重庆市产业集群现状及其培育策略研究

产业集群是当今产业发展的重要特征之一,是提升产业竞争力的重要方式,是增强区域综合竞争能力的重要途径。本文根据产业集群理论,对重庆市产业集群发展现状及存在的问题进行了剖析,并认为重庆的产业集群发展尚处于形成阶段,且基本上属于低端道路型产业集群。据此,文章提出了进一步培育重庆市产业集群的四点策略。     

武汉城市圈旅游产业集群发展对策研究

旅游产业集群是当今旅游产业发展的重要特征之一.构建武汉城市圈旅游产业集群是提升武汉城市圈旅游产业竞争力的重要方式,是实现武汉城市圈旅游业可持续发展的重要途径.从武汉城市圈旅游发展现状出发,分析了建立旅游产业集群的意义和形成的基础,提出了构建以武汉为中心,以武汉城市圈为半径的旅游产业集群圈和大武汉旅游产业集群、东翼旅游产业集群和西翼旅游产业集群三个副圈的思路,最后阐述了发展旅游产业集群的相应对策.

山东寿光蔬菜产业集群的发展,促进了寿光旅游产业的迅速扩张,旅游业的发展反过来对集群整体发展起到推动作用.文章通过对寿光旅游产业与集群互动发展的定性分析和定最研究,认为旅游产业是农业产业集群网络中重要的节点,旅游产业与集群发展的良性互动是促进县域旅游业发展,壮大县域经济的有效途径.     

重庆市产业集群辨识及空间特征

以2012年重庆市139个部门投入-产出表为基础,借鉴主成分-因子分析法和Czamanski法,共辨识出20个产业集群,并利用局部空间统计方法,测度产业集群局部空间的自相关系数,在此基础上进一步分析重庆市产业集群的空间布局特征。结果显示:1)不同产业集群的空间局部自相关度存在明显差异,纺织服装业集群最低(自相关系数M值为0.1221),局部相关性和空间邻近不明显;而都市型工业(M值为0.399 4)、交通设备制造业(M值为0.424 7)、电子及通信设备制造业(M值为0.419 2)、汽车及其设备制造业(M值为0.466 9)等4个核心制造业的局部空间自相关度较高,在重庆市具备独特优势。2)重庆市产业集群的空间分布主要集聚在主城区和近郊县域,并向外部区域延伸;同时,产业集群仍然存在发展不平衡、区域布局和功能重叠等问题,这些因素对产业集群的集聚效应和产业特色发展有一定的限制作用。

考察我国小城镇发展的历程,产业集群对小城镇建设发展起到了非常重要的作用:产业集群是小城镇兴起和发展的基本动力;提升了小城镇整体的发展水平;推动了小城镇区域经济的发展;为小城镇建设提供了资金保障;等等.今后,我国小城镇发展产业集群,要注意:统一规划,加强管理;小城镇功能建设应从重视"基础设施功能"向重视城镇的"要素聚集功能"建设转变;提高小城镇产业集群的技术含量;增加小城镇产业发展种类,提高产业集群的创新能力;提高集群企业的品牌意识;加强产业集群小城镇的环境保护;等等.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
