以混合动力车用镍氢电池为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学分析软件对现有电池组的散热结构进行了流场和温度场的仿真分析,研究结果表明现有电池组的温度场均匀性较差.通过调整挡板及电池的位置、改变电池倾斜角度和电池的间距、施加挡风结构、包覆保温层等方法改善了电池组冷却气流分布和电池组温度场均匀性,其中包覆保温层的效果最好.为混合动力车用镍氢电池热管理的设计提供了依据.  相似文献

以6.5 A·h/144 V60QNY6.5镍氢电池组为对象进行效率分析,搭建了混合动力汽车镍氢电池组综合性能实验台,进行了电池组充放电性能实验测试与数据分析;基于镍氢电池组性能实验结果,并考虑电池组环境温度,利用拟合技术得到了镍氢电池内阻与电动势的理论计算模型;结合电池与电机联合工作原理,提出了镍氢电池组效率的理论计算模型,为混合动力汽车系统控制策略的动态优化技术提供了理论基础.  相似文献

针对混合动力汽车用DC-DC和IPU的已有散热结构散热效果差,导致DC-DC和IPU在使用过程中温升高,从而影响混合动力系统的稳定性和可靠性的问题,根据传热学的质量、动量和能量守恒方程,建立DC-DC和IPU散热结构的三维非稳态散热模型,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对DC-DC和IPU散热系统的流场和温度场进行数值模拟仿真分析。在此基础上,根据传热学理论设计了DC-DC和IPU散热结构的优化方案,并对优化方案的散热效果和温升进行了仿真分析与实验研究,结果表明该优化方案实现了DC-DC和IPU的良好散热,有效降低了温升,满足了混合动力汽车对DC-DC和IPU的使用要求。  相似文献

文章描述了锂离子电池的生热机理,建立了锂离子电池组风冷散热结构的三维仿真模型,应用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法分析了电池组温度场分布,得出电池组最高温度和温差都对放电电流比较敏感;提出了电池组散热通道改进方案并进行了仿真分析,结果表明改进方案使电池组散热效果明显提高;探讨了入风口风速对电池组散热情况的影响,结果表明提高入风口风速可以有效提高电池组散热效果,但是当风速超过一定范围(10m/s)时,风速继续提高对电池组散热效果的改善逐渐下降。  相似文献

根据混合动力电动汽车镍氢动力电池研发需要,针对其结构特点和工作原理,设计了144 V/(6.5 A·h)镍氢电池组的实验方案,提出了放电效率、电池内阻的处理方法,并利用Matlab软件对实验数据进行处理,结合放电电流、荷电状态、电池内阻和环境温度等相关参数之间的影响,分析了电池组的端电压特性、内阻性能以及电池组在常温、高温、低温下的放电特性,结果表明,镍氢电池组在常温和高温下具有良好的放电特性,电池组不适宜在-30℃下工作.  相似文献

基于镍氢电池性能实验结果,分析了轻度HEV用镍氢电池在不同SOC情况下不同充电电流的最高温度、温差变化趋势.结合混合动力汽车镍氢电池实际工作情况和电池快速充电理论,基于马斯定律提出了适合混合动力汽车再生制动的镍氢电池恒流分阶段充电控制策略,并进行了HEV镍氢电池快速充电过程的建模与仿真.通过对比该快速充电策略、保护电压恒流充电策略和40 A恒流充电策略下的仿真结果,验证了所提出的电池分阶段恒流充电控制策略的正确性和可行性.  相似文献

针对动力电池组散热效果不佳的问题,以18650锂电池为研究对象,设计了一种直线形液冷管道的散热结构,利用COMSOL软件对所设计的散热结构进行温度场模拟,分析了冷却液雷诺数、冷却液初始温度、通道数量、冷却液流向对电池组散热性能的影响。可知,冷却液的初始温度与放电结束时电池组温度呈正相关;散热效果不会随着冷却液雷诺数的持续增加而提升,雷诺数增大至350时,最高温度稳定在302.3 K;通道数量和冷却液流向对散热性能有一定影响,Re=50时,三通道的电池组最高温度比一通道下降0.69 K,而温差下降了2.09 K。因此合理的优化冷却流道数量和冷却液流向会使散热更均匀。  相似文献

针对目前车用锂离子电池散热困难等问题,以10A.h车用动力锂离子电池组为研究对象,基于无机超导热管散热方法建立电池组三维热仿真模型,在不同工况下对用不同直径的无机超导热管进行模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:达到稳定状态后,无机超导热管散热方式能确保电池单体的温度控制在20~50℃;当放电电流为10 A且放电时间为10 min时,无机超导热管散热后的车用锂离子电池温度不超过48℃,散热效果较好,满足设计要求。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
