青海八眉猪繁殖性状的相关分析

应用相关及通径分析的方法研究了青海八眉猪繁殖性状间的相关关系，并分析了直接效应与间接效应及决定系数大小。结果表明：影响35日龄窝重的主要因素大小依此为35日龄仔数、20日龄窝重、初生窝重、产活仔数、产仔数、初生重。揭示了繁殖性状间的真实关系。     

不同杂交组合猪繁殖性状的杂种优势分析

根据青海八眉猪（本）、长白（长）、大白（大）及其长×本、大×本和长×长×本杂交组合的繁殖性状记录,研究了3种杂交组合繁殖性状的杂种优势。结果表明：长×本、长×长×本杂交组合繁殖性状各指标均表现有杂种优势,尤其以长×本杂交组合的产仔数、产活仔数优势明显;以长×长×本杂交组合的断奶窝重、断奶重、20日龄窝重、20日龄重、初生窝重等性状优势明显;大×本杂交组合繁殖性状的杂种优势最低,部分性状不表现杂种优势。     

上海地区淡剑夜蛾发生规律及其防治

淡剑夜蛾一年发生4—5代,以老龄幼虫在草坪根部表面层越冬．1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄、6龄幼虫头壳宽分别为0．33±0．13mm,0．60±0．07mm,0．93±0．10mm,1．28±0．20mm,1．66±0．10mm,1．92±0．13mm．幼虫期总食叶量为52．17cm^2．雌雄性比1：1．24．在室外喷雾2000倍20％杀灭菊脂、2000倍20％米满、4000倍20％除虫脲、2000倍10％除尽、4000倍5％氯氰菊酯、1000倍25％灭幼脲三号和6000倍1％阿维菌素7d后的校正死亡率分别在85．60％-96．20％．     

金华母猪生长性状的通径分析及最优回归方程的建立

对金华母猪初生重、60日龄重、4月龄重、6月龄体长、6月龄胸围、6月龄体高、6月龄膘厚和6月龄重8个生长性状的通径分析和回归分析结果表明：4月龄重、6月龄体长和6月龄胸围对6月龄重有极显著影响。建立最优回归方程为：Y=-39．6286 0．4445x3 0．3753x4 0．3939x5。     

母猪FSHβ基因对仔猪哺乳期生长影响的研究

用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ法对８９头姜曲海母猪的ＦＳＨβ基因分型,分析了ＮＮ,Ｎｎ和ｎｎ３种不同基因型母猪的８３７头仔猪哺乳期的生长差异。结果表明,ＮＮ,Ｎｎ和ｎｎ基因型母猪的仔猪初生重分别为（１．６４５±０．３５９）、（１．７２１±０．３７５）和（１．６９９±０．３７３）ｋｇ,２０日龄龄重分别为（５．８２６±１．５０４）、（６．３０７±１．５４４）和（６．０１４±１．５４０）ｋｇ,４０日龄重分别为（１９     

枫泾猪生长发育和早期繁殖性状观测

本研究在镇江牧苑动物科技开发有限公司枫泾猪种猪场进行,对枫泾猪近年的生长发育和早期繁殖性状的进行观测,结果为:公、母猪的初生体重、6月龄体重、成年体重平均分别为0.79kg和0.77kg、47.67kg和48.6kg、139.89kg和144.46kg;后备公猪首次射精最早的87日龄,体重最小的18.41kg;后备母猪初情期最早的86日龄,体重最小的18.83kg;初产母猪的产仔数、产活仔数和泌乳力平均为12.41头/窝、11.46头/窝和42.60kg/窝.     

普通鳾不同窝雏数雏鸟的生长发育

在吉林左家自然保护区,对次生阔叶林中的普通进行的研究中发现,不同窝雏数的在巢雏鸟生长发育存在显著差异(t-检验P<0 05),且各生长参数出现差异的日龄有所不同.对不同窝雏数雏鸟的体重生长状况进行了比较,发现出飞前雏鸟的平均体重与窝雏数呈负相关.该区域普通的平均窝雏数为(7 59±0 94)只(n=17).对不同窝雏数的亲鸟的日活动进行了全天观察,发现亲鸟喂食次数、清理粪便次数与窝雏数呈显著正相关(F-检验P<0 05).     

NCOA1和RBP4基因多态性与大白猪繁殖性能的关联分析

目的为了研究NCOA1和RBP4基因的多态性对母猪繁殖性能的影响。方法本试验利用PCR-RFLP技术检测试验猪群NCOA1和RBP4基因的多态性,并采用最小二乘法对基因多态性与总仔数、活仔数、健仔数、木乃伊数、死胎数等繁殖性状,分别进行单独基因型分析和合并基因型分析。结果对于NCOA1基因,初产和经产母猪的总产仔数、总活仔数、健仔数和初生窝重都为AB型AA型,但仅在经产母猪中总产仔数、活仔数差异达到显著水平(P0. 05);对于RBP4基因,经产母猪的总产仔数、健仔数、初生窝重均表现为AA型BB型AB型,且AA型个体的健仔数、初生窝重极显著高于AB型(P0. 01);对于NCOA1和RBP4的合并基因型,经产母猪的总产仔数、活仔数、健仔数、死胎数、初生窝重均表现为ABBB型AAAB型,且ABBB型个体的总产仔数、死胎数极显著高于AAAB型(P0. 01)。结论 NCOA1和RBP4基因多态性对大白猪的繁殖性能有显著影响,可作为母猪繁殖性能改良的遗传标记。     

青海沙蜥雌性生殖对策及进化

青海沙蜥是分布于青藏高原的卵胎生蜥蜴 ,雌性性成熟的最小 SVL是 5 0 .0 mm.窝卵数 1～ 5枚 ,平均 2 .74± 0 .86枚 (n=2 3) ,常见窝卵数 2～ 3枚 ,窝卵数随 SVL的增加而明显增加 (r=0 .70 30 ,P<0 .0 0 2 ) .单卵干重 0 .10～ 0 .2 0 g,平均 0 .14± 0 .0 0 5 g,随窝卵数的增加而显著变轻 (r=- 0 .70 77,P<0 .0 0 2 ) .窝卵干重 0 .2 0～ 0 .5 5 g,平均 0 .38± 0 .0 0 7g,随窝卵数和 SVL的增加而增加 (r=0 .8730 ,P<0 .0 0 1;r=0 .8776,P<0 .0 0 1) .与其卵生的近缘种相比 ,青海沙蜥雌性发育缓慢 ,性成熟较晚 ,年产单窝和较多窝卵数 .其生殖对策及进化是高寒环境选择的结果 .     

外源hDAF基因对转基因猪影响的初步研究

应用显微注射方法将外源hDNA基因导入湖北白猪的受精卵,获得了相应的转基因猪,4．2,8．0kb两种导入外源基因片断移植后死胎率分别为20．00％,39．71％,差异不显著,8．0kb基因产仔畸形率为11．76％,而4．3kb基因无畸形,结果表明,原核基因对转基因猪有明显的致畸作用,G0代转基因猪60日龄重,6月龄重对照组差异均不显著,表明外源基因的整合位点较理想。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
