基于磁性微泡对比剂的超声和磁共振影像融合算法

文中提出了一种新的基于磁性微泡对比剂的超声影像和磁共振影像之间的融合算法．首先利用磁性微泡对比剂对体模进行超声和磁共振显影,并对显影进行边缘分割．运用非采样contourlet变换（nonsubsampled contourlet transform．NSCT）对源图像进行分解,然后对低频子带系数采用自适应动态加权非负矩阵分解（dynamic weighted non-negative matrix factorization．DWNMF）结合分割图像进行融合．然后对各带通方向子带系数采用空间频率激励的脉冲耦合神经网络进行融合,最后利用NSCT逆变换得到融合图像．研究结果表明,利用磁性微泡对比剂并结合上述算法对超声影像和磁共振影像进行融合,可以获得预期的融合效果．     

信息系统功能增强的多活性代理方法研究

本文在现有多活性代理复杂信息系统理论及其方法的研究基础上,进一步阐述了多活性代理理论体系的基本概念、活性代理的内涵;提出了活性度的概念、特性以及表征;基于活性度的研究,讨论了通过代理活性保持、协商协调增强信息系统的活性方法.首先,从组成复杂信息系统的集合、空间等概念出发,明确了多活性代理复杂信息系统理论体系所涉及的基本概念,以及这些基本概念之间的关系;其次,根据复杂信息系统功能层次上特点与活性自组织机理,提出了代理活性度的概念,并详细探讨了代理活性度的特性、表征及应用实例;同时,从活性的丧失、感知、调整以及判断决策等几个方面给出了多活性代理复杂信息系统活性保持策略;最后,本文详细探讨了多活性代理功能保持的协商协调机理、方法.上述研究成果进一步完善了多活性代理理论体系,并初步给出了代理活性和系统活性的定量表征表示方法,为进一步开展多活性代理复杂信息系统的理论和应用研究奠定了基础.     

The exotoxin ofBacillus thuringiensis: A new C-mitotic agent

Summary Thuringiensin A, an exotoxin fromBacillus thuringiensis, a constituent of the microbial insecticide thuricide has been found to inhibit mitotic spindle, condense and scatter chromosomes. It may therefore be a promizing tool in future cell biological studies.We thank Prof.H. Sharatchandra for facilities. The absolute configuration of SU 23397: A novel neuroleptic agent

Summary The absolute configuration of a novel chiral neuroleptic agent SU 23397 (I) was determined by ORD comparison of (+)-5-methoxy dihydro coumarilic acid (VIII), a synthetic precursor of SU 23397 (I), with (+)-dihydro coumarilic acid, whose absolute configuration is known⁹. This assignment was confirmed by oxidative degradation of (+)-5-methoxy dihydro coumarilic acidVIII tod-(+)-malic acid.Acknowledgments. We wish to acknowledge and thank Dr J. A novel antihypertensive agent: 1,2,3,5-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b]quinazoline

Zusammenfassung 1,2,3,5-Tetrahydroimidazo(2,1-b)chinazolin wurde als neuer Typ eines bei Tieren gut wirksamen Hypotensivums erkannt. Bei -blockierender Komponente wurde keine orthostatische Hypotonie festgestellt.     

Tumor necrosis factor as an antineoplastic agent: pitfalls and promises

The discovery and cloning of the cytokine tumor necrosis factor α (TNF) gave rise to new hopes for a significant victory in the war against cancer. Preclinical in vitro studies in cell cultures and in vivo studies in animal models demonstrated the antitumor capacities of TNF. Although clinical studies were largely made possible by the availability of recombinant TNF, phase I and II clinical trials showed very quickly that the systemic administration of TNF induced severe side effects mainly due to its pleiotropic action on immunocompetent cells. The clinical manifestations of the side effects were similar to those observed during a severe infection and inflammation. Very recently, lessons from these clinical studies yielded refined approaches whereby the toxicity of TNF is limited through local administration, a combination with other therapeutic regimens and targeted gene therapy. These new approaches are slated for larger clinical trials and in the near future might demonstrate the limited but powerful usefulness of TNF as an antineoplastic agent for different types of cancer. A new antisickling agent: In vitro studies of its effect on S/S erthrocytes and on hemoglobin S

Summary 2-{benzoylamino} pyridinium benzoate (BAPB) has exhibited an antisickling effect with homozygous S/S erythrocytes in vitro. This study suggests that BAPB prevents sicklin by inhibiting the gelation of hemoglobin S.Acknowledgments. Acyl fluorides as reactive mimics of aldehyde pheromones: hyperactivation and aphrodisiac inHeliothis virescens

Summary Substitution of fluorine for the aldehydic hydrogen provides behaviorally active, chemically reactive pheromone mimics. In male moths of the tobacco budwormHeliothis virescens, Z9–14:Acf and Z11–16:Acf cause hyperactivity and irreversible extension of the genitalia in over 80% of treated moths. Marine antitumor agents: 14-deoxycrassin and pseudoplexaurol,new cembranoid diterpenes from the Caribbean gorgonianPseudoplexaura porosa

Two new cytotoxic antitumor diterpenoids of the cembrane class, named 14-deoxycrassin (3) and pseudoplexaurol (4), have been isolated from the Caribbean gorgonian octocoralPseudoplexaura porosa. The structure of lactone3, possessing the infrequently encountered -methylene--lactone ring, has been established from spectral and chemical data and that of alcohol4 has been established from spectral data.     

A long acting respiratory stimulating agent: 1-(4,6Bis allylamino-2-s-triazinyl)-4-(Bis p-fluorobenzhydryl) piperazine (S 2620)

Résumé La (Bis allylamino-4, 6 s-triazinyl-2)-I (bis p-fluorobenzhydryl)-4 pipérazine est un stimulant respiratoire à longue durée d'action et dépourvu d'action stimulante du système nerveux central.     

A non-linear combination of experts' forecasts: A Bayesian approach

A general Bayesian approach to combining n expert forecasts is developed. Under some moderate assumptions on the distributions of the expert errors, it leads to a consistent, monotonic, quasi-linear average formula. This generalizes Bordley's results.     

Accuracy in forecasting: A survey

In this study, the author provides a brief and concise summary of empirical investigations pertaining to forecasting with special reference to the accuracy of different forecasting techniques. The study mainly focuses on comparisons of the accuracy of these techniques. The comparisons cover both quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition the summary includes studies seeking to test or improve accuracy by combining forecasting techniques.     

Introduction: the ribonuclease A superfamily

In this multi-author issue several aspects of the ribonuclease A superfamily are reviewed. This superfamily can be subdivided in a number of mammalian and other vertebrate ribonuclease families. In the introduction chapter the titles of the other contributions are presented. There is little uniformity in the nomenclature of ribonucleases, caused in part by gene duplications, which have occurred independently in several mammalian lineages, and which are nice examples for explaining orthology and paralogy in molecular evolution.
