Summary A significantly higher lipase activity was measured in the duodenal lymph samples of 15 dogs than in each of corresponding arterial blood plasma samples collected prior to, during and after maximal hormonal stimulation of pancreatic secretion. The result may be evaluated as a sign of pancreatic lipase absorption by the duodenum into lymphatics.  相似文献

目的本实验研究了乌拉地尔在大鼠小肠上、下部的吸收情况,为开发其缓释制剂提供依据.方法采用高效液相色谱法.结果回收率试验表明:乌拉地尔回收率分别为99.31%,精密度为0.8%.乌拉地尔在大鼠小肠上、下段的吸收速度常数Ka分别为0.269、0.271.T1/2分别为2.60、2.58和吸收率分别为27.29%、28.26%(P>0.05).结论:乌拉地尔在大鼠小肠上、下段的吸收率没有显著性差异,适合制备缓释制剂.  相似文献

Summary Measurements were made of contamination of plants grown in soil polluted with tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxine. Findings show that the pollutant is absorbed and translocated by the plants studied and suggest that the pollutant may be eliminated in the course of time.Acknowledgment. Postoperative alterations in amino acid exchange across the intestinal tract and in the capacity for protein absorption were investigated in a chronic canine model. Changes in postoperative splanchnic amino acid exchange consisted of a temporary decrease of total splanchnic amino acid release, including a significant reduction in alanine production, and an increase in glutamine consumption. Contrary to results under stable metabolic conditions, branched chain amino acids were also taken up by the intestine in the early postoperative period. The changes in postoperative amino acid exchange were not, however, reflected by a corresponding alteration in protein transport capacity. The absorptive capacity for a protein hydrolysate remained stable during the early postoperative period.  相似文献

Summary As judged from 2-h blood level curves, adult female rats absorbed more FeII per cm2 of gross duodenal mucosa than adult male rats. By contrast, the 2-h blood level curves per cm2 of mucosa of proximal jejunum did not differ significantly in male and female rats although in both sexes, iron was absorbed more efficiently from the duodenum. Summary A net absorption of glycine, L-alanine and L-phenylalanine occurs across the isolated midgut of the larvae ofBombyx mori. Although glycine and L-phenylalanine are not metabolized, L-alanine is converted by the midgut and has a metabolic effect on the transepithelial electrical potential difference of the tissue.Acknowledgments.
