几种保鲜液对东方百合切花保鲜效果的研究

用6种保鲜液对东方百合切花进行处理,结果表明：不同保鲜液处理对东方百合切花花开前花苞长度的增长及瓶插寿命、抑制叶黄化等指标差异显著。其中6号保鲜液,配方为：130mg/L8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐＋0．463mmol／L硫代硫酸银＋1mg／L赤霉素＋3％蔗糖＋清水,在瓶插期间保鲜效果最好,使切花瓶插寿命延长了1．2～5．2d,并具有促进花苞增长,延缓叶片衰老的作用。     

无机盐对紫罗兰切花的保鲜效应

本试验研究了含无机盐的保鲜液对紫罗兰切花的保鲜效应.结果表明：各保鲜液均能延长紫罗兰切花瓶插寿命,增加切花花枝鲜重,提高开花率,维持切花水分平衡,并能显著提高紫罗兰切花瓶插期间可溶性蛋白质的含量,提高抗逆性酶SOD、CAT、POD的活性.其中,以3%蔗糖＋30 mg/L苯甲酸＋200 mg/L Al2(SO4)3的效果为最佳.     

三种保鲜剂主成分对香石竹切花保鲜效果的影响

为了解三种保鲜剂主成分6-BA、甘氨酸、Ca Cl2对香石竹马斯特品种切花的瓶插保鲜效果,通过三种保鲜剂主成分的不同浓度处理对香石竹进行切花瓶插试验,测定其花径、水分平衡值、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等指标,以蒸馏水为对照。结果表明:三种保鲜剂主成分中6-BA,甘氨酸和Ca Cl2在浓度分别为50 mg/L,0.4 mmol/L和4 g/L时的切花保鲜效果较好,三种保鲜剂主成分的各浓度与切花花径、水分平衡、CAT活性呈极显著相关(P0.01),综合各项指标确定保鲜剂主成分6-BA浓度为50 mg/L时,对香石竹切花保鲜效果最佳。     

糖浓度对香石竹保鲜的影响

本实验对不同糖浓度的保鲜液影响香石竹切花在保鲜期间的寿命、花径、品质等方面进行了研究。结果表明不同的糖浓度对切花的寿命、花径、品质的影响都有着显著的差异；6．0％的糖浓度有利于延长切花的插瓶寿命，并能增大花朵直径以及提高切花观赏品质。本文主要从不同糖浓度影响下的切花平均寿命，以及其平均直径这两个方面作图进行比较，筛选出插瓶液的适宜糖浓度为6．0％。     

6-BA对黄花石蒜切花保鲜效果的影响

研究了不同浓度的6-BA(6-苄基氨基嘌呤)保鲜液对黄花石蒜切花在瓶插期间的开花率、瓶插寿命、鲜重变化率、水分平衡值、过氧化物酶、丙二醛含量的影响.结果表明,添加6-BA的保鲜液能使黄花石蒜切花膜系统保护酶POD活性增强,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量降低,花枝的鲜重增加,延缓水分平衡值负值的出现,提高切花瓶插的观赏品质,延长切花的瓶插寿命.其中以0.5%蔗糖+50 mg/L8-HQ+30 mg/L6-BA的保鲜效果最佳,开花率比对照提高16.7%,瓶插寿命延长4 d以上.     

含无机盐的保鲜剂对洋桔梗切花的保鲜效应

研究了不同保鲜剂对洋桔梗切花的保鲜效果以及生理作用的影响.结果表明：各保鲜剂均能在一定程度上增加洋桔梗切花花枝鲜重,改善花枝的水分状况,提高切花的观赏品质,增大花径,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高体内的SOD活性,并可明显延缓花瓣中可溶性蛋白质含量的下降.其中,以保鲜液2% 蔗糖＋100 mg/L 山梨酸＋250 mg/L Al2(SO4)3的保鲜效果最佳.     

MET对月季切花品质的影响

用0－1000mg/L的MET溶液喷酒初生花蕾的月季枝条，切花用保鲜液保鲜，在供试的2个品种上均发现：（1）MET可仰制月季切花花头下垂，且随MET浓度增加，抑制作用加强。（2）在100mg/L-500mg/L范围内，MET可延长月季切花的寿命，并增加花冠直径。（3）对于不同的月季品种，MET对提高切花品质的效果有差异。     

保鲜剂对一枝黄切花保鲜效果的研究

研究了由蔗糖、８－ＨＱ、柠檬酸、ＮａＣｌ、ＫＭｎＯ４等物质组成的不同保鲜剂地一枝黄切花的保鲜效果及瓶插寿命的影响，通过对一枝黄切花在瓶插期间的水分状况和生理代谢及保鲜液化的研究，结果表明：切花瓶插寿命的长短同切花鲜重的增加程度和水分平衡的时间长短有显著相关性，切花在瓶插期间蛋白质分解过快或体内糖分在量积累都不利于切花的长期保鲜；２％蔗糖＋５００ｍｇ／Ｌ柠檬酸＋５０ｍｇ／Ｌ ＡｇＮＯ３＋５０ｍｇ／Ｌ Ａｌ２Ｏ３的配方能改善花枝的吸水状况，延长切花水平平衡的时间，切花的瓶插寿命可延长至２８天。     

保鲜剂对玫瑰切花瓶插寿命的影响

实验以玫瑰切花为材料,研究了切花保鲜剂的最佳配方,并且对切花保鲜过程中的含水量、过氧化物酶活性、多酚氧化酶活性以及可溶性糖含量4个生理指标的变化进行了探讨.结果表明,玫瑰切花保鲜剂的最佳配方为蔗糖60 g/L、无水乙醇10 mL/L、抗坏血酸50 mg/L、8-羟基喹啉200 mg/L和硝酸钾52 mg/L.保鲜天数是对照值的2.2倍,经保鲜处理的切花能维持较高的含糖量,切花的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性得到一定的抑制.     

1-MCP复合保鲜液对非洲菊切花保鲜的影响

以非洲菊(Gerbera jamesonii)切花为材料,采用四因素[1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、柠檬酸(CA)、蔗糖、 8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)]三水平的正交试验设计,通过比较各项形态指标和生理指标的变化情况,探讨了各配方的保鲜效果.结果表明, 100 mg/L CA+12 mg/L 1-MCP+6%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-HQ和200 mg/L CA+10 mg/L 1-MCP+6%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ保鲜液处理,能增加鲜质量、增大花径、增加花瓣蛋白质质量比;降低花瓣丙二醛含量,延缓花瓣细胞膜透性的增加,且均比CK组延长了其3d瓶插寿命;提高了切花的观赏品质.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
