在海洋平台的安全维护中,挖除原始疲劳裂纹缺陷并准备坡口是水下焊接修复工程中一项十分困难的作业步骤.为此,提出一种不挖除原始裂纹缺陷的直接埋藏法来修复疲劳裂纹缺陷.为了探索该技术的可行性,在陆地上制备了模拟补焊试样,通过对试样补焊前后的疲劳性能进行测试,分析研究了直接埋藏法修复后疲劳裂纹出现的位置、试样的疲劳循环周次以及打磨对补焊后试样疲劳循环周次的影响规律.使用Abaqus软件模拟计算了补焊所产生的残余应力和补焊后试样在不同外部载荷作用下原始裂纹尖端的应力情况.试验结果表明,新的疲劳裂纹主要出现在补焊焊趾处和补焊焊道上;补焊后接头的平均疲劳循环周次比原始试样并没有下降,反而提高了36%;对补焊焊趾进行打磨处理,接头的平均疲劳循环周次比补焊焊趾未打磨的接头提升了16%.数值模拟结果显示,补焊焊道收缩在裂纹最深处产生了-157 MPa的残余应力.三点弯曲加载时,裂纹最深处的应力由补焊前的508 MPa降为补焊后的94 MPa;单轴拉伸时,裂纹最深处的应力由补焊前的480 MPa降为补焊后的320 MPa.该结果表明直接埋藏法补焊所产生的残余压应力是延缓或阻止原始裂纹继续向母材扩展的主要原因.综合试验和模拟结果,可以认为直接埋藏法修补疲劳裂纹在水下焊接修复工程中有着很强的可行性. 相似文献

文中通过对不同基体硬度的低铬铸铁冲击磨损耐磨性和断裂韧性的研究,发现低铬铸铁的断裂韧性K_(1c)与基体硬度呈线性关系,基体硬度越高,K_(1c)越小.低铬铸铁冲击磨损形式在冲击能量不同时相异,在冲击能量为2.5J时,磨损以切削形式为主,冲击磨损耐磨性随硬度增加而增加,随断裂韧性增加而降低;冲击能量为4.5J时,磨损以塑变形式为主,冲击磨损耐磨性随硬度增加而降低,随断裂韧性增加而增加. 相似文献

为降低对设备要求,在填充式搅拌摩擦焊匙孔修复技术的基础上,采用摩擦辅助加热的方法对6082铝合金匙孔类体积型缺陷进行了摩擦塞补焊试验,得到了成形良好的塞补焊接头.对接头焊核区进行EBSD分析.结果表明:晶粒细化显著,存在明显择优取向.塞棒转速由1 800 r/min增加至2 000 r/min,晶粒形状由等轴晶转变为线锤状,平均晶粒尺寸增大,大角度晶界组分略有降低;焊核区存在变形、剪切及再结晶混合织构,再结晶织构组分随转速增加而增加,由速度增加对变形速率产生的影响降低,相应地由速度增加对再结晶所产生的影响被强化. 相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
