絮凝预处理养牛场废水研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对CODC r(化学需氧量,Chem ical Oxygen Dem and)、絮凝固相物、色度及透光率等指标的分析,研究了Fe3 和A l3 对养牛场废水的絮凝预处理效果。结果显示:Fe3 、A l3 絮凝处理能有效降低污水中的有机负荷,实现固液分离。随着絮凝剂浓度的增大,水中CODC r和色度均逐步降低,絮凝固相物质量逐步升高。当Fe3 和A l3 浓度为11.25 mmol.L-1时,CODC r去除率分别达到89.13%和82.61%;A l3 作为絮凝剂时,色度(稀释倍数)从1000降低到75,透光率从2.5%增加到73.8%。;当Fe3 和A l3 浓度从2.50 mmol.L-1增加到11.25 mmol.L-1时,絮凝固相物质量分别增加到原来的2.66倍和2.86倍。实验证明:Fe3 、A l3 絮凝预处理养牛场废水效果显著,将其用于养牛场废水的预处理,可缩短处理周期、缩小构筑物容积、减少占地面积,从而降低处理成本,为实现养牛场废水以及类似水质废水的快速处理提供理论依据。  相似文献

运用Fenton试剂处理工业废水(起始CODC r=60220 mg/L),通过改变H2O2投加量、Fe2+投加量及废水初始pH值等参数,对某聚酯树脂废水进行Fenton试剂氧化正交试验。并在正交试验的基础上进行单因素试验,确定Fenton氧化的最优工艺参数。试验结果表明,在正交试验因素所选的水平中,三个影响因素的大小顺序为:H2O2投加量〉废水初始pH值〉Fe2+投加量。在室温条件下,H2O2/CODC r=2(质量比),[Fe2+]/[H2O2]=1/10(质量比),pH=2.9,反应2h后,废水的CODC r去除率可达74.23%。废水的BOD5/COD值由起使0.352提高至0.582(预处理后),可生化性得到较大提高,有利于后续的生化处理。  相似文献

用微电解-Fenton试剂催化氧化组合工艺对Fischer-Tropsch合成废水进行预处理,研究探讨该处理过程中各种反应条件和工艺参数对处理效果的影响.结果表明:在微电解铁炭体积比1:1 ,进水pH为3.0,反应时间120 min的条件下,对F-T合成废水中CODCr的去除率达到39.2%;微电解后出水经Fenton试剂进一步氧化,在pH为3,H2O2的投加量为 30 mL/L,反应时间为 90 min时,其CODCr的去除率可达69.4%.ρ(BOD5)/ρ(CODCr)可从0.06提高到0.32,有效地提高了废水的可生化性.  相似文献

采用微电解-Fenton试剂法对吉林市某双苯厂含硝基苯等化工废水预处理进行了试验,摸索和探讨了预处理反应条件、影响因素,建立了最佳工艺路线和工艺条件.并在最佳条件下进行了连续中试放大试验.现场中试试验结果表明,废水的CODcr去除率为87%左右.BOD5/CODcr值由原来的0.3以下上升到0.5左右,提高了废水的生化性能.通过气相色谱对处理前后废水中硝基苯等有机物含量进行了比较,说明硝基苯等物质基本被去除.同时对废水处理药剂费用进行了分析,处理每立方米废水的药剂费用不高于5元.  相似文献

对石墨电极预处理,然后运用多壁碳纳米管对其进行修饰。利用该修饰电极对硝基苯模拟废水及实际硝基苯废水进行电解,与未修饰的预处理石墨电极的处理效果进行对比。对苯酚模拟废水和实际水样分别进行交流电电解。多壁碳纳米管修饰的石墨电极对硝基苯模拟废水中硝基苯浓度的处理效率由80.4%提高到96.8%,COD去除率由79.8%提高到96.4%;对实际废水的硝基苯浓度去除率由74.2%提高到87.6%,COD去除率由86.9%提高到93.2%,处理效果明显提高。  相似文献

用自制微孔扩散式接触反应器对Fe2 催化臭氧化预处理垃圾填埋场后期渗滤液进行了实验分析.结果表明,添加一定量的Fe2 ,对臭氧氧化渗滤液中的化学需氧量(CODC r)具有明显的催化作用.当臭氧流量为8.89 mg/m in、Fe2 添加量为10 mg/L,经90 m in处理后,模拟废水的生化需氧量/化学需氧量(BOD5/CODC r)可由初始的0.17提高至0.35,改善了废水的可生化性;同时,渗滤液的色度、浊度、腐殖酸和悬浮物(SS)也有较高的去除率.  相似文献

采集福州市某化工厂酚醛树脂生产废水,用微电解-Fenton试剂氧化-混凝沉淀工艺预处理,考察各影响因素对预处理效果的影响,并确定了工艺优化条件。结果表明:在进水CODcr浓度为56920 mg/L,pH为2.30,挥发酚浓度为1279 mg/L,甲醛浓度为12951 mg/L的条件下,Fe/C质量比4∶1,微电解反应时间1 h,H2O2投加量4 g/L,Fenton试剂氧化反应时间为1 h,混凝剂PAM的投加量为800 mg/L,pH为8.5的条件下,废水的CODcr总去除率为89.6%,挥发酚去除率为84.3%,甲醛去除率为98.5%,经过预处理后,酚醛树脂废水达到生化处理的要求。  相似文献

采用静态实验,考察微电解-Fenton法预处理制革废水中各种工艺参数对处理效果的影响.确定最优条件:微电解进水pH值为3,反应时间为1 h,Fe和C的体积比为1∶1,铁屑的投加量为200 g;Fenton反应的H2O2的投加量为3 mL,反应时间为50 min.在此条件下,制革废水经微电解-Fenton法预处理,化学需氧量去除率能达到80%左右,出水水质得到较大改善,为后继生物处理提供必要的条件.  相似文献

吡虫啉农药生产废水是一种典型的高浓度难降解有机废水,可生化性差,需采用物化法进行预处理.采用微电解芬顿法作为吡虫啉农药生产废水的主要预处理工艺,有效地降低了废水中有机物浓度,提高了废水预处理出水的可生化性.实验结果表明,微电解最佳条件:pH 3~4,停留时间90min;芬顿法的最佳条件:微电解出水调pH 4~5,控制停留时间1h,30% H2O2按140mg/L的比例投加.最终预处理出水的COD去除率为81%,色度的去除率达90%,BOD5/COD提高到0.25以上,废水可生化性大大提高.  相似文献

采用三维电极-电Fenton耦合法处理硝基苯废水,考察了废水中有机物降解的影响因素及废水处理效果,并与三维电极法、普通电Fenton法去除硝基苯的效果进行了对比.结果表明:随电解时间的延长和初始pH值、极板间距、槽电压、Fe2+投加量、曝气量的增加,硝基苯废水中的化学需氧量(COD)和硝基苯的去除率均呈先增后降或趋于平缓的态势;最佳试验参数为电解时间2.0h、初始pH值为3.0、极板间距6 cm、槽电压30 V、Fe2+投加量1.0g/L、曝气量0.8m3/h;在此条件下,COD及硝基苯的去除率分别为93.1%和96.5%.文中还通过对中间产物进行气相色谱/质谱联用分析,探讨了硝基苯的降解机理,并进一步证明了三维电极-电Fenton耦合法较三维电极法、普通电Fenton法具有更好的硝基苯类物质去除效果.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
