低便影响学生其他课程的学习乃至以后进一步学习深造，甚至以后的工作。而教师素质的高低直接影响教育教学的效果，所以相应地要求小学语文教师要有多方面的素质。小学语文教师在新形势下应具备哪些基本素质，以及如何培养提高小学语文教师的素养，本文将对此进行一些浅显的分析，并提出相应策略。     

论语文教师素质的“五个一”工程

提高中学语文教学质量的根本问题是提高教师的政治素质和业务素质。语文教师应具备的素质和教学基本功可以用“五个一”来概括，即一颗红心，一肚知识，一张利嘴，一手好文，一笔好字。语文教师要把提高其素质的“五个一”工程当“常规战”和“持久战”来打，才能适应教育发展的需要，提高教学质量。     

浅谈素质教育和职专语文课堂教学

语文教学是素质教育的基础，那么，在职专语文教学中如何进行素质教育呢？（1）注重提高教师自身的素质，（2）注重课堂教学效果的实现，（3）贴近职教在教学中渗入专业，（4）应用多媒体，让平面的文本“动”起来中国教育界泰斗蔡元培先生这样说过：“教育者．与其守成法，毋宁尚自然；与其求划一，毋宁展个性。”职专教材正是着眼于培养学生的语文实际运用能力，有较强的实用性，我们语文教师应把握好教材，寻求适合职专学生语文学习的新路子，让职专课堂吹进素质教育的风。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
