对专一性CAD植物瓦松的CAM活性与NAD-ME的关系进行了初步研究,结果表明,瓦松的MAD-ME有明显的昼夜调节特性,其活性昼高夜低;同时,该活性还存在季节性变化,在7月酶活性可达最高峰。其酶的最适PH为7,最适温度为55℃。  相似文献

绿色木霉(Trichoderma Viride)突变菌株4131^[1]产生的纤维素酶经过sephadexG-75和DEAE-sephadex-A-25两种层析分离,分离得到具有内切α-葡聚糖酶(CMCase)活性的纯组分,提纯后酶的比活力提高到原来的26.2倍;回收率为32.8%,分子量为56900,等电点为4.0,最适反应温度为55℃,最适pH为4.5,金属离子K^+,Na^+,Mg^2+对其  相似文献

研究了分布于甘肃省临泽地区的沙拐枣、珍珠、霸王、泡泡刺、胡杨等5种沙生植物的光合酶:果糖-1.6-双磷酸酯酶(FDPase)、1.5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RUBPcase)、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPcase)、NAD-苹果酸脱氢酶(NAD-MDH)活性的季节变化。结果表明,珍珠和沙拐枣的FDPase酶活性远低于其它几种材料;珍珠、霸王、沙拐枣的PEPcase活性明显高于其它两种材料;珍珠、沙拐枣的NAD-MDH活性明显高于其它三种材料。可见,珍珠、霸王是CAM植物,沙拐枣是C4植物,胡杨是C3植物,泡泡刺有可能在干旱协迫下由C3向C4或CAM途径转化。  相似文献

本文对绿色乳杆菌(L.Viridescens)B175产生的α-羟基戊二酸脱氢酶用硫酸铵盐析;DEAE—纤维素柱层折;超滤浓缩;苯基琼脂糖凝胶(PhenylSepharose)疏水层析等方法纯化,使酶的纯度提高117倍。通过HPLC和等电聚焦测得该酶的分子量约为66,000,等电点为4.2。酶催化作用的最适pH5.5,最适温度为60℃,对α—酮戊二酸和NADH的Km值分别为0.14×10(-3)M和0.03×10(-3)M。  相似文献

本文以烟草愈伤组织和花椰菜这花序为材料,分离纯化钙调素。所得CaM的纯度用SDS-PAGE鉴定;生物活性用其对牛心肌环腺苷酸磷二酯酶(PDE)的激活作用测定(CaM)的产量用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定。并比较了上Phneyl-SepharoseCL-4B柱前对CaM溶液的不同处理。纯化的烟草愈伤组织和菜花CaM,具有牛脑CaM所特有的一些性质。它对牛心肌PDE有明显激活作用,在含有Ca^2+  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
