1978年以来陕西省经济发展与社会变迁的量化分析

陕西省自1978年到2002年经济发展和社会变迁表现在数量和质量两个方面。在经济发展方面．经济总量和人均量都有显著的增长，经济结构上出现了所有制结构的变化。本文以经济发展的分析为铺垫．从4个方面分析了社会的变迁：人口数量和性别结构的变化；从业人数在产业结构和所有制结构中的变化：城乡结构方面城市化的发展和农村社会的分解；社会组织结构中城乡居委会和村委会组织的变化、单位组织的松动、社会中介组织体系的构建。

开展污染源普查是为了了解各类企事业单位与环境相关的基本信息,掌握各类污染源的数量、行业和地区分布情况,了解主要污染物的产生、排放和处理情况,建立健全重点污染源档案、污染源信息数据库和环境统计平台,为制定社会经济发展和环境保护政策、规划提供依据。     

中国地区财政支出结构的聚类分析

一个国家的财政支出结构随着其经济与社会的发展变化而变化,不同的发展阶段的财政支出结构也会有明显的差异。我国处于经济和社会的转型时期,不同地区政治、经济、文化等各个方面的发展是不平衡的,这种社会与经济发展的差异性导致不同地区的财政支出结构也存在着很大的不同。因此,研究不同地区的财政结构以便了解不同地区所处各自的发展阶段,有助于国家分地区制定不同的政策以推动该地区的和谐发展。本文以我国31个省、自治区及直辖市的财政支出为研究对象,通过聚类分析对地区进行分类以探究我国目前的经济发展状况,说明各地区的财政支出结构的差异,并且以此给出一些政策性的建议。     

明清时期山西地区城镇的发展

目的揭示明清时期山西地区城镇发展的整体规模、体系和结构,分析其城镇发展的特点。方法运用历史地理学等相关学科原理,基于文献资料的实证研究。结果明清时期山西城镇发展的整体状况相当平稳,城镇的整体数量特别是县级以上建制镇的数量前后变化不大;无论城镇人口数量还是城镇经济发展水平,都较以前有较明显的增长。结论明清时期山西城镇的发展与明清山西地区总人口的发展、山西地区整体经济的发展和全国社会经济环境的发展有密切的关系。

随着"三股势力"在民族地区的渗透,民族地区农村基层党组织在维护社会稳定方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,是维护社会稳定的核心,是维护社会稳定的现实需要,更是挽救受毒害群众的唯一路径.当前,民族地区农村基层党组织领导班子组织机构健全、重视农村社区的维稳工作和农村的评优创先工作,并且致力于做好村民信访接待工作.但是,农村基层党组织也面临着数量所占比重较小、宗教对于农村社会影响的长期性、民族地区农村经济发展的滞后性和社会多元化的挑战,因此,需要从大力发展农村基层党员数量、增加农村基层党组织活动经费、提升农村基层党组织的吸引力、加快少数民族地区农村经济发展入手,提升农村基层党组织维护社会稳定的能力.     

中国地区工业化发展水平的评判

工业化水平是衡量一个国家或地区经济发展及其所处阶段的重要指标。二元结构是发展中社会的一个基本特征，其实质是两大经济部门的劳动生产率存在着巨大差距，地区工业化的过程，实际上就是二元结构向高度化转化的过程。依此理论对中国各地区工业化的发展水平进行了量化评判，结果反映了我国地区工业化发展的实际水平。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
