介绍了利用纳米级陶瓷粉作为抗菌剂对纯锦织物进行抗菌整理的工艺以及处理后织物的抗菌性能。将抗菌剂、粘合剂、分散剂和水以一定比例配制成抗菌整理液,利用正交设计方法对织物进行抗菌整理,并对整理后的织物进行抗菌效力实验。结果表明:整理后的抗菌织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌具有较好的抑制作用,对真菌不具有抑制作用,且抗菌织物的耐洗涤性良好。  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯和无水乙醇为原料,加硝酸银引入银离子,采用溶胶凝胶法和浸渍提拉法在玻璃表面施涂膜层,控制提拉速度6cm/min,经500℃热处理,制得均匀透明的多孔纳米TiO2玻璃.通过对样品XRD、SEM等分析的研究,二氧化钛薄膜主要呈锐钛矿相,而且其纳米颗粒大小在50-100nm范围.以大肠杆菌为菌种,对样品进行抗菌测试结果表明:银的抗菌机理为银离子接触抗菌,添加少量银离子,薄膜即有良好的抗菌能力.透光率分析表明纳米TiO2玻璃的透光性较好,在可见光范围内相对于普通玻璃的透光率在65%以上。  相似文献

采用水合二氧化硅和镍粉体纳米材料作为抗紫外线整理剂,对棉和涤棉织物进行涂层整理。实验结果表明:纳米镍粉和纳米水合二氧化硅均具有较强的抗紫外线能力,整理后棉织物的UPF值分别达到52.35和50.32,UVA透过率仅分别为2.72%和4.09%;涤棉织物的UPF值达到188.12,UVA透过率为4.53%。同时,整理后织物的断裂强度、折皱回复度、抗静电等物理性能均有所提高。避免了采用溶胶-凝胶法对织物进行抗紫外线整理过程中,由于加工体系中存在酸性物质所引起的纤维分子降解,导致整理后织物断裂强度下降的现象。  相似文献

采用原位负载法制得纳米TiO2/Ag复合水性温敏聚氨酯(TiO2/Ag-WTSPU)乳液,将其用于织物整理,测试了整理织物的表面形貌、力学性能、抗紫外线及抗菌等性能,结果表明:整理后织物的力学性能、抗紫外线性以及抗菌性均增强,且随着纳米TiO2、Ag含量增加,各项性能更优异,当纳米TiO2、Ag含量均为0.4%时,织物的断裂强力和拉伸长度分别为393.2 N、42.2 mm;织物的紫外防护系数为53.7,长波紫外线透过率为4.96%;对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果良好;且织物在20~30℃透湿量增加较明显,显示较好温敏特性,织物在40℃时的透湿量达2480 g/(m2·d).  相似文献

纳米ZnO可用于毛织物的后整理,使织物具有抗菌除臭、消毒、抗紫外线的功能.采用TritonX-100/正庚醇/正辛烷/盐水微乳液体系,以一定盐浓度的硝酸锌(Zn(NO3)2)水溶液(A)与碳酸钠(Na2CO3)水溶液(B),通过两个乳液混合的方法,制备出氧化锌超细微粒.并用差热分析(DTA)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪对其进行表征分析.实验表明,30℃时,以A型微乳液与B型微乳液通过乳液混合搅拌的反应方式制备出纳米ZnO微粒的前驱体,经80℃真空干、燥约5h后,在350℃下煅烧2h,得到了平均粒径约为10nm的超细ZnO粉末,且微粒粒径分布均匀、团聚少,多数为球状颗粒.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
