In this paper, the consensus problem for heterogeneous multi-agent systems composed of first-order and second-order agents is investigated with directed network topologies. Based on a system transformation method, this consensus problem is turned into a consensus problem for homogeneous multi-agent systems. With certain assumption on the control parameters, firstly, necessary and sufficient condition for consensus is proposed with fixed topology. Secondly, sufficient condition is proposed for heterogeneous multi-agent systems to achieve consensus with switching topologies. Finally, simulation examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper studies the leaderless consensus problems of multi-agent systems with input saturation and intermittent communication over directed networks. Both the state feedback and the output feedback consensus algorithms are developed based on low gain feedback approach. The convergence of the trajectories of all agents can be achieved by these proposed algorithms, if the communication topology has a directed spanning tree, and the intermittent communication period T and time rate ρ are larger than their associated threshold values. Simulation examples are provided to verify the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the output consensus problem of general heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to different disturbances is considered. A kind of Takagi-Sukeno fuzzy modeling method is used to describe the nonlinear agents’ dynamics. Based on the model, a distributed fuzzy observer and controller are designed based on parallel distributed compensation scheme and internal reference models such that the heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems can achieve output consensus. Then a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the output consensus problem. And it is shown that the consensus trajectory of the global fuzzy model is determined by the network topology and the initial states of the internal reference models. Finally, some simulations are given to illustrate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, the leader-following consensus for discrete-time multi-agent systems with parameter uncertainties is investigated based on the event-triggered strategy. And the parameter uncertainty is assumed to be norm-bounded. A consensus protocol is designed based on the event-triggered strategy to make the multi-agent systems achieve consensus without continuous communication among agents. Each agent only needs to observe its own state to determine its own triggering instants under the triggering function in this paper. In addition, a sufficient condition for the existence of the event-triggered consensus protocol is derived and presented in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate to efficiency of the event-triggered consensus protocol proposed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper investigates the second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to the cluster-delay consensus. The multi-agent systems consist of leader and agents, whose dynamics are second-order nonlinear. The objective is that the agents track the leader asymptotically with different time delays, i.e., the agents in different groups reach delay consensus, while the agents in the same group reach identical consensus. To guarantee the cluster-delay consensus for the second-order multi-agent systems, a new control protocol is proposed. Then some corresponding conditions for cluster-delay consensus are derived by using Lyapunov directed method and matrix theory. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis results are verified by some numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel design framework is developed to solve the cooperative tracking problem of heterogeneous discrete-time multi-agent systems with unknown agent parameters and directed communication topologies. First, a distributed event-triggered observer is developed to handle the heterogeneity of the multi-agent systems. An event-triggering mechanism is proposed to reduce the amount of data transmission between neighboring agents. Then, based on the proposed observer, a discrete-time distributed model reference adaptive controller is presented to deal with the unknown parameters of the multi-agent systems. It is shown that by using the proposed observer and the model reference adaptive controller, the proposed design framework could achieve output tracking of the unknown multi-agent systems for any communication graph containing a directed spanning tree. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

研究了离散时间一阶二阶混合的异构多智能体系统有向通信下的一致性问题。首先,对该系统内的个体分别提出了相应的一致性协议。针对该异构系统不满足离散时间系统研究中凸性要求的问题,本文引入了一个非奇异变换,采用非负矩阵理论和一致性理论,分别分析得出了系统在固定和动态拓扑下实现一致性的充分条件。当通信拓扑包含生成树,采样时间和控制参数在一定范围内取值系统将获得一致性,该范围取决于通信拓扑的度矩阵。最后,通过仿真对该结论进行了验证。  相似文献

A time-variant consensus tracking control problem for networked planar multi-agent systems with non-holonomic constraints is investigated in this paper. In the time-variant consensus tracking problem, a leader agent is expected to track a desired reference input, simultaneously, follower agents are expected to maintain a time-variant formation. To solve the time-variant consensus tracking problem of planar multi-agent systems with non-holonomic constraints, a time-variant consensus tracking control strategy is designed on the basis of an unidirectional topology structure. One of main contributions of this paper is the time-variant consensus tracking protocol for general time-variant formations of planar multi-agent systems with non-holonomic constraints, the other main contribution of this paper is an active predictive control strategy, where predictions of agents are generated actively, so that the computational efficiency is improved than passive approaches. The proposed control strategy is verified by two types of time-varying formations of wheeled mobile robots, and the experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is effective for general time-variant consensus tracking problems of planar multi-agent systems with non-holonomic constraints in local and worldwide networked environments.  相似文献

The discrete-time first-order multi-agent networks with communication noises are under consideration.Based on the noisy observations,the consensus control is given for networks with both fixed and time-varying topologies.The states of agents in the resulting closed-loop network are updated by a stochastic approximation(SA) algorithm,and the consensus analysis for networks turns to be the convergence analysis for SA.For networks with fixed topologies,the proposed consensus control leads to consensus of agents with probability one if the graph associated with the network is connected.In the case of time-varying topologies,the similar results are derived if the graph is jointly connected in a fixed time period.Compared with existing results,the networks considered here are in a more general setting under weaker assumptions and the strong consensus is established by a simpler proof.  相似文献

Two protocols are presented,which can make agents reach consensus while achieving and preserving the desired formation in fixed topology with and without communication timedelay for multi-agent network.First,the protocol without considering the communication time-delay is presented,and by using Lyapunov stability theory,the sufficient condition of stability for this multi-agent system is presented.Further,considering the communication time-delay,the effectiveness of the protocol based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is demonstrated.The main contribution of the proposed protocols is that,as well as the velocity consensus is considered,the formation control is concerned for multi-agent systems described as the second-order equations.Finally,numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed protocols.  相似文献

In this paper, the event-triggered consensus for linear discrete-time multi-agent systems with parameter uncertainties is investigated. The parameter uncertainty is assumed to be normbounded. An event-triggered consensus protocol based on the predictive control method is proposed to make the multi-agent system achieve consensus. And for the design of the consensus protocol, the problem of estimating the control input is transformed into the problem of estimating state differences between agents. Furthermore, the event-triggered consensus protocol proposed in this paper only demands each agent to mornitor its state to determine its event-triggered instants. A sufficient existence condition for the consensus protocol is proposed based on the linear matrix inequality. And a sufficient condition for the nonexistence of the Zeno-like behaviour is also derived. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate that the event-triggered consensus protocol proposed in this paper can make the multi-agent system with parameter uncertainties achieve consensus effectively.  相似文献

Compared with the traditional consensus problem, this paper deals with the mean square average generalized consensus(MSAGC) of multi-agent systems under fixed directed topology, where all agents are affected by stochastic disturbances. Distributed protocol depending on delayed time information from neighbors is designed. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, together with results from matrix theory and It o s derivation theory, the linear matrix inequalities approach is used to establish sufficient conditions to ensure MSAGC of multi-agent systems. In this paper, the adaptive event-based control approach is applied to study leader-following consensus of multi-agent systems with linear dynamic models. Adaptive event-based controller and triggering function for each agent are designed, where the adaptive function is only dependent on its own event time instants. A sufficient condition on consensus is proposed, which shows that the adaptive event-based method presented in this paper not only can reduce the communication among neighboring agents, but also can determine the event time instants for each agent without using the global information. Furthermore, the Zeno-behavior for the concerned closed-loop system is excluded.Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the consensus problem of general linear multi-agent systems with persistent disturbances by distributed output feedback. Suppose that states of agents can not be obtained directly. Several estimators are designed to observe states of agents and the unknown disturbances.A protocol is proposed to drive all agents achieve consensus. Based on the method of model transformation and the property of permutation matrix, sufficient conditions for consensus are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Leader-following stationary consensus problem is investigated for the second-order multi-agent systems with timevarying communication delay and switching topology.Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and Lyapunov-Razumikhin functions respectively,consensus criterions in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) are obtained for the system with time-varying communication delays under static interconnection topology converging to the leader’s states.Moreover,the delay-dependent consensus criterion in the form of LMI is also obtained for the system with time-invariant communication delay and switching topologies by constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional.Numerical simulations present the correctness of the results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the distributed convex optimization problem over a multi-agent system with Markovian switching communication networks. The objective function is the sum of each agent's local nonsmooth objective function, which cannot be known by other agents. The communication network is assumed to switch over a set of weight-balanced directed graphs with a Markovian property. The authors propose a consensus sub-gradient algorithm with two time-scale step-sizes to handle the Markovian switching topologies and the absence of global gradient information. With proper selection of step-sizes, the authors prove the almost sure convergence of all agents' local estimates to the same optimal solution when the union graph of the Markovian network' states is strongly connected and the Markovian chain is irreducible. The convergence rate analysis is also given for specific cases.Simulations are given to demonstrate the results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the leader-following consensus problem for multi-agent systems with event-triggered mechanism and control packet losses. Based on the local synchronization error, event-triggered mechanisms are proposed in order to reduce the number of controller update. The control packet may lose due to unreliability of communication channel. With the assumption that once the packet loss happens the controller will be set to zero, sufficient consensus criteria for multi-agent system with event-triggered mechanism and control packet losses is obtained. It is also shown that the interplay among the allowable packet loss rate, event-triggered mechanism and sampling period. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献
