Nafion 修饰玻碳电极伏安法测定痕量氧氟沙星的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了探讨氧氟沙星简易的测定方法 ,报道了用Nafion修饰玻碳 (GC)电极测定痕量氧氟沙星的伏安法 .线性扫描过程中 ,在 +1.2 7V处发现一灵敏氧化峰 ,利用该峰可进行氧氟沙星含量的测定 .通过优化测定条件 ,利用该修饰电极测定氧氟沙星的线性范围为 :1× 10 -6~ 3× 10 -5mol/L ,检测限为 1× 10 -8mol/L .用于实际样品溶液中痕量氧氟沙星的测定 ,平均回收率为 99.5 2 % .  相似文献

用单扫描示波极谱法研究氯霉素的电化学行为。在0.3mol/LKCl(pH=7.30)底液中,氯霉素在汞电极上有一线性扫描还原峰,其峰电位为Ep=-0.62V(vs.SCE)。峰电流与氯霉素浓度在1×10-7mol/L~9×10-6mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(其线性相关系数r=0.9992),氯霉素的检出限可达5.0×10-8mol/L。该法用于模拟尿样的测定和氯霉素片剂含量的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

拟定了乳清酸的2.5次微分示波极谱测定新方法.结果表明在0.8 mol/L HCl介质中,乳清酸产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位Ep =-0.77 V(vs.SCE);其2.5次微分极谱峰峰电流ep″与乳清酸浓度在4.0×10-8~4.0×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6,n=9),检测限为1.0×10-8 mol/L;13次平行测量4.0×10-7 mol/L乳清酸的峰电流,所得RSD为1.8%.该方法可直接用于测定牛奶中乳清酸的含量.  相似文献

报道了在适量表面活性剂的存在下 ,钠型蒙脱石 (SWy - 2 )修饰碳糊电极高灵敏度测定环境体系中微量Cd2 + 的电化学方法 .该电极在HAc-NaAc (pH =5 .0 )溶液中 ,1.0× 10 -4mol/L的溴代十八烷基三甲基铵(STAB)存在下 ,用溶出伏安法测定Cd2 + ,在 - 0 .81V(vs ,SCE)处有灵敏的阳极溶出峰 ,且峰电流与Cd2 + 浓度在 2 .0× 10 -8~ 1.5× 10 -6mol/L的范围内 ,呈良好的线性关系 .该方法用于水样中镉的测定 ,检出限为 2 .0×10 -9mol/L .  相似文献

用毛细管电泳电化学检测法测定了葛根和葛藤中葛根素、大豆甙元和芦丁含量.以碳圆盘电极为检测电极,电极电位为0.90V(vs.SCE),在50mmol/L硼酸盐缓冲液(pH9.0)中,使用长40cm熔融石英毛细管,当分离电压为9kV,上述三组分在12min内完全分离.葛根素、大豆甙元和芦丁浓度与电泳峰电流分别在2.5×10-6~1.0×10-3,1.0×10-6~1.0×10-3和5.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性,检出限(S/N=3)分别为3.4×10-7,2.4×10-7和5.1×10-7mol/L.7次测定葛根素、大豆甙元和芦丁的混合标准溶液,峰高的相对标准偏差分别为2.71%,2.47%和4.21%.  相似文献

采用一种新型的电化学预处理玻碳电极的方法,经高电位阳极氧化(pH 6.0 PBS)处理后,再于-1.5~+1.6 V范围循环扫描,预处理玻碳电极能较好提高间羟胺的电化学响应.间羟胺在PGCE上的氧化峰电流与间羟胺的量成正比,其线性范围为3.6×10-8~3.0×10-3mol/L,检测限为1.0×10-8mol/L(S/N=3,富集时间100 s).间羟胺在电极表面的反应为不可逆的吸附过程,电子转移数目为1,质子数为1.多巴胺,肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和抗坏血酸等不干扰间羟胺的测定.该法可用于注射药剂中间羟胺的直接测定.  相似文献

建立了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)修饰玻碳电极,差分脉冲伏安法测定氯霉素(CAP)的新方法,并应用于氯霉素眼药水的测定.实验结果表明,在0.1 mol/LNaOH体系中氯霉素在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的催化还原峰电流大于裸电极上的还原峰电流.CAP浓度在2.9×10-5~2.0×10-4mol/L范围内与峰电流成线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-6mol/L,线性相关系数(r)为0.9901,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=7)为1.55%.  相似文献

采用分光光度法研究了小檗碱-氯金酸-卤化钾等5个缔合微粒体系.结果表明,4.0×10-2 mol/L HCl-2.8×10-3 mol/L KI-2.4×10-4 mol/L HAuCl4体系的最大吸收峰在370 nm,当有盐酸小檗碱(BH)存在时,由于形成(BH-AuI2)n缔合微粒,在550 nm处有一吸收峰,BH浓度在0.16~24 mg/L范围遵循Lamber-Beer定律,其摩尔吸光系数ε550 nm为1.71×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.据此建立了一个测定中药及其制剂中的盐酸小檗碱含量的分光光度法,平均回收率为100.5%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.00%(n=5).  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
