A Time-Aware Dynamic Service Quality Prediction Approach for Services

Dynamic Quality of Service(QoS) prediction for services is currently a hot topic and a challenge for research in the fields of service recommendation and composition.Our paper addresses the problem with a Time-aWare service Quality Prediction method(named TWQP),a two-phase approach with one phase based on historical time slices and one on the current time slice.In the first phase,if the user had invoked the service in a previous time slice,the QoS value for the user calling the service on the next time slice is predicted on the basis of the historical QoS data;if the user had not invoked the service in a previous time slice,then the Covering Algorithm(CA) is applied to predict the missing values.In the second phase,we predict the missing values for the current time slice according to the results of the previous phase.A large number of experiments on a real-world dataset,WS-Dream,show that,when compared with the classical QoS prediction algorithms,our proposed method greatly improves the prediction accuracy.     

面向服务的C4ISR系统能力需求分析与建模方法

面向服务计算（SOC）提供了一种满足C4ISR系统动态需求的新的集成架构,面向服务集成是未来C4ISR系统综合集成的必然趋势。为了解决C4ISR高层需求描述到系统设计的映射问题,将面向服务思想引入C4ISR系统的能力需求分析,提出了一种面向服务的C4ISR系统能力需求分析建模方法。该方法在3层多本体的基础上,由活动分析驱动服务建模,通过整合服务提供能力需求,为C4ISR系统分析设计和系统集成提供了一种更灵活的解决方案。最后,采用一个案例说明了方法的有效性和可用性。     

Performance Predictable ServiceBSP Model for Grid Computing

This paper proposes a performance prediction model for grid computing model ServiceBSP to support developing high quality applications in grid environment. In ServiceBSP model, the agents carrying computing tasks are dispatched to the local domain of the selected computation services. By using the IP （integer program） approach, the Service Selection Agent selects the computation services with global optimized QoS （quality of service） consideration. The performance of a ServiceBSP application can be predicted according to the performance prediction model based on the QoS of the selected services. The performance prediction model can help users to analyze their applications and improve them by optimized the factors which affects the performance. The experiment shows that the Service Selection Agent can provide ServiceBSP users with satisfied QoS of applications.     

面向服务级别协议的核实与规划服务质量系统框架研究

针对现有服务质量(QoS)保障服务系统模式效率低、可扩展性差、QoS自动控制不足等问题,提出一种面向服务级别协议的核实与规划服务质量系统框架.该框架包括服务规划、服务核实和服务执行3个功能模块,可有机地融合服务执行管理的系统功能和系统服务,并通过一种新的服务自动组合模式实现了系统监控与管理功能的优化,实现了QoS自动控制,由此解决了系统的可扩展性问题.实例与仿真实验结果表明,核实与规划服务质量的系统框架能够自适应地组合执行管理系统功能,使之适应服务执行的动态变化,满足自动组合带来的功能需求,最后达到了QoS自动控制的目的.

旅游咨询服务中心的发展状况,已经成为衡量旅游城市发展程度的主要标准之一。本文从公共服务供给主体和过程两个视角对北京旅游咨询服务中心的现状进行深入研究,分析北京旅游咨询服务中心现有的问题和发展瓶颈,并根据对公共服务效率本质的分析,提出北京旅游咨询服务有效供给的实现途径,以期为发展北京旅游咨询服务提供指导。     

A Trustworthy Group Identifying Trust Metric for P2P Service Sharing Economy Based on Personal Social Network of Users

With the quick growth of sharing economy, service sharing becomes a popular phenomenon in daily lives. However, some service providers give exaggerated information about their services on the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) service sharing platforms to get more profits. How to identify a reliable service provider becomes a difficult challenge for users. In this paper, we propose a trustworthy group trust metric for P2P service sharing (TMPSS) economy based on personal social network (PSN) of users. Deriving from Advogato group trust metric, it considers factors such as social circle similarity, preference similarity, interaction degree, ranks the reliable nodes in a target user’s PSN, outputs an ordered set of reliable nodes, and prevents unreliable nodes from access PSN of honest users. Experimental results show that TMPSS has advantages over existing representative methods because it finds more reliable nodes, and counts against malicious nodes’ attacks more effectively, and it is suitable for mobile transaction circumstances.     

客户端服务能力计算方法

模糊认知图（fuzzy cognitive map,FCM）作为一种智能计算工具,能够对具有直接或者间接影响关系的多个因素进行知识表达、推理和计算.针对混合结构视频网格客户端服务的特点,引入FCM方法,将客户端的网络带宽、时延、失效概率、影片热度、缓存的视频数据流、在线用户数量、客户端在线时长等作为影响客户端服务能力的因素,对客户端服务能力进行计算.结果显示,基于FCM的混合结构视频网格客户端服务能力计算方法具有准确性高、计算速度快、稳定性好的特点,可应用于实际系统中.     

用遗传算法优化WCDMA网络QoS

3G蜂窝移动通信系统旨在提供多种业务,比如语音业务、数据业务以及基于分组交换网的多媒体业务。为了提供这些业务的服务质量保证,提出了一种优化WCDMA(W ideband Code-D ivision Mu ltip le Access)网络QoS(Quality of Service)的遗传算法(GA:Genetic A lgorithm)。使用该算法,研究了如何实时对WCDMA网络参数进行最优配置,以最大限度地提高使用不同输入通信流量混叠业务用户的满意度。仿真实验结果表明,该算法可以根据混叠输入通信流量动态有效地配置网络参数,以使服务的性能达到最优化:使用GA后,网络的频谱利用率达到18%;GA的收敛速度相当好,例如在假定所有的通信量混和的情况下,经过20~30次的反复后,就可以达到最优的配置参数。     

个性化信息服务在手机报中的应用研究

目前手机报已成为移动信息服务中的亮点,是具有重大社会影响力的新媒体。手机报提供的个性化信息服务能够满足用户个人兴趣爱好、生活信息需求,是手机报业务长期蓬勃发展的依靠。建立用户兴趣模型能够实现个性化信息服务。     

感知Web服务质量的测度研究

确定各种网络服务或应用服务的SLA(服务等级协约)参数是实施SLA管理的前提之一。基于Web服务的实现机理以及用户浏览习惯,定义了两个易于测量的Web服务内在性能测度:平均响应延迟和交付速率。在两个实验中,分别在不同时间不同上网条件下访问特定Web站点一段时间,在客户方被动测量相关Web流量、计算上述两测度值,同时记下用户当时感知服务质量的主观评价值。对两次观测数据分别进行线性回归分析,发现两测度相结合确实能够反映用户访问Web站点时的感知服务质量。     

MR-IDPSO: A Novel Algorithm for Large-Scale Dynamic Service Composition

In the era of big data, data intensive applications have posed new challenges to the field of service composition. How to select the optimal composited service from thousands of functionally equivalent services but different Quality of Service(Qo S) attributes has become a hot research in service computing. As a consequence,in this paper, we propose a novel algorithm MR-IDPSO(Map Reduce based on Improved Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization), which makes use of the improved discrete Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) with the Map Reduce to solve large-scale dynamic service composition. Experiments show that our algorithm outperforms the parallel genetic algorithm in terms of solution quality and is efficient for large-scale dynamic service composition. In addition,the experimental results also demonstrate that the performance of MR-IDPSO becomes more better with increasing number of candidate services.     

呼叫中心系统在ARP 用户服务中的应用

健全的运维体系和优质的用户服务,是大型信息管理系统能稳定运行、持续优化和深入应用的重要保障。本文对中国科学院资源规划系统 (Academia Resource Planning,简称ARP) 自实施上线以来的用户服务模式进行介绍,重点阐述了ARP 呼叫中心系统在用户服务中的应用,并对当前用户服务工作中存在的问题以及如何进一步提升用户服务能力、提高用户满意度进行了探讨。     

QoS感知的全局最优快速服务选择

针对已有的服务选择算法往往按业务流程中任务的执行顺序依次选择服务,使服务选择时间随着任务数和候选服务集规模的增大而变长,难以让用户接受,而且算法也并未考虑包含关键路径的组合结构QoS优化这一问题,设计了对等网络服务覆盖网,利用服务社区和任务代理,根据组合结构和关键路径将全局QoS约束分解为局部约束,支持并行化的服务选择.实验结果表明,该方法可以迅速有效地找到接近最优的服务组合方案.     

数字电视广播中的业务信息

业务信息(SI)数据是数字电视广播码流中重要的组成部分,这些信息帮助用户从码流中选择业务并且使接收机自动设置到所选业务.阐述了业务信息的概念,分析了业务信息的结构、描述、传送和识别,给出了应用SI信息构建电子节目指南(EPG)的一种方案,它为机项盒构建EPG提供了一个公共的信息平台.     

基于复杂网络的服务链推荐方法

基于Web服务之间的可调用关系构建一个网络模型并分析了模型的特性.在这个模型上给出了一个服务链推荐方法.在确定可输出满足用户需求参数的Web服务之后,根据从网络模型中提取出的驱动服务集合信息逆向查找可以调用该服务的其他Web服务,以达到为用户推荐组合服务的目的.实验结果证明,本文提出的构建网络模型的方法可行,网络模型符合复杂网络的特性;采用服务链推荐方法可以在网络模型中得到符合用户需求的组合服务链.     

基于协同过滤的可信Web服务推荐

提出一种基于开放网络环境和用户协同过滤的可信Web服务推荐方法TWSRCF(trustworthywebservicerecommendationbasedoncollaborativefiltering).首先根据用户的查询请求得到一组功能相同或相似的候选Web服务集合,然后基于用户的历史共同评价得到目标用户的偏好相似用户集合,并求得候选Web服务集合中每个服务的可推荐用户集合,并根据可推荐用户的相似度、评价值和可信度计算各候选服务的推荐度,按照推荐度对各候选服务进行排序并向目标用户推荐.实验结果表明,随着用户评价数量的增加,该方法所获得的服务推荐效果也逐渐明显.     

谈谈污水泵的实用节能改造技术

随着网络上web服务数量的剧增,面对用户提交的一个服务请求,可能同时存在多个功能上与之相匹配的服务,而这些服务非功能性因素(如服务响应时间、可靠性等)可能存在很大的差异,因此,服务匹配的任务不仅仅是为用户找到一个可用的服务,而且应该对多个功能相似的服务加以区别,为用户找到一个性能最好的服务。为此本文改进了传统的web服务架构,引入了服务质量QOS作为衡量web服务非功能性因素的标准,建立了可扩展的QOS模型,提出基于此模型的QOS计算方法,通过对相似服务的QOS进行计算,能筛选出性能最好的服务返回给用户。     

An Optimization Algorithm for Service Composition Based on an Improved FOA

Large-scale service composition has become an important research topic in Service-Oriented Computing(SOC). Quality of Service(Qo S) has been mostly applied to represent nonfunctional properties of web services and to differentiate those with the same functionality. Many studies for measuring service composition in terms of Qo S have been completed. Among current popular optimization methods for service composition, the exhaustion method has some disadvantages such as requiring a large number of calculations and poor scalability. Similarly,the traditional evolutionary computation method has defects such as exhibiting slow convergence speed and falling easily into the local optimum. In order to solve these problems, an improved optimization algorithm, WS FOA(Web Service composition based on Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm) for service composition, was proposed, on the basis of the modeling of service composition and the FOA. Simulated experiments demonstrated that the algorithm is effective, feasible, stable, and possesses good global searching ability.
